I'm visiting from TEXAS and we hospitality and manners...the hostess here is absolutely horrible she overlooked our silverware twice and then when I got tired of waiting I went back to her myself and she in a very sarcastic way said they were out and that she would bring it to me..but when I sat down and which was no more than 15 seconds after that she comes right to the table to deliver them after I conveniently seen them in a compartment under where the menus sit...and said practically nothing...I guess this is what needs to be expected of this towns red lobster. ..here in Mississippi

Normally, I'm a fan and was looking forward to a meal here after driving 500 miles... However, this place is filthy and the food isn't fresh. From miscellaneous stuff all over the carpet, to oily water spotted bread plates and silverware to a near spoiled strawberry adorning my drink and browning broccoli and recooked rice pilaf, I can only say the tilapia and biscuits were good... But I couldn't barely eat them without wondering how clean the prep area was. :/ judging from the fact that the waitress actually served this mess, I would assume this is a normal state for this place. $51 later...I'm disappointed to say the least.

Food was excellent, service was really good too. The presentation of the food wasn't great. Yet when I tasted it I was taken back as it was seriously good.

Awful experience! I went here with my son for his birthday and was disappointed with the service. The quality of the food was just as bad... Cold soup, cold crab, Luke-warm, shitty food...they served the cheesecake dessert with freaking soup spoons!...it was just plain terrible! I've been to many Red Lobsters across the country but this one was just plain crap! Worst experience I've ever had at a Red Lobster; hands down. This location completely sucks ass! The staff needs some serious training on customer service, the cook(s) need to be fired, and the management needs to be relocated to a dishwashing position where he or she ( or they ) can't fuck anything up any further than they have!

The Sirachi grilled with the aioli is delicious.I was pleasantly surprised. Aside from a couple kitchen mishaps... They forgot our sides and took a while to get them; even on a slow Wednesday night. But it was great nonetheless.

The food was great but our server Shelbie was so extremely slow. I am a server in a resteraunt and I know how it gets when it's busy, but the place was extremely slow and she was too. Waited forever for everything we needed. It was a waste of time!!

When I was a kid, Red Lobster was the bees knees! I wanted to go there every year for my birthday! Went there with the hubby on a Sunday night because of some promotion they were doing, and it was just awful. I'm not sure if the quality has gone downhill that much, or if it's because I've just had so much better since the last time I'd eaten there years ago, or maybe a combination of both! For a better "chain" seafood experience (leaps & bounds better!) go to Bonefish Grill in Cordova!

So we arrive around 4pm on Sunday with 2 others at Red Lobster in Southaven Mississippi. After 20 minutes of staring at several empty booths I finally went to desk and asked how much longer and she said 2 parties were ahead of us. Waited another 10 minutes only finally to be seated at one of the empty booths. There are tables with dirty dishes sitting for 30 minutes. We have been here for an hour and a half and have only eaten our salad and biscuits. 2 hours later we were served our dinners. Our food was gross. We couldn't pry the crab out of crab legs, the lobster was rubbery and the shrimp was greasy and mushy. We asked to speak to a Manager. He apologized and said he was not going to make us pay since we were not satisfied and because we didn't eat most of our dinners. We left hungry. The best part of dinner was salad and biscuits. Very disappointing. I will never eat at a Red Lobster again!!!!!!! If I could give a 0 star I would.

For those of us who are "trying" to do a diet and yet satisfy there taste buds the broiled seafood platter is really great. Less than 400 calories and enough to fill up that hunger from a long day at work.

Ate at this place recently and did not enjoy the experience. We did not have the same server twice throughout the meal. Obviously, this meant that the service was spotty, inconsistent and on the whole, really crappy. I would not go there again.

The place was a third full on a Monday.....at 5pm and still service was deplorable. Sat at the bar for almost 10 mins...no service even after the hostess yelled at someone in the back with the manager talking with a table with some ladies the whole time. Once my wife showed up the hostess still seemed confused on finding us a table...the place was only 1/3 full if that? What the heck. Not the kind of attention I want from a place that prepares seafood...no thank you. After all that we just left. Poorly trained staff inattentive management more concerned with socializing at one table with ladies versus helping anyone...even the staff? Good luck we moved on.

Red Lobster sucks. Just because they are sponsored on yelp doesn't make them suck less.
