Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Ahhhmaaazinngg!! I love this Moe's! Wish the one by me was just half as nice! This one has spoiled me for all others! Friendly people and great food!

All the Moe's locations are really nice, with good quick food. The location has one of those cool multi-flavor soda dispensers. Some locations have two dispensers, which is nice, particularly when someone in front of you takes forever to get their drink just right. This location is in the new Promenade shopping area, which is full of nice, new stores.

I walked in and everyone yelled "Welcome to Moes!" at me. I am afraid of people and just life in general, so it scared me. I sharted myself in fear. And then I left. But before I did, I had a burrito, and it was just okay. The soda machine is the coolest thing about this joint.

I'm a huge fan of Moe's. They serve the highest quality meats and tofu, and this place represents the chain perfectly. The service was very fast, and everyone was so friendly. This will definitely be my go-to fast Mexican spot from now on!

This was my first time at a Moe's, and I really liked it! I got a burrito bowl with ground beef and really my only complaint was that it seemed to get cold fast, and we ate in. I really, really liked the salsa bar - the tomatillo salsa was the bomb. I didn't order the queso this time but you can bet that I'm going to next time. The Coke freestyle machine was a nice surprise and we got free drinks because it was Monday - nice!

This was my first time at a Moe's and I felt like I needed some instructions on how to order. I figured it out. I had a Homewrecker Jr. You can choose Chicken, Tofu, Ground Beef or Steak. The fixin's or fillings are set up Subway style. You tell them what you want and they pile it on. All orders come with tortilla chips.

The service and food here are always amazing. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. My favorite part is the salsa bar.

Great food, made fast. Good selection for vegetarians (try finding black beans or tofu at any other Mexican place on the coast--Moe's has it!). The queso is good, but kinda pricey for the amount you get. This is a great lunch spot since it's pretty quick. Be sure to ask for green peppers, onions, or mushrooms on your burrito. Oh, and Kids eat free on Tuesdays.

Love Moe's! The food is fresh! I usually get a bean burrito bowl. Warning! The quesadilla is small. My hubby got one and said it was a snack.

My kids love this place. I'm more a fan of real Mexican flavor for my taco. They do have excellent customer service. Always so friendly with there greetings. My kids love there cheese dip. They not much of eater, but if my kids love it. Then I'm here.

I don't know that I would categorize this place as a Tex-Mex place. Sure, they offer fajitas, but really, I feel like this is a knock-off of Chipolte, or another burrito place in that vein. Clearly the chain owners have a sense of humor, but their humor is an acquired taste. Looking at the menu and at various places around the restaurant, its clear that jokes and obscure references are being made, but this writer can't connect to all of them and that is but frustrating and pointless. Instead of charging extra for things like guacamole or sour cream, they claim to have two different types of burritos (with or without guac) for different prices. That just adds to the confusion. Aesthetics aside though, the food here is decent, although I wouldn't say Chipolte quality. However, everything is quite fresh and their sauces are very delicious! Everything comes with tortilla chips, which is great.

Its like Subway, but Tex-Mex style. They have great burritos, tacos, salads, nachos and all kinds of things. Plus they have a Salsa bar and a Coke bar.

For fast food, it's great. Service is always good from staff to managers. Food is decent. Place is always clean

This is comparable to Chipotle and Qdoba. Their queso dip is pretty good but expensive for a small solo cup. They do try to "nickel-and-dime" you on everything that is extra (ie half-scoop of ground beef = 50 cent, full-scoop = $1...it is ground beef!) so deduct 1 star. Their burritos are smaller than the other places mentioned.

Im from pittsburgh and i was soooo unbelieveably sad when i looked a month ago and saw there were no moes around ;( But while i was in class with some of my friends and they said they went to moes and i freaked out. Anyways they told me it was by buffalo wild wings and five guys (making this an even more difficult choice to pick) but i went there with a friend and absolutely LOVED it, i got my quesadilla and queso dip and ahhhhhh it still makes my mouth water

My Wife and I love Moe's. We went to this one opening night and it was fantastic. She got the Joey and I got a Billy. It was excellent, service was great. Only bad thing was the line, but it was opening night so no worries. The Queso was also the best we had in a while.

We love Moe's, we had been going every time we were in AL or FL and when we seen the billboard for one in the Promenade we immediately knew what was for lunch. Admittedly we've never tried the taco's as we have always enjoyed their burritos (Joey Bag of Donuts or Homewrecker (Sour Cream & Guacamole))... They are humungous, mine was so large they had trouble rolling it up. It's pretty customizable with your choice of meat, bean, toppings, etc... Putting away a full burrito is a feat and is sure to leave you full... Chips come with every meal, although on our recent visit they were stale and bland, luckily they have a salsa bar with a small array of choices. They also offer a military discount.

First off, the place is well decorated with celebrity impersonators which I found really interesting, but besides the neat decor and flexible menu; the food is... in other words, WHACK!!! Tacos are good, but for $4.00 for a measly taco half filled up? I don't think so. Their "renowned" queso dip was anything but memorable. It was salty, watery, and wasn't any tastier with its just as mediocre tortilla chips. My meal consisted of 3 tacos, a drink, and queso which in total cost $15.00, which I would've felt way more comfortable spending at Taco Bell. In this case, quantity over quality. (or whatever the hell I ate)

I went to check out the new location in D'iberville but I didn't really find any reason to return. I got the Homewrecker burrito and it is very large but disappointing. I had mine with steak, which unfortunately was dry and tough. The burrito seemed to really lack any special flavor even with the sauce. Nice staff but I just didn't see what the hype was all about.
