Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Had the steak fajitas here and they are great. Will definitely be going back and trying other things on the menu if they're as good as the fajitas this restaurant is tops.

I will NEVER go back to this restaurant. My mother brought my aunt here for her birthday on 9/10/15 and first off the place they sat them was so dark that she had to get up to read the menu. But then when they brought their food the chicken was burnt. When my mom said something about it they neither apologized nor offered her a replacement or something off their bill. The manager or whatever he was could have cared less! They did nothing! And the sauce that came with the tortilla chips was mostly liquid (no tomatoes or flavor). Do not eat here! Save your money!

Eh. It's not great, but it's not the worst. They have a mondo burrito that's pretty good. Fajitas were 10% meat & 90% onion & pepper. Chips & salsa are quite tasty. We popped in valentines evening with a group of 6. I think they were getting ready to close within the hour. It was pretty dead. Only saw one waiter & he seemed a bit lost...but he seemed to be trying. Good prices.

We are locals here and we eat here about 3 times a month. The food is always good and consistent. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The grilled chicken and shredded beef are our favorites. U can pretty much get the food however u want it. They are very accommodating. If u like authentic mexican food, u will enjoy it.

I can't leave zero stars unfortunately. 2nd time I gave this place a chance but, this time its the last. Cockroach in the chicken enchiladas. NO BUENO. If you just sprayed last night your doors should NOT be open today!

Should have left after I went to restroom to wash my hands. NASTY... After seeming restroom wondered what kitchen looked like. Did not enjoy the food after that.

Like to eat here when we visit our son in Picayune. Food is always good, hot, and plentiful. We've found clean bathrooms and good service there. Colorful, Mexican decor and music. Access the parking lot directly from Memorial Drive to avoid giant potholes.

I found this place by accident and since have been back twice. I've always found it difficult to find good places to eat in picayune. This place is hidden behind a building and next to an abandoned warehouse. They do a very reasonably priced lunch menu and the food is good and arrives quickly. The only thing I found lacking was that i couldn't get margarita :-( but that's because they were waiting on a liquor license. If your in the area this place is worth a visit.

Love this place and when ever I am in town I look forward to visiting this restaurant. Imagine my disappointment when I drove into their car park today and found ........ they were closed for renovation! This is going to be some restaurant when they reopen as looks like they have extended up as well. Looking forward to my next visit when hopefully they will have reopened
