Exceptional! Learned about siphoning and other brew methods here. This place is to coffee what the Chimes in BR is to beer without the attitude. Unique fresh baked goods, quiche, and fresh fruit. But the star is clearly the beans. Several specific flavor and Multi national offerings. You can expect that the owner is a gracious and patient man bringing such a specific passion for coffee to our little town, but I am very thankful for it. Two other coffee/roasting shops in town, but none operated with the enthusiasm as Steampunk.

Wonderful experience! The staff taught about different types if brewing, beans, roasting etc, coffee was phenomenal and the crepes... Out of this world. Friendly and inviting atmosphere, I cannot wait to go again!

Very good coffee served by very lovely people. Great relaxing atmosphere as well. It is a wonderful place to stop in and have a nice cup of coffee and relax. The staff is knowledgable and very friendly offering suggestions on places to visit while in Natchez. I highly recommend!

After spending 4 days in New Orleans and struggling to find a decent cup of coffee I really didn't expect to stumble across such a good coffee shop in Natchez. The atmosphere and coffee were both exceptional. If Im ever back in this neck of the woods I will definitely be paying this place another visit.

This brand new coffee shop is cozy with a rustic charm. They freshly roast their own beans, so the coffee is amazing! They also have yummy homemade chocolate covered coffee beans. The quiche they make is simply delicious, as are the fresh baked goods! We tried another highly rated coffee shop in town, but we came back here because it's now our favorite!!

Review from French people : Awesome coffee ( expresso and cappuccino !) The huge blueberries and banana/pecan nuts are so delicious ! The decoration is cosy and relaxing :) People are nice and very friendly to us ! Excellent coffee in this small but beautiful city ;)

Brought the kids, so we could get a delicious brew and sumptuous bite (since we'd read a review in Bluffs and Bayous). The product and ambience exceeded expectations, but customer service was under par. Patrons were friendlier to us than the baristas. Great banana pecan muffin and caramel frappe!

A legit coffee bar that could hold its own anywhere, and your only option for 80 miles in any direction.

One of my favorite niche coffee spots in the country. If you care about detail, taste, decor, and experience without being pretentious, expensive, or exclusive this is the place to be.

I was looking forward to coming here for 2 days; longing for something better, stronger, tastier than hotel coffee. After my experience, my hotel coffee wasn't looking that bad I had been on a road trip with my family for a week, and were planning on spending a couple days in Natchez, so started by research into coffee - this place came top of the list. I am a simple coffee person; a simple, easy to make (and easier to ruin it seems) espresso. The reviews of this place from yelp and locals, made me very excited; knowing the owner roasts his own beans and is quite the coffee aficionado, made me hopeful of a smooth well presented espresso. What I got was an overly bitter, burnt, cup of sludge. I was so disappointed I almost cried. So I took my cup outside, sat down and wondered if I would finish it or water the garden with it ... The service wasn't that great either. We stood at the bar for about 5 minutes before one staff member decided to ask if we wanted anything. As we had a 2 year old with us, we ordered a muffin to keep him from trashing the place, whilst my husband decided cap or latte. The muffin did not arrive until well after the coffees; my son helped re-arrange some display items I really wanted to enjoy this place. I tried. But if a coffee house cannot make a simple espresso taste good (the basis of every "made" coffee), then everything else is bad coffee topped with hot milk - likely burnt milk

Great place. They make great coffee and staff are very nice. This is not only a place for grabbing a cup of coffee but also good for relax your body and mind. P.S the owner Dave is very creative with his coffee, you can ask him to make whatever you like. Lovely place highly recommend.

My wife and I had read about Steampunk Coffee Roasters before getting to Natchez since we both like coffee and coffee houses. Well, we are glad we got to experience this place. First, the coffee was superb - I had the Sumatra pour over and she had the Regular pour over. Second, it may look small from the outside, but when you walk inside - different story. The building itself has character and likely an interesting history. When you walk in the old brick building, right away you see a shiny espresso machine - front and center. The coffee bar has a number of stools so you can watch your coffee creation as it is crafted in front you. All that remains is to enjoy your treat. In fact, you need to treat yourself to a good cup of coffee the next time you are in Natchez. Check them out.

Very well done, Steampunk! You've got it all: quality, presentation, café ambiance, variety... Chai Latte was the perfect blend of spice and sweet... In-house-roasted Guatemalan Antigua pour over was well balanced. We look forward to our next visit!

An exceptional experience in all aspects. They are flexible and accommodating to any coffee lovers request. Check the limited hours of operation before you go there but find a time and way to visit.

In town from Florida, decided to stop by and grab some coffee as some of our family told us about Steampunk. This place is awesome. The equipment is beautiful and you really get an experience in the art of coffee making. The coffee is delicious! The staff is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. We recommend this place to anyone in the area, and we will definitely be back!

What a delightful little gem. The decor is full of history, the staff and patrons are friendly as can be and the coffee is super delish. Robert, a barista, maybe owner, overheard us asking about the siphon filter coffee and proceeded to demonstrate the beauty of the device and gave us the free coffee! When we left, we were both smiling broadly, thrilled to have discovered such incredible coffee, and had a list of the best activities in Natchez from both him and another resident/patron at the coffee bar. Highly, highly recommend this place- not only for the exceptional coffee, but for the staff and the atmosphere! We'll be back tomorrow morning!

Such a great find in Natchez! Very friendly folks (thanks Dub and Robert!) that really know their coffee, they roast their own beans, siphon and pour overs are fantastic, all housed in a very cool, rustic 1860's building. For those serious coffee lovers, you have to stop here if you're visiting this nice little town!

Loved Steampunk. We had great conversations with Frank, Joseph and Dub (the proprietor and restorer) which only added to the experience. Excellent espresso, fabulous restored location and an all around ambience that made me want to stay longer than I could! Go!
