We have only used Jimmy Johns for delivery so I can't review the restaurant dining room, bathrooms, or employees other than to say the delivery drivers are always very professional, and of course... Freakishly Fast. The sammiches are of excellent quality with loads of ingredients and they also offer a low carb version (lettuce wrap) for those interested. The interface of the online ordering website is intuitive and easy to use. I would love to see more options on bread. That being said, their standard white bun is incredibly soft and delicious.

Bless their hearts, as a company, Jimmy John's is trying SO hard to be hip (Blaring music, black-clad post-adolescents shouting inanities). The old geezers who actually own the chain (apparently in denial about their own geezerdom) are convinced that this approach is the key to world peace--and global sandwich domination! In spite of trying so desperately to be cool, Jimmy John's makes a damn good sandwich. (Second only to Chicago's Pot-Bellies). Poor SubWay isn't worthy to be in the same strip mall with either of them. This specific location seems to do a high volume--often 7 or more employees working. It's clean, the volume level is unusually tolerable compared to the typical JJ's (I've been in 20 or more different locations), and they are, indeed, "freaky fast." Good value for the money. They use first-rate ingredients and are unfailingly generous with same (SubWay are you listening?).

Great sandwiches, and even faster delivery. Last time I ordered online, I had my sandwich delivered (downtown area) is just over 10 minutes. Wow. Freaky Fast!

A nice male bearded employee took my order, and a thin semi-attractive blonde employee made my #9 Italian Night Club. Nice sandwich, but it was loaded with mayo. Maybe Montana girls can handle that much mayo and keep their figures, but this Californian Yelper had to wipe off a few mayo gobs to keep his body ready for Swimsuit season 2013. Decent solid sandwiches for only $4.50 or $5.50, which you won't find in California for that price. Nothing gourmet nor exotic, but for the money its certainly a nice alternative to Subway. Just ask them to go easy on that mayo...but maybe that's just how Montanan chicks stay warm in the winter. FUN FACT: According to the website, the #9 Italian Night Club has 2165.82mg of Sodium and 50.97g of fat. :(

Super bland, nothing special. Everything iv tried almost tastes the same. Bread has nasty texture to it. I'll never go back unless I had too...

Good, cheap and fast. Ordered a Billy Club and soda and it came to way less than $10. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was cleaner than average, which I like. Music was blasting, but tolerable. I'd definitely come back.

No hot sandwiches..... :( so sad!! This is winter in Montana, and this is the only sandwich joint in town that doesn't have a hot sandwich spread of options. Bummer.
