Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Contrary to the previous posters giving 1 star, I found the staff very welcoming, fast, courteous and attentive. The salsa was not canned as previously stated. It's just Tacos and beer get over yourself. I am glad I made the decision to come here. Maybe if you didn't have such an attitude with people you wouldn't get bad service. I wonder how many other nasty hateful reviews have been posted by these women? I looked, most. Quit being a jerk! Give it a try pretty darn good!

Terrible service. After I'd been waiting for a while, three white guys came in after me. No biggie. Except suddenly someone was coming to assist and not only that but when the waitress approached she grazed her eyes over me and immediately turned towards the guys and said "hello! How many?"..... side eye. Racist establishment poor service. And when I spoke to the manager he merely brushed it off. disgusting.

Great food. Great service. Friendly staff. Decent margaritas. I asked for a traditional Mexican dish that wasn't on the menu on 2 separate occasions and they were happy to prepare it and didn't overcharge at all. Prices are very reasonable. Very happy with this establishment.

I had chile Colorado and it was cold and dose taste worm at all. The chips were stale and taste bad. Service slow

This is the worse mexican food i have ever had at a restaurant. The salsa is canned pureed tomatoes with a couple small pieces of dried cilantro. chips not hot. I got fajitas to go, and though the service was okay, the meal tasted like horrible. The meat ( chicken and beef) tasted the same, seasoned with cheap goya crap. Guac has the consistency and taste of something prepackaged... Good prices, but I would pay double for something I could feel okay with eating...

The service is excellent: very attentive without being intrusive. Margaritas are good. I had the Mushroom Quasadilla and loved it! The Spinach Enchilada is very good. The chips and dip are above average. We were visiting, ate there our first night, and returned the next night! Nuff said!!
