    Good food. Great service. Some of the areas could have been a little cleaner, but it was also very busy when we were there.

    Messed up order then hassled me when I requested the missing food items, very unprofessional and won't be back. Don't use the drive thru, they will not help you fix mistakes and ask you to park and take time to go in.

    Won't be back here again. Customer service definitely lacking! If you are placing a large order make sure you go down the street to the Turtle Creek Mall location. Super friendly/fast service...there to serve you. And they provide 'Be our guest cards' as a thank you for your business. Our $1k per month is moving to Turtle Creek. AND Turtle Creek will deliver orders over $150 for FREE.

    Very very kind staff and made our order very quickly! Food was delicious of course! Seemed like a very clean location and the bathrooms were relatively nice! Good experience

    Extremely responsive and quick service. In addition, they have the best fast food around. I have been very impressed and surprised by Chick-fil-A recently, even though I disagree with the political views of its founder. Definitely worth a look.

    Cashier was not able to give proper change. Had to get manager to cash $100 bill. She was going to give change in 1's and 5's. Everyone was rude and unfriendly.

    This is the first chick-fil-e, I've ever been treated rudely at. I am a bus driver. Most places feed me for free, because I decide, where to drop my group of 40-50 people and so I am bringing them 40-50 folks or in other words about $300-500 in business. They bought snapped my head off when I told them I was the bus driver. I was told we don't feed the driver. I said are you sure, most chick-fil-es do? She said no that came direct from the owner and he said don't comp any drivers. Ok in your mind your probably thinking how dare the driver expect this, or maybe thinking I bet the driver was rude, or in some way justifying in your mind how I was probably due a rude response. All I can tell you is go to this particular restaurant walk in and see if you don't sense a bad attitude from the staff. Don't have to order anything, there is a five guys burger next door, you can eat there after you check out the bad attitude these workers have. Also it's not just that they didn't treat me, it's the attitude and condescending tone used in order to swiftly brush me out of the way to get to the customer behind me.
