Love this place! Awesome food for great price!!! Very handsomely stocked bar, and nice beers on tap. They are open late year round which is a HUGE plus in bigfork. As for service, it doesn't get any better than Nora. She is the best! Always remembers our names and is so sweet. Has the best service in the valley. It's in a great location with an awesome vibe. Definitely a gem in the entire flathead valley.

Pizza was delicious...but waitress was pretty lackluster in personality. I felt like we were an inconvenience to her. We definitely got the impression she was new, as she needed to ask someone about everything we asked her....but we all start somewhere new -so didn't hold that against her. I ordered a margarita & i have never been able to finish one before without feeling it a little....well, after 2, I felt nothing at all. Was there even tequila in it?? It was pretty barren when we were there between 7-8 on a Tues eve. Just 1 other group of 3 upstairs in outside seating & no one inside at all. Even with this, it took a while to get chips & salsa.

I give an extra star for the stellar service tonight by the young woman serving the entire restaurant, She was cheerful, attentive and thoughtful despite going full speed the entire evening. Steaks and fries were well cooked but way too salty.

Not too impressed with lunch, inexperienced barstaff, (googling a margaritas recipe) overcooked and rather small burger for $12.50

I came here for dinner with some friends a couple weeks back. It was mid-week, and we did not expect the place to be that busy. When we came in, the rooftop patio was pretty full, but the bar/dining area downstairs was wide open. We grabbed a seat and ordered some drinks and appetizers. The Village Roost had some solid beers on tap and they serve stiff mixed drinks as well. We started with the coconut shrimp appetizer, which was rather good, if a bit on the sweet side. The mushroom soup was excellent; rich and velvety. I loved the concept of my burger (sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic reduction, mixed greens, cheese, etc--basically an upscale Italian burger). The flavors were solid, unfortunately the cook gave me a very well-done patty. My dining companion's patty, however, was cooked a perfect medium. If not for that charred patty, my burger would have been great. The fries on the side were pretty tasty. We played some ping-pong while waiting for our food, and that was fun. The restaurant had filled up from the pre-playhouse crowd, so we wandered up to the patio afterwards. The best part of the view towards Flathead Lake is blocked by other buildings, but it was nice to be up there catching a few breezes.

Great food!!! I haven't seen a dish that looks bad and I'm a picky eater. The clams are so amazing and so is the BLT!!!!

Great food, friendly service, and eclectic ambiance. The mural is super cool. And the braided cheese infused crust is to die for! Ready to try the Hippie pizza next time!

Descent food, service quick. No complaints. Nothing fancy but it did the job late at night.

Love love LOVE the pizza here. I know what pizza is all about and the crust is amazingly good. The Hippie pizza delish....tru it!

1 pizza took 30 mins & we were the only people waiting for food. Overcooked & cardboard bottom is what we got. The beer recommended to me was terrible as well. Did I mention there were only three people at the bar (hanging out & chatting with the staff) and 5 other people at tables... DO NOT EAT HERE! Waste of time and money.

Awesome burger. Zee German was amazingly well seasoned. An excellent menu. Great service. Maybe the best burger I ever ate. Stop and eat this phenomenal burger.
