If I could have given this restaurant zero stars, I would have! We ordered takeout from this place and the service was terrible! They didn't tell us they were out of something we ordered until we picked up our food and then said if we wanted to order something else it would take an hour. When we got back to our hotel, we realized they hadn't given us the 4 orders of burgers that WE PAID FOR! Also, while my husband and Dad were at the bar, they ignored any request for drinks, while serving all other customers around them. They also refused to reimburse us for the food we paid for and didn't get. The food we did get, was GROSS! Don't waste your money!!

I'll start by saying that I actually really like the food at Logan's usually. However, this location is nothing like the others I have been to. I LOVE a good steak, and I LOVE a good value. Therefore, I almost always opt for the Logan. It's a pretty safe choice, I'd say. While we have never had too much displeasure with the food here, we have found hair in our rolls, which just automatically knocks this place down a few stars. I think the largest area for improvement here is in the professionalism category. A lot of the employees are young and seem to severely lack professionalism in their dress, their language, and their gestures. I think they would have a better experience for customers if they would become more strict about the restaurant being clean, proper sanitary protocols (to prevent hair in food), and if the employees dressed more professional and spoke/acted more professional. Our server had a dirty outfit and spoke to us like we were hanging out at their apartment on a Saturday night. It just made for an unimpressive experience. On top of that, the food was mediocre for sure. There's a lot of potential here, and I will definitely return in hopes to see improvement.

We had to wait forever for our drinks, then the bread, then the salad... of course the steaks were brought out right after the salads. Then we kept waiting.. and after a while I guess someone saw we had our credit cards out and were ready to go, so someone other than our waiter got our checks. When he brought them back (after 10 min), they were crumpled in his hand. We asked for pens, so he regretfully gave me one. He stood over us waiting to get the pens back, which I was super uncomfortable with. I guess we took too long, because he looked around and left. The weird thing is, ive never seen a receipt like this (see picture). It says "Manual entry of credit card number requires separate imprint with signature." We didnt sign anything though. I wanted to speak with a manager, because I had never seen anything like this before, but we had already waited so long that we just left. Needless to say, I am keeping an eye on my account for identity theft.

So incredibly bad. My husband and I only ordered take out from here because we were staying at the Drury Inn. Everything except for the rolls tasted old. I had the popcorn shrimp and ordered broccoli and a baked potato as sides. Well, I opened the box and found that I was given fries and a potato as sides. My husband had a burger and fries. The fries were very stale and my potato tasted like it had been reheated several times. We both ate just enough so that we weren't starving and threw the rest away. I couldn't even swallow the shrimp it was so awful. Worse than fast food.

This place really needs a manager, there was only three servers and they was so frustrated and management was no where to be found, the atmosphere was horrible and the food and service was terrible.... I wouldn't recommend this place to aliens.

Don't waste your time or money. Mediocre service, mediocre food, mediocre prices. Why eat mediocre when you can eat really good true "home style" food cheaper. Go to Hamil's about two miles away. It's a buffet so you pay your money and start eating. No such thing as slow service.

Wow, what a disappointment. We were seated quickly and then our server disappeared. I had to go to the bar to place a drink order since I couldn't get the attention of the group of servers chatting at the hostess desk. I had to reorder the drinks since the bartender seemed to forget about the drinks. Bar was out of several beers, finally asked for one on tap and she brought a bottle. Our food came out before the salads... Which were drowning in dressing (we asked for it on the side). The server never came back with refills and we had to go to the bar again for a second beer. We would have walked out but we were so hungry and don't know, the area at all (just stopping on the way to Ohio from California).

Despite the bad reviews my party thought this would be a good idea because it was close to the room. You show up "We have a party of four." Nothing, no taking of names or anything. Not sure how they manage but they did eventually seat us. The server took the drink orders. We waited. 20 minutes later we got rolls...without butter. The Childs menu has milk listed..."sorry we don't serve milk." My child got a kids cup...with no straw and no lid. They than got a lid without the straw. Eventually when we got out food we got our water. We asked for more rolls. 20 minutes later our alcoholic drinks came that we ordered at the beginning. Then when we asked for our check the rolls came out. The food was good enough and better than most chain restaurants of this genre so there was that but the service was so disorganized not even that can make up for it.

I wish I could give no stars. The experience began with a rude hostess who looked at us dead in the face and then rolled her eyes before greeting us. Our waitress came to the table and literally laid her upper body on the table as she took our order. The saucers were filthy as was the silverware. The lemons brought to the table were old, and the salads were drenched in watered down blue cheese dressing. We had to send our God back twice. Just never again. Never.

Went in at 11:45am on a Saturday. We sat at the bar for over ten minutes without a bartender. When she did finally come, she did not greet us, did not make eye contact or apologise for our wait. She was barking at a colleague, clearly in a very bad mood so we got up and left. Terrible.

We never had the chance to eat. The two of is were seated with one menu. We waited about 15 minutes and saw others around us being served. I asked to be reseated to an area that would actually serve us. We were reseated. We waited an additional 15 minutes and we decided to leave.

Service very slow. Went in on an afternoon and it was not very busy. Ordered drinks and food. Got the salad before the drinks. The bartender was visiting with friends and our drinks sat at the bar until the waiter finally brought them over. Food wasn't anything great or even good. I could have cooked a better steak in my room on a hot plate.

In town on business and Logan's Roadhouse was close to my hotel, so thought it would be perfect for lunch. Was greeted when I entered by the hostess stand by and employee who asked "What can I do for you today?" I said, "I'm here to get my oil changed" which I consider as silly of an answer as the question was. Do they do something different beyond serve food? Finally got seated by brainiac and my server promptly came by and took my drink order. Unsweetened ice tea. Once that arrived I ordered the cheapest thing I could find on the menu, that being an $8.00 cheeseburger. What, no lunch menu? While waiting for the burger I munched on the bucket of peanuts they have at each table. Bit of advice though for the folks at Logan's... Every so often you might think about cleaning out the bucket for old straws, torn sugar packets, etc. The cheeseburger arrived fairly quickly and was served with fries. Both burger and fries were o.k. But nothing to write home about and certainly no better than most fast food burgers. I had drained all the tea out of my glass fairly quickly, but had to wait quite a while before the waitress came by and asked "would you like more tea?" Here's a tip to all waitresses, waiters, or anyone who ever thought to aspire to be one... If the glass is empty, don't ask, just refill it. So, I give Logan's 2 stars out of 5. They would have easily reached 3 stars save for the trash in the peanut bucket, and poor service. I'll even given the Greeter a pass for his goofy question. Hey, he's a kid. Maybe he thought they would change my oil. ;)

Came in about 7 pm on a Sunday night, on a holiday weekend, and were immediately seated. Restaurant seemed pretty busy but there were still ample tables available. Our server was a young girl who was very friendly and polite. I didn't catch her name or I would be recommending her. The free rolls were hot and delicious. The food was your typical choices, chicken, steak, ect. I had the parmesan chicken which was very good, and my mom had some type of steak with no complaints. We saw someone else showing the waitress their phone and decided to download the Logan's App to see if there were coupons. We lucked out as there is a memorial day special for buy one get one dinner. Ended up with two full size meals, and only paid $13 with tax. Can't beat that!!

We like this place. The parking lot is always packed. Long waits for tables, shorter waits for bar stool. and they have Happy Hour specials twice daily. Close to fwy and our hotel

Terrible Food, came out cold. Absolutely Terrible Service. Period. Don't recommend. People need to know that the majority of the crew that works on Wednesday nights, would have been fired if I was the manager. You can't train laziness out of people.

The food was as expected - typical/average chain steak house fare. Food came relatively quickly, and was hot. Kid's food came really quick - good for ole dad. But tonight's issue was the service. Server was pleasant enough, and when she was around she was both attentive and responsive. After she got us our beverages, she disappeared - it was awhile before she returned to take our orders. The big party next to is also waited a long time for drinks & bread, and even longer to order. Towards end of meal server was gone - ended up going up to ask manager for check. On the one hand I'm thinking: it's Logan's - should I really gave high service expectations. But, on the other, (a) I've had great service at much worse places, and (b) good help may be hard to find, but in this economy it's worth management doing some harder looking.
