First of all, I must point out that the customer service is top notch. I gave mediocre review on here and someone immediately contacted me and sent me a gift card so that I could come back and try again. This time, I was not disappointed. The pizza was delicious and the order was correct and timely. Lost pizza Company has a thick crust that is a "slice" above the rest. I ordered the Kujo and the toppings were a perfect choice. My pizza also had a perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Columbus who wants a premium pizza and a fun atmosphere to eat it in!

Pizzas, dessert pizzas, and fried ravioli was great! Great take out service as well as dining in. It's always clean, staff is always nice and food is fresh and tastes great! Have eaten here several times, really baffled by the negative reviews. Best pizza place in Columbus! You get what you pay for, may be a bit pricey but, they use only fresh ingredients and no mystery meats processed from a machine. If you want quality food and great atmosphere, this is your place. If you don't have money to eat out, head over to McDonald's. Only thing I would suggest is delivery service!!!!!!

I have had mixed, but mostly positive experiences at Lost Pizza Co. I've dined there with small groups and also utilized their semi-private room for a large group. For the most part, my food has been good. I like all the appetizers I've ever had there...the spinach dip and wings come to mind as being particularly tasty. Usually my pizza is good, too. I typically wind up getting one of the pizzas with meat on it, like the Mexican chicken pizza, because other people don't like to order the vegetarian pizza with me and I just try to be agreeable. The other day, however, I ordered a personal pizza for myself: the Happy Hippie on a gluten free crust. The fact that the gluten-free crust is only available on one size of pizza is a dead giveaway that the crust is not made in-house. They should consider making it in-house, because it's pretty easy and I think a lot more people would order it if it were available in other sizes. I'm not sure if it was because of the crust (which, by the way, tasted fine...but maybe it cooks differently?), because I'm the only person who ever orders the meatless pizza, or because they were having a bad day, but it just wasn't that good. Kind of bland. It tasted like something I would expect from a Papa John's. So I wouldn't recommend that one. Overall, however, Lost is a good addition to Columbus. I am always happy to see new local (or, in this case, semi-local) restaurants, and am always especially happy when they open up on the side of town that is convenient to CAFB. I tried to be happy with Buffalo Wild Wings opened, but that was a disaster, so thank goodness for Lost, which offers a convenient location, decent-to-above-average food and beer, and - don't forget - a military discount of 10%.

I really enjoy eating at the Lost Pizza in Columbus. The staff is amazingly friendly, and the menu is reasonably priced. I love that they have draft beer, too! I like to get a thin crust, individual style pizza - so far I've tried the one with chicken and spinach, and another one with chicken and tomatoes. Both were really good! High quality of ingredients here. The fried ravioli is good, too! I can't wait to try more of the menu. The different lines to order aren't labeled well enough. I ordered in a line that was for the to-go pick up one time, but the staff were good natured about it. It's kind of a weird combination of ordering and table service that works well enough. I haven't been there when they're super busy though. I do really like the decor, and that they have a room they can barn-door off.

Craving pizza when we rolled into town after a 12 hour drive and were very happy with our choice. Had a pizza with their regular thick crust. Very yummy! Sauce had great flavor. Reasonably priced. Order at the counter and they bring it out to you. Decent beer tap selection too.

Not the greatest customer service, but the Lucille's pizza with ranch made it worthwhile. Definitely worth coming again.

2 good things here. They fill growlers and they import some good Delta hot tamales. The bad news on the 2 good things: the beer selection is intensely boring and the tamales cost way too much. Everything else about the food is terrible. Very low quality ingredients. The worst sandwich I have ever had, the worst garlic cheese bread I have ever had. I have had better pizza from a gas station. Really. Do not waste your time or money unless you just really have to over pay for some good Delta hot tamales.

Just Wonderful. This place is exactly what Columbus needs to expand the taste of it's residents. I would suggest everyone stop by and try the personal pizza and you will be pleasantly surprised about how good it is. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Pizza was very dry and toppings no where near edge of crust. Fried ravioli was pretty good. A bit too pricy for quality of food. Won't be going back.

Disapponting. Crust was oily and the toppings weren't stingy. Tastes like a generic cheap chain pizza restaurant, but costs like a gourmet one

The atmosphere is nice, clean and fun. Service is fast and friendly. The pizza was tasty. Crust was very good. The spaghetti was awful. There was very little taste. It was not made in house and was thin and lacked everything. Must have come from a can. The meatballs also were not flavorful.

I got a menu in the mail I've tried numerous of times to call and place a togo order on three different occasions and every time the phone is busy/isn't working. So I try to go in and make a togo order the line was long and moving super slow so I go to the togo line since I can't place one online or on the phone I figure to try to get one placed there so I can get things in town finished while I'm there and they could make it while I'm busy. There was 5 workers minimum just standing there looking at me and walking past. No one asked if I needed anything or how they could help me so I walked out and went to CJs Pizza where I know the pizza is good and customer service is great I can always call in an order and when I go in everyone is wanting to make sure you're taken care of. The Lost Pizza Company really needs to work on their customer service and making sure their phones work or they well be a closed pizza company.
