While I do love froyo, and this was a treat during my visit to Billings, it certainly is far from my favorite frozen yogurt spot. I got a number of flavours of the sweet frozen yogurt (it really doesn't need to be so sweet when there are so many sweets one can top the yogurt with!). It wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional either. What I did really appreciate was the hot nutella that was available as a topping! I really liked that! I don't think that that was an option at any other froyo place I've ever visited. That said, I also really enjoyed the broken cone pieces. Usually my favourite topping at a froyo place is either mochi or fresh fruit. No mochi are available at this location (which doesn't surprise me, as a high popuation of people of Asian descent is usually required for this to be familiar and/or popular) and the berries seemed a bit over ripe and tasted too sweet as a result. I did love the fact that the pricing was good, the conference I was attending provided coupons, and there were tasting cups which was a unique aspect for a froyo shop as well!

We stopped here being a fan of froyo; however were sorely disappointed. While it was nice that they have taste cups, the sickly sweetness of the yogurt was too much for my girlfriend and I went with the Vanilla and loaded up with the fruit toppings. Only reason I got anything was because I wwould hwve felt jerkish for tasting and not getting anything, but the frozen yogurt is too sweet. However, perhaps I'm just spoiled by Cherry Berry's better flavor options and the better flavor overall.

If this is "Billings Best Yogurt" then the other places must be really bad because there wasn't anything 'best' about it. One of the yogurts I'm pretty sure was turning bad. The strawberries weren't even cleaned, my boyfriend found a stem in his and half of them were rotten. The only thing that was good there was the soft drinks, and they were bottled! So it takes real talent to even screw that up.

Billings Best Yogurt used to be one of my favorite spots in town for a treat...that is sadly not the case now. The yogurt itself is good and reasonably priced; the toppings are fresh and organized, which is convenient. The yogurt is not the problem. I worked there this past summer, literally two shifts, and then I had to call it quits. To put it simply, it is no surprise that they have such a high turnover rate in employment...the way the boss treats her employees is definitely not ok. With other excellent options in town, I encourage my friends and family to take their business elsewhere and to support businesses that treat their employees with respect. (PS...Spinners is the best!)

Absolutely hands down the best yogurt I've eaten! It's called Billings Best for a reason. Love it! My favorite is Cake Batter, but they always have lots of other flavors to choose from-something for everyone with tons of toppings too. If you follow them online, you can see what they offer each week and get coupons too. The only thing I see as a negative is the seating is minimal. During the summer, I usually have to sit outside on the curb to eat my yogurt or eat it in my car-which is a positive for the business because it means they're so busy it's jam packed inside and it always is. I wish they had more places to sit, but I'll keep coming back for the awesome yogurt. It's my daughter's favorite place too. We've gotten soft drinks there as well and it's a fountain system-not bottled as one reviewer said. Love this place!
