We found this restaurant on Yelp. We were very pleasantly surprised, and satisfied. Like some others have said on here, the selection is smaller than the super buffets you find, but the quality, and flavors were great. We will be back, and we will recommend this to our friends.

Another great Chinese buffet on the coast. Not the hugest selection, but the stuff they do have is good. Friendly service, too.

I have been eating at this restaurant since right after they opened post Hurricane Katrina and just recently realized that a lot of people did not know the owners used to have a very popular restaurant on Broad Avenue in Gulfport which was vaporized by the storm. My wife and I used to eat lunch buffet once a week when I worked in the evening. Now we go when we can. The selection at lunch is not huge but it is fresh and great taste to go along with the very reasonable price. The two of us under $15.00 for lunch buffet. Get there before noon or you will wait. Not a very large seating area. They also do a big take out business. The owner and employees are very nice. The only negative things I can think of are I wish they would get better furniture and eating utensils. I kid my wife that we should bring a knife and fork from the house. We have never eaten here in the evening.

My favorite Chinese buffet on the coast for years. The selection is not large at all ( around 16 items ) but all of them are good! If I want Chinese, I will not go anywhere else! Go at lunch or early dinner, when it's busy and everything is at it's freshest and you will not be disappointed. The owner is always overseeing the operation and makes sure that the buffet is kept fresh. The crab won tons are the best that I've ever had. I am officially addicted to them!!!

When I lived on the Gulf Coast before Hurricane Katrina, this was a regular place for me for several years. The owner enjoys getting to know her repeat customers. I would take my mother here and we'd sit for hours enjoying conversation and company. The owner practically encouraged this and would sometimes join us if we didn't mind. She would regularly ask "Where's your boy?" or "Where's your mom?" if one of us came in alone. I have made very few trips back to Gulfport since I moved away at the end of 2005. Even after several years (2009) of being away, the owner recognized me on my last visit with my mom. It's been a few years, but my favorites were the egg rolls, crab rangoons, and dishes that were heavy on the curry. We always got the buffet.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
