By far the best burger I've ever had in my life! Their bread deserves 5 additional stars!! I usually get the Comeback burger and my boyfriend gets the Red, White, and Blue. Always perfect. This is definitely one of my favorite place to eat. They also have really good beer deals! If you have an Eat JXN card, be sure to take advantage of the free total and chips.

The service here isn't good at all....Even when there are only a couple of people in the restaurant it takes too long to be seated... The food isn't very good either....and it's overpriced except for the burgers.... The burgers are very big....The waiters typically don't bring out the food even though that's in the job description... I would suggest eating elsewhere...

We got seated quickly, which at noon on Sunday in Mississippi is simply unheard of! After being seated, it took about ten minutes for us to get our drink order taken. I figured since it was a busy day, this was acceptable, but it still rubbed me the wrong way. (Backstory: I am from Hattiesburg, home of the original Mugshots. We had to quit going to the one there simply because of service. It just got worse and worse upon each visit. But! Since we moved, I figured I'd try the one here.) About five minutes after receiving our drinks, our pepper jack cheese wedges came out. Normally, these wedges give me life (as mentioned on my check-in) but today, no life. No happiness. No thrill of seeing ooey gooey pepper jack cheese spill out onto the appetizer plate. They were cooked to a lukewarm temperature at best. Saddened, I dunked them into marinara sauce and thought of money wasted. Then, our burgers came out. I got the McDonald. Covered in cups of sauce, it was difficult to eat. Also, raw bacon? Yum. The saving grace was the french fries. They were cooked to perfection. I probably won't be going back to any Mugshots location in the future. This makes me sad, as I love a good burger.

Definitely one of my favorite places for a good burger and beer in Jackson. I usually go for the Breakfast Burger, which is always excellent. Today I had the Red, White, and Blue, which did not disappoint. Good sized patty covered in mild sauce with blue cheese. Very flavorful, not overwhelming. We went at an odd time, around 3pm, so we didn't have a wait, but usually the place is packed. The service has always been great, and they give you free queso and chips with your eat jxn card.

Lot's of deep fried food and beer. Good beer selection, but I would only go here if everything else is closed, which is any Sunday night in Flowood, MS.

Decent burger selection and even a few creative ones. Only visited for lunch, but that was good enough. Portions are great, and it's a very clean place. Prepare yourself for a full belly!

Best burger ever! Move over Five Guy's, this is even better! A burger couldn't be much better than this!

It has a really good environment. I find the service is just so,so. Always depends on who waits on you. The burgers are also pretty good although there is certainly better in town. They might do better by choosing a higher quality beef or just not adding additives. I just like plain beef. If I want extras, I'll add them.

Not a meat eater so this place is rather disappointing for me. If they can make custom patties for the meat burgers the least they could do is custom make a veggie patty. Service was good though.

I like Mugshots. This is the best burger around. OK one of the best I mean I have others I like but each is different in their own way. OK so then I LOVE Mugshots. My only problem is people bringing their kids and I dont mean older kids I mean kids under 10 that can't act right and in a sports bar at that. I wish all restaurants would make a kid free section. Like maybe put all the kids up stairs away from those of us trying to eat in peace. Aside from this the only other idea why not have a sampler selection for any beers ad add more on tap.

Great place for a burger. Service was ok. This was my second Mugshots location that I have been to, and was underwhelmed with TVs as I went to specifically to watch a game. Although there are a lot and in good locations throughout the restaurant, some(many) are due for an upgrade. Not bad enough to turn me away though.

In a word...YUM. Amazing burgers. Friendly staff. And least expensive t-shirts I've seen in a while ($15). Love any place with good sweet potato fries. Very sports bar feel. Lots of 'Wang' sauce choices for wings. Lol

Great Burgers, Friendly staff, fun menu. One of the Jackson areas best places for a burger. You should be able to find one to meet your needs on the large burger menu. I would suggest you branch out and try one you wouldn't normally order. The Big Kahuna with pineapple and teriyaki sauce is quite tasty. The new Western Burger (maybe?) is great with pepper jack cheese, fried jalapenos, and fried onion straws. The onion rings are very good. I think the fries just changed with the new menu additions. They are a bit larger like the size of a 1/2 of a steak fry and battered with something tasty. The place is loud. You'll have to wait for a table most any evening during peak hours, but possibly an hour or longer on Friday or Saturday. They have big screen TVs throughout the place, you may be able to see one, but you won't be able to hear it. Contrary to some other reviews that describe the place as a sports bar, I think it is a big burger joint that happens to have some TVs showing sports. If you drink water you can by for under $10 before tip, but a tip and drink will push you to $14-16 per person.

Great food but the service sucks. In Mississippi for work went there two times and sat at the bar. Took at least 5 min for the bar tender to come to me, but the burger was great so decided to try again. The bar tender walk by several times and never said a word so I just left.

Mugshots was a great place! A clean environment, very friendly staff, great food, and more. It took 20 minutes to wait, but nevertheless, it was great! Had the cheeseburger with mayo and fries, cheeseburger was really big and delicious, so were the fries. A must stop when you're in Jackson.
