Waitress worked hard and was very nice. I heard one of them say "it's just us" as they sent other server's home though it was fairly busy. Food as expected for Ihop. Old and dirty building. Bathrooms are nasty.

The service was less than adequate to say the least. Our server dropped my meal on the floor (chicken fried steak and gravy) she left it right there on the floor by our table and didn't clean it up. She left the eggs and hashbrowns and went to have the cook remake the CFS. So by the time the CFS was brought to the table the eggs and hashbrowns were cold. She then once the new meal came cleaned up the CFS off the floor. NO, the restaurant wasn't busy we were her only table. Do NOT eat here..just keep driving!

The food was quite a bit dry. The service was slow. The fruit dish contained as much outter husks of mellons as it did mellon pieces. The omlets are excessive dry and cold, and the pancakes are bland. I do not recommend this location, but again, it is an iHop and the quality is not on par with other locations, but I have had much better. Overall, skip this location and find something else.

By far the worst IHOP I have ever eaten! It smells bad and my eggs were awful! If you want to eat garbage then eat at this IHOP.

IHOP. Internationally known as the house of pancakes.....or something. It's a breakfast 24/7 spot and I never ever order anything but breakfast. Like the pizza place known to man as Papa Johns, IHOP has always been the same....consistent. Any time of the day is good for a breakfast sampler. The service, not so much. Slowwwwwwww. Sometimes feel rushed but like the food, consistent. Can't complain too much. Usually understaffed anyways but hey, as long as my sampler comes, I'm good. This particular IHOP is mighty old. So, It's not too clean. If you're a super duper clean freak, stay away. Especially the bathrooms!

The service and the food were good .. But there were little bugs crawling on our table. The silverware was dirty, and the bathroom was gross . I used the ladies room before eating, it stunk so bad of a Sewer smell I almost lost my appetite !! Granted most buildings in this area are "dated" but that smell was Nasty!! Maybe they should invest in a Glade Plug in or similar !!

Whoever designed the entrance to this place is AN IDIOT. It's so confusing to get into here and I've had to get back into the long ass turning lane to wait AGAIN. Not coming back.

We were seated immediately, then ignored for 20 minutes as 4 servers spent that time refilling syrup bottles. One even stopped by to replace our syrup bottle, but did not ask if we had been served. As we got up to leave, one person asked if we had been helped, and we said "no" as we walked out the door.

The service is better at this location because the customer base has increased since the last time I was here. The place is buzzing like a Sunday morning and it's nearly lunchtime on a Wednesday! They have a new dish, turkey and scrambled eggs on brioche toast with tomato and avocado, plus a sauce or gravy on top. It wasn't bad, but think I'll substitute over easy eggs for scrambled and add a slice of pepper jack for a little more zest next time. I wouldn't have come to the Gulfport location again, ever, because of previous experiences here, but it appears they've been resolved! My recommendation would be to give it another try if you haven't already!

Horrible service. Waitress was slow taking order then didn't even put it in. After 30 minutes and everyone around us receiving their food I reminded our waitress, who never checked on us during this wait in the first place or she would have known!

I really like the food here. They are usually fast and the restaurant is pretty clean. 90% of my servers have been nice and helpful. Being open 24/7 is a plus too!

Seven people trekked out for breakfast on Christmas Eve. Typically my husband and I get on yelp and make a destination decision before leaving the house by finding a well reviewed restaurant. However, more people obvsiouly need to yelp in Gulfport because the reviews are sadly lacking and even more so for breakfast! Our wait was actually not too bad - about 15 minutes. We were seated and given our menus. It took some time before someone came over and offered us drinks (even tho we were ready to order). She assured us that the waitress would be over shortly to take our orders. Drinks delivered, we chatted, we chatted somemore... I think at least 15 minutes passed before the waitress came to get our orders even tho she was hovering close to our table regularly. Another 20-25 passed before the food arrived. My husbands order was incorrect which they quickly fixed. My order, Light fit spinach omlette was incorrect and if I had thought about it...since it arrived with coagulated cheese to spread on topI would have realized that I probably didnt get the Light/fit version of the dish. The waitress took away the cheese and brought me fresh fruit. Over all, the food was not horrible and it was filling. The experience was not great. The waitress was either new or had no clue about menu items. I would definitely try to find another breakfast eatery in Gulfport or Biloxi on our next visit to see our daughter & son-in-law,
