I'm not giving the 4 stars for the food. McDonalds food is McDonalds food. The food is most definitely not worthy of 4 stars. I am giving the 4 stars because of the customer service, atmosphere, and level of cleanliness. The is definitely better than your average McDonalds. Customer Service - Above excellent. The employees here are smiling and friendly. Cleanliness - Above Excellent. Tables, counters, fountain drink area, condiment area... all kept wiped down and clean. Floors clean. Restrooms clean. Atmosphere - They remodeled a couple of years ago and it was a really cool remodel. They have some kind of art deco/contemporary thing going on. I like it. Drive-Thru - Fast and courteous. The line gets really long at this drive-thru, but they somehow manage to keep it moving quickly. They always hand me my food with a smile, thank me, and wish me a good day. My order has never once been incorrect. This McDonalds is right off I-20, so it's very easy to hop off and on. Good job, McDonalds of Pearl. Too bad they can't all be like you!

This is a terrible place to stop. Not a pleasant experience. Restaurant was dirty, employees not friendly and can't seem to get any order correct. The best I can say is it is entertaining watching how inefficient they are. Would be a good location for another fast food restaurant.

Staff was rude and unconcerned, in the middle of the MANAGER taking my order, she just walked away and left someone else to finish my order, not excuse me or a word. Lobby was dirty and the drink machines malfunctioned and sprayed drink all over me. Seems this McDonalds is getting worse. I think the location is what keeps it even open, right of exit. Oh did I mention drive thru was backed up to the entrance, they were in no hurry to move the line. Treated a person of spanish decent so rude. Something needs to be done with this location.

The woman behind the counter slapped the change into my moms hand while leaning on her arm that was resting on the register. She seemed too bored for our business and was generally unpleasant. Would not return.

Possibly the worst McDonald's Franchise in the world. They only have two speeds: slow and stop!! They are always out of something. Location is the only thing they have going for them.

I wish we could put -1 stars. The worst service ever! My husband ordered one soft drink and one unsweetened tea. 20 min later stuck in drive thru with ONE car ahead of us we get served however order is wrong. My husband pulls over and goes inside. They proceed to tell him that there is no unsweetened tea and they walk away. No offer to reimburse him or even an apology. The staff were unfriendly and moved in slow motion. Very sad when there r people who want to work and act happy about it.

Went for breakfast at 10:00 and they managed to take 30 minutes to get our order. The lady who took our order admitted she had never worked breakfast & managed to not listen to my husband when asking for the egg white delights and messed it up & charged us some bizarre price. I got egg biscuits and they gave me biscuits soaked in sausage grease. We will never go here again.

Most everyone knows what Mickey D's serves on the menu, so it basically boils down to service! There are a lot of McDonald's restaurants in the Jackson metro area, however - out of all the "My Joy" chains - by far this one is the best! The staff is decent 90% of the time, the managers are manerable and understand customer service. This is a model McDonalds restaurant, it is a dang shame the rest of the Mickey D's in the area do not follow their lead. If you have a taste for McDonalds and traveling through the Jackson area, this is the location I would highly recommend!

In Pearl, Worse McDonalds ever! So slow no matter when you go there, even if you are the only one in line. Most of the time you can't understand what they are saying when they are talking your order, taking street talk. WORSE EVER! They need to learn from Wendy's they are right on every time. McDonald workers just don't care.
