I've been to several BWW, and this was a decent experience. The waitress was very friendly, and the food came quickly. The portion of fries was a little on the small size as well as the carrots. Wings were good and spicy, plus they have good tea. I will probably come back some time. I like the military discount too.

Take-Out...Roadfood... BWW has always be one of those places where you know the there will lots of TV's, lots of noise, bright lights and decent food....hence the curse or the blessings of chain restaurants. After two flights, one of which was delayed, and a 3 hour drive I was ready to almost to eat my fist. I remembered that there was a BBW across from the hotel and since I was traveling solo I opted for TAKE-OUT...... I am not a fan of drive-thu's or take-outs because somehow it seems they always mess up your order and most of the time you don't realize it till your down the road and it's not worth turning around to rectify it. I phoned in my order and was told 10 minutes.....As I expected it was loud & bright when I walked in but my order was ready and out the door I went. The wings were exactly as usual, no surprises, but they get an extra star for adding napkins & wet wipes to the take-out bag. I can't tell you how many hotel towels I have destroyed because restaurants forgot to put napkins in the bag and I was too lazy to go back and grab a handful.

The waitress was nice an friendly. She chatted with us an answered any questions we had about the food but as nice as she is she could not make up for the lackluster food or the obnoxious drunk guy at the next table that hit on my date the whole time we were there.

Service was good, restaurant was clean. The food doesn't seem quite as good as it used to be, like maybe it had been under a heat lamp for awhile. A little expensive too.

Horrible service. We've seen our server once during the meal. No one at our table has drinks.

I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wing and this one is by far the best I have been to. Facility: Exterior-The Building itself is a standard looking Buffalo Wild Wings. They had ample parking. Great landscaping and a huge patio. Interior-The inside was clean, lots of televisions and sound was adequate. The ambiance was nice. Bathrooms-Bathrooms were spotless and exceptionally clean. Atmosphere: There was a good crowd in the restaurant. Everyone seemed to be having a good time and everyone seemed to be in a very happy mood. Service: Service was spot on. I sat at the bar and my bartender was very informative and had a lot of knowledge of the menu and what was showing on TV. I saw the managers out on the floor often as they were touching tables every 15 minutes. Food: Food was great. Had wings and wedges. They were fresh and sauce was great. Drinks: I had 1 beer, Abita Amber in a draft, it was crisp and the glass was cold. Can't complain! Cleanliness: The restaurant was spotless. Floors were clean and employees were always busy cleaning. Incidents: None Summary: Buffalo Wild Wings is hit or miss across the country but this one is great. Surprising for being in such a small town.

I first experienced BWW about 8 years ago and came away a big fan of the chain. It was all downhill from there. My experience at this store was rock bottom, and I swear to avoid BWW in the future at all costs. Friendly wait staff, but got the order wrong. The wings were overly slathered in sauce. And they weren't all that hot. Ordered with the wings was a Bleu Cheese Burger, and that came out warm but not hot as well. You'd think that if you were ordering two things, and if one item was waiting for the other item to finish, that one of those items would be hotter, right? Not in this case. Which meant that my order was languishing under a lamp for at least 5 minutes, probably longer. The burger was a basic hamburger with a squirt of the bleu cheese dressing. No crumbles. I had to use some of the dressing my wings just to make a difference. All for the same price as a superior burger at your gourmet burger joint. The only thing that earns this place a second star is the friendly service and the beer selection. Because the more your drink, the better things taste. My guess is that Buffalo Wild Wings is counting on it.
