For those driving through the area, this location provides quick and easy access to I10. There is a TJ MAXX & ROSS Located close by and a gas station located to the left when your facing the front door of Starbucks. Staff was friendly, bathrooms were ok, parking is limited but there is a drive thru window.

Stopped in here last weekend for coffee on our way to New Orleans to visit family. Their wait time is okay but for the amount of people behind the counter you'd think they'd be quicker. Apparently, it's all about the drive thru customers because they seem to focus more on them. As I stood waiting for my drink, I overheard one of the workers, a tall slender and darker haired white female say to her coworker, "what are these people doing here? It's Sunday! Go home geez". Made me wish I wouldn't have run out of coffee at home before we left. Because I sure would have gotten a refund and left WITHOUT my order! What a nasty attitude for someone who works in customer service/food industry to have! If she doesn't like her job or doesn't want to be there, fire her and give it to somebody who will make a customer feel appreciated! Guess she thought nobody was listening? She thought wrong! 4 stars for the coffee but NO STARS for that experience! We won't return here.

Servers are friendly enough, but it's rather unacceptable for a place to run out of an ingredient for a seasonal special. Not is it acceptable for a server to argue with a customer over a drink selection. Starbucks is getting way too big for its britches.

My drink came out quickly and correctly which is always appreciated. My dad and I hung out here before I dropped him off at the airport, and it was a nice place to sit and talk, but it was freezing inside (good thing I ordered a hot latte!) and the music was up a touch too high to have a nice conversation, as evidenced by the job interview happening two tables away from us - I heard every word the girl said because she had to talk over the music.

Went in and ask for an iced coffee and i quickly clarified as to what it was called at Starbucks (their jargon), the girl said with a smile on here face, "I'm a coffee person, I know you want." Then without realizing it, the guy fixing the coffee handed me my coffee and said make sure it is what you expected and ill remake it if it isn't. WOW, I don't k ow who trained this team but they are great! They kept me engaged and made me very pleased with the service! Makes me want to pay $5 for an iced coffee! Thanks again.

What's great location to grab your favorite Starbucks drink before heading off to watch the sunset at the beach. I wish I had this luxury in my neighborhood. before catching the sunrise.Today's service was excellent with the added touch of some good ole Southern hospitality this place is a winner. As far as the wait goes it was a little longer than I would of liked but "good things come to those that wait".

Worst Starbucks ever. Dirty nasty bathrooms. Not very friendly staff. Bathrooms have never been cleaned. Very sad.

Incredibly slow drive through. It took me 21 mins to get a coffee as I waited in line. The coffee should be made as soon as the person orders it.

I just moved to the area about a month ago and have been here 3 times. All 3 times I have been hugely disappointed by the customer service, or should I say the lack of. The same woman was working the drive thru window the 3 times I've been and was not friendly at all. I'm sorry but not having a single word spoken to me is one of my biggest customer service pet peeves. Just handing me my drink without saying a single word is completely rude. I doubt I will go out of my way to return to this Starbucks again.

I think some employees have changed and I have enjoyed the hospitality of the employees at 49 and at popps ferry. The one in Diberville needs some help on customer service. There must be a big turnaround on employees as service keeps changing. I can't complain on drinks since they make a new one if needed. Employees said calibration is due on machine. Download the Starbucks app and pay from your phone for discounts and ease of use.

The coffee is great, but getting in and out is tuff the traffic is a nightmare. After a day of shopping it's great. Can't beat the service tho.

I like going to Starbucks because they are always consistent with my mocha drink. I've tried independent coffee houses but it's either a hit or miss.

Servers in this store are nice and friendly. I ordered a skinny latte and muffin. It was way to hot to sit outside -84 degrees and humid -so I stayed in and listened to music. It was a nice stopover on my way back to Meridian, MS.

This location uses frozen bananas for their smoothies. I expect better ingredients from Starbucks (or any company charging $5 for a drink. It is sad that they allow their name to be tarnished to save a few pennies.
