Finally, a place to get sushi in Pgoula! I am so glad this steakhouse opened! I stopped in Thursday to have a sit down dinner, but it was so packed I opted to come back later. I was in a hurry and decided to get a spicy tuna and shrimp tempura roll to go. I paid $11 for 2 rolls and was more than full. The hostess was very nice and I did not have to wait more than 15 min to take my dinner home. I watched the cooks at the open hibachi slinging rice and steaming veggies on plates. I will definitely be back to have a taste of that. The menu has everything you expect from a typical japanese restaurant. salads, soups, bento boxes for lunch and dinner. All very affordable! Lots of the usual rolls you'd find elsewhere and about a dozen specialty rolls, all under $13 I believe. I have a menu someplace, so I'll try to upload pictures later. I can't wait to go back and sit down for lunch or dinner. 1000x better than 'that place by the tracks' that has maybe 9 rolls on the menu. My only suggestion is that this place develops a facebook page or website, as I tried to look up info about it before hand and could find none. The interior is a little odd, as they do not have a sushi bar to sit at, but the kitchen area is open and you can see the cooks right as you walk in. Good job. I will be back and with friends. A great addition to Pascagoula!

What you'd expect from a Pascagoula Japanese restaurant. It was tasty, but the wait-staff seemed inexperienced and they had no saki. Which, in my book is a must was eating sushi.

We've ordered take out from here many many times, and it has been wrong the last 4 times that we've gotten it. I was trying to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after tonight, I'll be going out of town for hibachi/sushi. I ordered sushi with no wasabi or ginger and the person who took my order didn't tell the sushi chef that. They asked me to take it out of the container myself which doesn't fix the fact that ginger juice was in the bottom of the container or on my sushi. Then I asked them to remake it, and got the same roll in a new container. Still with ginger juice on it. After the third time I sent it back, I finally got a new roll. Then I got home and realized that they put the wrong dressing on my salad after I had to repeat what dressing I wanted multiple times on the phone. I am tired of going to pick up our food to then wait for whatever part is wrong to be remade because the person taking the order over the phone can't take it down correctly.

Family ate today. Food was sour and bad. Told owner and waitress. Refused to remove item from bill and called police. Family paid bill but will never go back!

The food isn't bad, but it's nothing special. I'm glad there is finally a sushi place in Pascagoula! The Hibachi is great, but the sushi is very under par. The miso soup was terrible though. It tasted just like dirty water. It's a very convenient location, and the food is ok if you want something that's quick and close by. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly!

I've eaten here a few times, as it's a welcome surprise in a town that otherwise has slim pickings when it comes to restaurants. It's located in a former Wendy's Restaurant (that failed to re-open after Hurricane Katrina). The dining area is a little small, but that's not a big deal. The food is actually very good, and the service is fine as well. I really enjoy the sauce on the tables (dragon sauce, I think). I'd eat here twice as much, if I wasn't worried about gaining 10 lbs a month.

My husband talked me into giving this place another try last night. And I have to say, the food was really good! I had the hibachi filet & scallops, my husband had the hibachi shrimp & scallops, & my daughter had the hibachi chicken. We all really enjoyed the food! The service wasn't great...& we had to ask our server 3 times for silverware...that's why its getting 3 stars instead of 4.

The food wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. I had the Sushi Bento Dinner Box. It comes with soup, and salad. You can choose from Miso, Onion or Egg Drop. I chose the onion soup which was Ok. I picked the house ginger dressing for the salad and I've had better. You get 6 pieces of california rolls, four pieces of sushi (2 shirmp, 1 salmon & 1 tuna), spring roll and fried rice. The spring roll was a bit greasy and the rice was just blah.
