They redone the place since we last visited and it is way better than the others we have been to. The staff was very friendly.

I was very skeptical about taking my kids (as a nanny I think I worry more about the safety of the kids) but this place was wonderful. The manager was such a doll. We got there super early, but she let us come in out of the cold and snow and sit down! Very polite staff, but the janitorial work could be a little better..my shoes are still sticky! As a proclaimed pizza expert: I give the pizza here a 7. It's pretty decent, and has very little grease (unlike some actual pizza franchises..) All in all, I'll definitely be taking the kids here again!

Your kids will love this place. The skee ball is the best! You may need to order a picture of beer to relax in this place because it's a loud environment with kids running around frantically trying to earn tickets.

Not gourmet is a understatement but when you have 12 little one for a party it's a winner just be prepared to be coined to death the price of being the cool parent or grand parent

My first time to Chuck E Cheese and upon walking in I'm blown away. There was something very similar when I was a kid growing up in Great Falls, MT called "Fun Factory". Games, tickets, prizes... Hours later of screaming and overstimulation, and I'm officially spent. My kids had so much fun though, it was worth the three hours of my life that I'll never get back. Very friendly staff and actually good pizza - not gourmet by any means! I would take my kids back if ever in Billings and needed to waste some time! Things that could make it better: - bigger pizza for the price - Tylenol dispenser for the adults

If you're going to Chuck E Cheese for gourmet pizza, you're in the wrong place. Chuck E is for kids to have fun and scream to their hearts content, not have to worry about using thier "inside" voice to appease a few kidless buzzkills. I've been to 10+ CEC's around the country and this is by far one of the cleanest I've been to. The workers are friendly enough and they keep the salad bar stocked with fresh lettuce. I'm partial to the breadsticks because I grew up coming to see the big mouse.

I like to visit this place when it's not super busy. I do thik it is fun. I enjoy spending time watching my kids run around and playing games. The salad bar is realrldy good and you can get as many drink refills as you want for free. The pizza is good-I"ve heard a lot of adults complain about it, but I think it's good and my kids love it. The animatronics are hokey, but whatever. The staff is good enough overall-I have no complaints. When we visit, I feel my kids are very safe in this restaurant. Whenever we've had birthday parties here, I've felt very satisfied and I know my kids were.
