Although Starbucks isn't my first choice for coffee in the Jackson area, the staff here makes it better. They staff is friendly and can make a good drink. The coffee is not over roasted and the blended drinks aren't too sweet. In my opinion, this is the top Starbucks in the metro area.

Decent Starbucks with pretty good coffee. Roasted well and not overpowering. Really come here for the friendly staff and it's a lot less noisier than most other Starbucks.

The people who work here are really nice and the drinks are good but I don't like that it's kind of a hole in the wall location and pretty dark/gloomy inside.

For the first time after thousands of cups of coffee at Starbucks I was given a cup of coffee that wasn't up to temperature and had coffee grinds in the cup.

I always enjoy this Sbux location. Very friendly staff, but if you come during morning rush, you may want to bring coffee along for the wait! Not sure what Starbucks Corporate has against Mississippi, but stores are few & far between, even in the usual upscale suburban communities, forcing people for miles around to descend on this location.

Pretty decent place. Every now and then you'll get a new worker that makes a mistake, but hey, people have to learn somehow. I think the core group of baristas/workers here are really good. They always greet you warmly and they really know how to make some great coffee drinks. I'm a huge fan of their iced coffee (especially with free refills since I'm a gold member). I'd say most of their specialty drinks are a little sweeter than I like, but I do like to indulge every once in a while. I've only had one bad experience here before and that was with two new workers and a very non-professional conversation they were having. Other than that, I've always enjoyed my visits here.

This startbucks smelled to me. It didn't smell like coffee at all. It smelled like something old. The coffee was disgusting, and it wasn't hot.. I will return..

Everytime I come into this location it's never busy and they make my latte's perf. I love the fact that it's an in and out thing as if I called In and ordered.

I love coffee, so I clearly love Starbucks. I spent my entire day in this one a few days ago to use the wifi and finish some assignments for my college work. The staff was extremely enjoyable, and always kept lines down. The building is also very clean, including restrooms.

WHY would you only have two baristas as 8 AM?!?! There's only one real Starbucks in Jackson so this is my only option if I want Starbucks coffee (and Jackson has ZERO with a drive through). I went in today around 8 AM and the line was out the door. And they were moving at an insanely slow pace. I walked out and drove to Cups. Although I really wanted that Pumpkin Spice Latte, I went to Cups and got a Blondie.

Triple Expresso with great customer service, who could ask for anything more, a much needed ending to a very stressful and hectic week!!!

One star because they don't do half stars. I've gone to Starbucks for several years. Recently had to quit drinking caffeine, so I switched to decaf. They will not brew decaf at this lactation. They will only do a "pour over" which is horrible. Tastes like cigarette ashes, and makes your stomach hurt. After several trips they basically refused to make a simple pot of decaf. It's a shame that a place of business would lose a customer who spends lots of money because they are too lazy, too cheap, and indifferent. I sent in a complaint to corporate. They really don't care either. So -no more Starbucks. I will say cups in Fondren is happy to brew decaf no problem. They just picked up business from me. Also this location is dirty and messy often. Leaves the feeling of it being unsanitary.

Why did I come back?!?! These people are so slow. One person making the frappuccino, one on the register, three standing around. Smh....

Been coming to this location since I moved to Jackson. I come here EVERY Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well as many mornings. Recently (today) they are closing at 8pm even though it was packed. I noticed that Whole Foods across the street stays open with their coffee area till 10pm. I guess I will go there from now on as well as the rest of the Starbucks patrons that were told to exit since "We are closed now". To me, that is counter intuitive... If a competitor opens up across the street, I would find ways to retain my current clients as well as attract new ones. Closing earlier is not the way to accomplish that. Just sayin'

So I'm a big Starbucks fan, went to this place in jackson, MS and they pretty much have nothing to buy nor see in the area. I was thinking of buying a souvenir from MS. I went in this Starbucks place, asked the sales guy if he has a Mississipi mug. And he replied so loud that they never exist. This town is too small and didn't even have a starbucks MS mug. I bought my usual cafe latte and went out.
