    My wife and I have been here a few times since the opening last year and each time we have had decent to great service. The food has always been cooked and prepared great. The steaks aren't the "top" of the line cuts, but are tender and taste really good. All around a good experience for the money.

    This was the second time coming here that I asked for a party of 8 to be seated. They don't take reservations but if you come in and ask, they will look at you like you are crazy, ask if you can split the party and then point you to a worthless manager. I tried to come early and put our name on the list and then get a drink. They refused to put my name on the list until half of the party was there. When half my party arrived, they gave us an hour and a half wait even though I was sitting at the bar and asked to be put on the list 30 minutes prior. The manager then blamed the hostess and said there was nothing he could do. Then turned around and walked away. Really?! What kind of establishment is this?!

    By far the worst Outback Steakhouse I've been in (been in probably 15 or so). Incredibly slow in every way and food was not good (surprising considering it's a chain and the others have been better). Seating is slow because no tables get turned over. Servers are nowhere to be found. My wife and I overheard one employee say to another, "hey let's go smoke one" while we awaited our table. Clearly this is part of the problem. The kitchen is very slow. Food takes forever. Drinks sit empty. Poorly run. So much missed revenue. The worst was waiting a half hour to get our check so we could get out of there. Waitress disappeared. Had to get hostess to bring check. Late lunch (3 pm) took 2.5 hours. We won't be back. I'd recommend against this place. Decent franchise usually but this one is bad. I bet this location doesn't survive long.

    My hubby and I have become regulars at this place since its just down the street from where we live. Since it's usually just the two of us, we always opt for seats at the bar. Our favorite bartender, by far, is Chris--he's friendly, attentive, and always remembers us! Unfortunately, some of the other servers are not so good and there seems to always be some issues in the kitchen --I have witnessed several people being disgruntled about how long their food is taking to be prepared--this has happened to us as well once. However, the manager on duty usually makes an appearance and adjusts the bill in situations like this, so that's a plus, I guess. I would not advise anyone to dine here before going to a movie because you will likely not make it--I saw this happen here--go to the movies (or anywhere else before) because you cannot predict the time you will spend here!! The other night, my hubby, sister, and I dined at one of the "community" tables in the bar area. These tables are designed for multiple parties to sit while they wait for a table but we three decided to order our meal at this table and shortly after an older couple asked if they could join us as well. We all got to talking and agreed that our server was rather incompetent! It took forever to get us our drinks and after waiting for about 20 minutes for some steak sauce, I just went to the bar to ask for some. When our server did return to the table with the steak sauce, she seemed upset to see that I had already gotten my sauce--I wasn't going to let that filet get cold! The older lady said her sweet potato was so cold that the butter wouldn't melt! As for the food, I would say it's as good as a corporate restaurant can get. We started with a bloomin onion--it's good but it's definitely a heart attack on a plate! There were a few onion pieces that were still raw. For dinner, I ordered my steak medium and it came out just the way medium is supposed to be! Tender, tender, tender! We added a side of shrimp which was also delicious, shared a Caesar salad, steamed broccoli, and a baked potato, all of which was good but not something memorable. In the past, we've had there app sampler, which is good, but being a chain restaurant, you know it's not freshly made. Overall, I think this restaurant has potential to do well, especially in the area that it's in, but some aspects definitely need improvement for it to be a true 5-star place. We will continue to dine here out of convenience and our favorite bartender!

    First, we sat down and waited for about 10 minutes before the server came over. The four of us ordered wine. After about another 10 minutes the server came back with 4 carafe's and placed them on the table. He asked if he could take our order. I asked if we could get a wine glass, and he said "sure" with a confused look on his face. I looked at the table next to us and the lady was drinking her wine from the carafe. Had to ask for bread. Finally got it after we we're done with the soup & salad. My father-in-law asked if we could have bread plates, and our server informed us there were none available since they were being washed in the kitchen. The French onion soup was luke warm and the cheese had to be cut with a knife. When the food came out it was dropped off by someone else from the kitchen. She dropped it and took off. Never cleared the soup & salad plates or asked if we needed anything. The server never showed again until I was done with my meal. I never got my asparagus and asked him to take it off the bill since I was finished. Terrible experience. The server was a nice young main but obviously lacked any training on how to properly take care of guests. It wasn't just him as other tables were making comments as well.

    Great food. Great service. Bartender, Kevin was a superstar. The wait was long to get in but it's new so I expect that will improve. We'll be back. The grilled shrimp was fantastic and the drinks were really good.

    Sorry this is late but I dined at this location on Monday October 6th. Yes food was good as it always is at any Outback and service was good also. I am rating this visit very low because of what the management decided to do. Every outback has a bloomin onion promotion on the Monday after a top 10 finish from Kevin Harvick but they had a sign at the door stating they would not be participating in this promotion ( main reason I chose Outback on Monday). They advertise this promotion on tv. Second complaint is I over heard a manager telling veterans that they do not honor a military discount. Every other Outback and respectable restaurant honors some form of discount for our armed forces. Why would they not honor it at this restaurant. I will not return to this location until this ridiculousness is corrected. Thanks for fighting for our freedom, sorry you can't get a discount. Please do not dine at this facility. Plenty other restaurants around them or drive to I-55 and visit a respectable outback.

    Went here last night for date night, and it was FANTASTIC from entry to the restaurant until our departure. I was skeptical at first because while we waited for a table we listened to a couple complain about their service, but we decided to just wait and give it a try because we were starving. We were greeted by to hostess. One held the door, and the other took down our names. We were told our wait would be 5-15, and it was head on. When we were seated our waiter cane immediately and took our drink order and assisted us in picking an appetizer. We were very indecisive the entire night, but our waiter was very patient and recommended us some great dishes, and guest favorites. The food came out hot and met our expectations. Our waiter was a guy by the name of Aubrey or Auburn. He was great! From my experience, When restaurants are new it usually takes a while for servers or waiters to get adjusted to their jobs but he was AWESOME!!! If management is reading this, you all did a great job by hiring him, huge asset!!! I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Great food and service !!!
