I've been here two or three times with a buddy, and at first I went reluctantly. My expectations were eradicated. It's a very chill place to socialize and their food is pretty good. I always get the Havana mama (or whatever it's called) with some voodoo chips. Very nice atmosphere.

Who knew that a local music venue and record store could have the best pressed sandwiches in Hattiesburg? I've also tried a few of the baked goods and they are AMAZING.

Best sandwich and salads in town! Funky but great atmosphere! Very nice staff...attentive and helpful. Often live music but never intrusive. Highly recommend for lunch or a lite supper.
Totally love the vibe here. Music, great sandwiches, vinyl records ... So happy we stopped here. Very funky so don't expect frills. Oh and lots of coffee.

This place is WONDERFUL! The salads are fresh and the panini sandwiches always hit the spot. Very affordable, and gives great portions of food. They get their sweets locally and the employees are super friendly and awesome. My favorites = Moosiana panini and Veggie Salad with Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette!

As the name indicates this is both a record store and coffee shop. It has a very chill atmosphere and great coffee. I stop here each time I'm passing through Hattiesburg.

Go in for lunch!! The food in the cafe is awesome. I always get the veggie sandwich with pepper jack & cajun aoili. Salads are really good too...best croutons ever. If youre in the burg and you need coffee, this is the place to go....I suggest the cold brew....great coffee, people, and atmosphere. T-Bones also has a great selection of vinyl, new stuff or old....cds, dvds, you name it.

A great selection of sandwiches. Stop in on a Sunday and listen to a live jazz band. If we ever find ourselves in Hattiesburg again we will be sure to stop in.

Just passing through town. Needed coffee. They served a great sandwich and gumbo. Latte was flavorful. The environment was excellent. It's easy to to, right off the interstate. I would recommend this place. A++.

We had both food and music at T-Bone's. We happened to be passing through going to Tennessee on our honeymoon, wanted a quick lunch, and can never pass up checking out the best record store in whatever town we are in. T-Bone's was it in Hattiesburg, so away we went. The staff was incredibly friendly, which almost weirded us out (being from Los Angeles). Great service on both the food and record end. We both had hot sandwiches and soups that were fantastic and super cheap, and the guys in the cafe were more that willing to refill our sodas or get us anything else. The record selection was good, especially for not being in a metro area, and the employee in the record section let us know if we wanted anything they didn't have, that they'd be ordering tomorrow and to let him know. If I lived here, I would certainly be eating and listening at T-Bone's weekly.

T-Bones's is the best record store in Mississipppi, bar none. And, they have an excellent cafe, cool atmosphere and occasional live shows. If you want an authentic music environment and have the munchies, go check out the vinyl records, CDs and artwork and plan to stay awhile.

My wife, Dixie, and I were out exploring last night. I had been to T-Bones once or twice before, but this was a first for her. Sitting on the leather couch and drinking something delicious and fattening from the coffee bar was a treat! I suppose T-Bones is the hippest spot in Hattiesburg, judging by the crowd in attendance. Although we didn't eat dinner, we did peruse the menu. It's simple fare; coffee of all types, creative sandwiches and salads, and really tasty looking pastries. I bought a $5 used CD of Cole Porter Classics that I've been enjoying. We'll be back.

Excellent sandwiches, specially the veggie one. Big menu that will please any one. People are super friendly! Fast service too. Awesome coffee shop with local options, such as bread and milk. Chess square was a great surprise for dessert! Perfect stop when you are on vacation - but it was full of locals.

This place deserves it's five stars, both as a coffee shop and a record store. Great products, great vibe, very chill. A real oasis of cool in Hattiesburg. I wish we had a place like this where I live. And since I live in a major hipster center, that's saying something.

Excellent sandwiches, coffee, espresso, sweets, and music selection (of course!). Oh yeah, and the people are kind and knowledgeable. A great place to get some work (or procrastination) done.

I had the privelege to work for this fine establishment for a short period of time. I must say, the staff truly takes pride in their work! You have to come in for lunch! They make some seriously delicious grilled sandwiches. My personal favorites are the Havannah Ham and the Moosiana! It comes with your choice of Zapp's chips, or a yummy organic side salad! And their Cold brew? It can't be beat. No where in town can touch it! They have been working on the secret recipe for years, and I'm not about to give it away ;) Try the cold brew with shots of flavor, like white mocha! They also provide a wonderful selection of baked goods. The cupcakes will make you drool, as well as their turtle cream cheese bars or their Coca-Cola cake. And speaking of Coca-Cola - they sell bottled Cokes made with real sugar! And as far as the music? Amazing! They have live events all the time, and any of their knowledgeable staff will be able to help you find anything your heart desires. They have a pretty awesome selection of vinyl, too.

Excellent food! Fresh creative sandwiches and salads. Generous portions. The Harry's deluxe salad is great as well as doing a build your own sandwich loaded with veggies , turkey and aioli. Yummy. We order often!

I really enjoy shopping at T Bone Records. The staff is overly helpful in finding the rare albums that i search for. I have not had a chance to eat there but if the food is as good as the service then i know it is great. I disagree with the cold brew. I personally dont think alchohol in a record store is a way to enhance the atmosphere.. Coffee shop\Bar ? Doesnt make sence to me.

There isn't a record store/coffee shop combo in the country that I've found that matches this place. I used to spend hours a day here when I lived in Hattiesburg. Records/Movies: CDs dominate the selection, although their vinyl collection is continuously expanding. Right in the front door is the new releases section for Rock, Hip Hop and R&B. The selection caters more to the indie-music crowd as well as an awesome selection of new and recent-memory hip hop and R&B. I'm not sure about the correct capitalization to use here. Other genres are represented as well, but in smaller selections. If I remember correctly the Soul and Jazz sections are pretty good. The prices for everything are a decent middle ground. Some CDs are cheaper depending on the label but the prices aren't especially low or exorbitantly high (except for new vinyl). The used vinyl selection is in its infancy but has been filtered by a staff with a good ear for music, so there are some great titles to be found. The used CDs collection has some funny finds, and for decent priceI have about five DVDs to my name and never once browsed the DVD section in my years of patronage. Coffee: uh. my review just got erased, so everything from here on out is going to be a dispirited rehashing of funny jokes about good food and coffee. Coffee is good. Something about Bear Blood. Food is good. Veggie sandwich is great. Cajun aioli is fantastic. Baked goods come from sweet shop on 7th Street. Get the coca cola cake. Everything is awesome. Blah blah blah still pissed that everything was erased Everything else: Friendly staff, personable, something about Will Poyner. Live shows are fun, Scrabble is fun, T-Bone's makes a good date spot, I'm sorry this is so bad now the internet is a frustrating place that takes away twenty minutes worth of awesome prose and turns it into nothing. Last but not least: get the cold brew. It's the best cold brew ever. I had some snarky jokes about how I was going to serve cold brew at my wedding and make sure it's at my funeral but I forget exactly how to put it now thanks to the stupid internet. have a good day.

Great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food and coffee! T-Bones has a very comfortable atmosphere and offers free wifi and lots of plugs for those who like to work in a coffee shop. The sandwiches are yummy (I like the jbird). Like everyone else, I recommend the cold brew. They also have a delicious dessert selection. I highly recommend this place!

T-Bone's is amazing! So glad they exist in Hattiesburg - we are definitely better as a result. The sandwiches & salads are delicious, the service is always professional & super-friendly, and the coffee is the best in town. What's not to like? Try a cold brew with vanilla soy, order an excellent salad, and sit back and enjoy great music.

I moved to Hattiesburg about a week ago and my goodness, am I thankful this place exists. Great selection of music - so pleased to see the newest Boards of Canada on vinyl, as well as The Mountain Goats, old Pavement, Godspeed You! Black Emperor.. etc. Had a delicious sandwich (the Moo-siana) and my friend had a fabulous salad. Came back the next day to sit and work with a soy latté and it was as pleasant as could be. These poor people will be seeing a LOT of me over the next few years.
