It's a Ruby Tuesday's, decent service, fresh salad bar, and a varied menu.

The coconut shrimp appetizer with the lime sauce was delicious. I also enjoyed the bourbon glazed chicken, sweet and zippy. The chicken was tender and moist too. The steamed broccoli and sweet potato fries were a very good side. Community coffee was just right. My waitress was attentive and very pleasant. I can't wait to taste the red velvet cheesecake! I will eat here again. The atmosphere was very nice, but the music, though appropriate was a bit too loud.

I've never been so mad at such horrible service before in my life!!!! The waitress we had was rude the moment we sat down and then left half way between our meal, so another waitress with a poor attitude handed us the check. The food was mediocre, (how bad could you screw up a burger) but ultimately the service is the only reason why we will never come back!!

The three stars are for the excellent waitstaff and the entrees other than the shrimp & grits. Your nurse nerd was on the verge of giving my aunt Bp meds after tasting the shrimp and grits. Well unfortunately the GM didn't offer much of an apology, nor did he comp anything?!? Customer service... Umm not much. As for everything else ... Not bad.

Hostess was a dipstick. Told her we had a party of 5 and she went into a blind panic. People behind us came in with 7. Told it couldn't happen.... Most of restaurant was empty so I'm guessing she just didn't want our business.

My husband and my mother and I stopped in here on Monday night, September 9, at dinnertime. There were only maybe four other tables in the place where people were sitting. Despite the fact that our table seemed to be the only one our server had to take care of, our food took a very unreasonably long amount of time. It's three meals, in a restaurant where it looked like about 12 people were eating. We sat there and waited, and waited, and waited -- and of course our waitress was nowhere to be found. My husband finally said he would just leave $10 on the table for our appetizer and we should leave. I told him we should tell these people why we're leaving. I went up to the hostess stand. No one was there. No employees came by. I stood there for a couple of minutes and finally said to the bartender (who hadn't said a WORD to me even though I was standing right there clearly looking for someone) that our food was taking way too long, we didn't want it anymore, and I wanted our bill so we could leave. She very snottily told me that she doesn't handle our waitresses tickets. She said who is your server. I said it was the redheaded gal. She disappeared in the back and then she came back out. I waited there expectantly for some explanation, and she offered nothing. She said nothing to me. I stood there longer fully expecting the manager of the restaurant to come out and apologize to me -- which did not happen. I was there for so long that my husband and mother left the table and came up to the front to find out what was going on. At that point, our waitress appeared with our food. I'm not joking. She brought it over to where we were standing at the hostess stand. I told her that food took way too long. She offered to put it in takeout containers for us. Because we were on our way to a hotel in Baton Rouge, we obviously didn't want containers. We were really mad and we didn't know what to do -- we were actually still hungry and we still needed to eat, and there was our food. So we sat down again at our table, and ate the food. Absolutely NO ONE from the restaurant came over to talk to us. Not one person. Our server never even offered an apology. She gave us the bill and they didn't take anything off. Nothing. They didn't even offer to buy our appetizer. I'm not kidding you, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. That was the one and only time I have ever not left a tip at a restaurant, and I am usually a 20% tipper. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you really like sitting there in a mostly empty restaurant waiting an hour for your dinner and being treated rudely by the staff.

I went twice while I was in town for work. Salad bar was ok. service was ok. food was ok. But I did order some mini sandwiches the last time and the buns looked like $hit. I told the server to tell the cooks that was unacceptible.

Food was pretty good but the service was horrible. Server didn't know anything about the beers on tap and had to keep coming back to ask again what we ordered. And to top it all off we were seated at a dirty table.
