This placed is tucked away, right off the interstate. The food was so-so. Shrimp were overcooked, but the fried oyster Poboys was amazing. Oysters perfectly cooked and the Poboys was overloaded with them. Cajun fries weren't anything special, but the fried mushrooms were very good and served with an incredible sauce. Our drinks were terrible. I ordered a bushwacker, which is a frozen ice cream drink. Mine tasted like it was made with just ice and milk, a drizzle of chocolate, and was lacking in the rum department. The bf ' s margarita was watered down, both the sweet and sour mix and the teguila... and our server never came to check on us. The view was great though. We sat outside, right on the water. People can park their boats and jet skis and get food and drinks togo (even alcohol).

The food was so-so. Ordered grilled grouper poboy and Cajun fries. This place definitely wins in the atmosphere division. I was in for lunch while traveling, but I bet it is an awesome place for drinks.

Writing an off the cuff review on iPhone. Gonna b short. Nice place cool location. Nothing else good about it. Was recommended by local bartender. Gotta b careful with that. Told they had great burgers There is no beer on tap. One strike. Playing jimmy buffet. Two strikes. Burger was fracking horrible dry , over cooked. soggy bun. Three strikes ur out. Will take half the burger home for the dog. Not sure if that a plus r minus. Avoid this place.

Location: Well hidden! Take a right as soon as you pass the cemetery. It looks like the driveway to a private residence, but you'll see the brightly-colored restaurant at the end once you get past the tree! My guy was kind of aggravated by the time we got here and had all but written the place off because it's so hard to find - though to be fair, there is a faded sign at the driveway entrance that we didn't notice. We sat outside on the patio. I ordered the day's special - pulled pork quesadillo (which is really three small, quartered quesadillos - plenty of food!). My guy ordered the Cheeseburger in Paradise without the onions and said it was the best burger he's had in a while - high praise! He also had a side of cajun fries; I stole at least half of them. This place was so good that when we finished with our business in Gautier, we invited our friends to meet us here for dinner! I was still full from lunch, so I ordered some salsa and chips to split, and my guy got his burger again. I don't recommend the salsa - it tastes like tomato - I mean, I know there are tomatoes in salsa, but even though I could see the other ingredients, it tasted like a plain tomato. I stole more french fries, and everyone loved the fried mushroom appetizer. Our friends ordered the grilled chicken with fries and buffaloed shrimp with coleslaw - both were happy with the orders. It was nice to sit outside, and we were alone by dusk. The patio is lit with string lights, so it was a little dark, but very artsy and the staff was attentive. Love this place! We didn't get to see any alligators or turtles, but a raccoon sat across the patio to watch us eat!

Cool location on the water. Delicious burgers and brews! Live music at times. Ride there in your boat and pull up to their private dock for some grub and entertainment on their huge outdoor decks! Bring some insect repellant though :-(

One of the places that got me through a tough Navy tour. hucks is a great place to go on a sat afternoon and watch the world go by. parking can be tricky, but all in all, it is fun, the food is decent and the beer is cold. If you are looking for fine dining, keep going on 90 to Ocean Springs or a casino in Biloxi, but if you crave hot wings, a burge or fried pickles, come to hucks. Watch an alligator in the water and drink a beer. Also look for a disciplinary letter that an officer received during his tour in Mississippi on the wall. It is a great read. Hopefully it is still on the wall.

Huck's is a funky little place on the bank of the Pascagoula River. I like it most for the outdoor waterfront seating, which is very casual and relaxed. The menu is limited to burgers, poboys, fries, etc., nothing very interesting, healthy, or vegetarian friendly. Beer selection is fair, bottles only. Service is friendly and good. It's a fun little place to have a burger and beer by the water when the weather is nice.

Just a stone's throw from SR90 coming into Gautier from the east, a couple of right turns and you'll forget that you were just around zippy traffic doing 65mph. Sit outside and enjoy the view, but be careful if it's the dead of summer or mosquito season (it's open-air)! Food is pretty good, service is personal and with a smile, locale is definitely unique and cozy. A great local place!

Was driving in the area and decided to stop through because of the reviews. The place and location is interesting but the service was horrible. It took forever for the waitress to greet us and to get out drink orders. We had to keep changing our beer orders cause they were out. She took twice as long to get our food orders to only tell us that the kitchen was slow and there would be a wait time for the food. Since sitting down we have already been there for over 30 min with only tap water to show for it. We had enough and left, unless they do something about the service, I would not recommend this place!!

We took our girls there for dinner on a Sunday evening and it was a family friendly atmosphere. I'm not sure that would be the case on Saturday night when they have live music. The food and service were good and the deck atmosphere was great!

So many good memories here. *sniff* First grilled alligator. First deep fried alligator. Good po-boy. So many beers. Sitting outside right on the water with friends and having a good time, listening to music. How can this place not be a winner?

This is definitely a really cool place to visit. Located directly on the swampy bayou, it sports signs on the back deck asking patrons to please not feed the alligators. The ambiance is definitely the winner in this local favorite. You won't see many tourists here, as it's hidden off the highway and there are no signs advertising it's location. This place was devastatingly flooded from Katrina, but has bounced back as though it was a minor glitch for them. The sandwiches and burgers are immense as well as loaded with flavor. The service is excellent and the beer selection is just amazing. This is a definite must visit kind of place. My husband's business associates meet there rather frequently after work to sit back and drink a good beer while enjoying the swampy landscape and eyeing the pretty waitresses. ;)

Amazing place to relax with friends. If its a nice day out sit out and enjoy the rays on their dock or if you're out in the boat pull on to the dock for some grub. Great service good food and an amazing atmosphere is what the cove is about! I had the mushroom burger which was very tasty and my friend had the blackened fish salad which was also very good. It has a full bar and would be a great place to chill and hang out after a day on the water. We didn't stay there that late, but I'm sure it'd be a cool place at night. They have local bands on Friday and Saturday evenings and the waitress told us it gets very busy.
