It was Mother's Day and I work in the industry. I was incredibly exhausted but needed to go to Walgreens to pick up a few things; it was about 2330. After working very hard for very little money (people in this town don't tip) in a restaurant that was very busy, I just wanted to shower, eat and veg out in front of the TV for a bit. On the way to Walgreens, I passed a Domino's Pizza. I asked MWH to call while I was in the store to see if they were still open and if so, gave him an order to place to be picked up on the way home. This was the first Domino's experience in Meridian and it was EXCELLENT! When I saw MWH again, he told me the order was placed. I went in to this with no expectations due to the fact that it was a chain AND that it was late at night, 30 minutes to closing. Not because I was tired and NOT because I was hungry, but I have to say that this is one of the better pizzas I've had from Domino's. The thin crust was cooked to cracker perfection. I asked for extra sauce and it was the perfect amount without having the toppings swimming on a cracker. I ordered extra cheese and felt that I got exactly what I paid for; there was enough cheese to justify paying more without being too little or too much. I was very delighted with this Domino's experience. Great job team and I hope you fared well this Mother's Day Sunday, your drivers were tipped well (much better than fast casual sit down diners), and people were much more understanding of being very busy making sure Mothers were treated well.

Great pizza. Delivery guy was disappointed in my $7 tip. Next time I will give just a dollar. That tip was 25% of the entire cost of the meal.
