Took my mother here for her birthday as she has never been. Thirty-two is the best restaurant to take your loved one too for any special occasion. The restaurant has a well designed layout with excellent views! The staff took our orders promptly and were very knowledgeable on the specials they served as well as how each item on the menu was made. I appreciated they took special interest in knowing how each dish we asked about was made. I loved that they made my dessert right at the table as well! Both my mother and I were very impressed and highly recommend thirty-two for anyone!

*gives self pat on back* Took SO here for his birthday and it was a very nice experience!! I was torn between this restaurant and several others like Ruth's Chris but i stuck with this and im glad i did!! It is located on the 32nd floor of IP Hotel and you walk past a bar area to the host desk. We were checked in and promptly seated. The nice lady that sat us was very friendly and informed us that our waiter Jonathan would be with us shortly. The bread basket was brought to our table and i immediately noticed there was a whole garlic sitting right on top. Umm *side eye* is this to ward off vampires or what?! I dont eat garlic so i only picked the bread that wasnt touching it. They were all yummy and he especially liked the flat cheese one(idk the name). For appetizer we had the shrimp cocktail which was 4 jumbo shrimp. An interesting sauce was a tomato jam and i was wary but i still tried and it interestingly enough, it was actually good!!! I still prefer the cocktail sauce though. For my dinner, i had the Halibut and it was a HUGE piece and very flaky. Personally, i think ive decided i like my Sea Bass and Halibut to have a more creamy sauce or be in some liquid broth because its more delicate and....thats just my preference!!! SO had the Filet Mignon special with Mushroom au gratin and he absolutely LOVED it!!! I was full but im greedy so i had Creme Brulee for dessert and that was impeccable!!!! oooh la lalala!!! As far as cocktails go, I had the XO sidecar martini which was very good so of course that went down quickly then i had a bloody mary which was also good. What(who) made this experience was our server Jonathan!! He was very engaging and came to check with us at the right times. All in all, the birthday boy LOVED everything about Thirty Two especially the mushroom au gratin and im glad he did. I give them 4.5 stars.

Going in, my expectations were very high for thirty-two. I had heard many great things about the food here. The service was excellent. We were seated promptly and our waiter was out shortly thereafter. To start off we got the crab cake appetizer. It was pretty good, but coming from South Louisiana it could've used a little more seasoning or flavor. We got the grilled sea bass special, the filet, and a side of mashed potatoes. The sea bass was cooked well. The filet was undercooked to my liking, but I'm not one to send something back. The potatoes were good. The steak had no flavor in my opinion. I guess I expected too much here or we went on an off night. We will have to try again someday to see.

We stayed at IP when traveling to another destination and when it came time for dinner we decided to give the hotel Steak House a try...., it was amazing! We ordered the 3 course pairing. It started with 3 demitasse cups of soup (French onion, split pea and crab chowder). Delicious! Followed by Filet minion for hubby and Salmon for me, followed by Molten butter Pecan cake and icecream. All was perfection! And only $40 each!

Food was EXCELLENT! Our server was so attentive and knew a lot about the extensive wine list. The view was gorgeous. Very upscale and classy. It is pricey but well worth a wonderful evening with my husband. We will go again for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Loved it!!!

The bread basket was the best bread i've ever been given. We had beef tartar it was good not great. Then we had the soup sampler and it was ok but not great. The chef special was cowboy ribeye with alaskan king crab topping, lobster risotto & grilled asparagus...i requested they sub for the filet & they said no problem. It was Delicious! Although i dont think they have the best quality beef for the price they charge. They had half off bottles of wine on Sunday. For dessert I had the creme brûlée and it was ok. My husband had a candy bar cake with candy bars in it. He enjoyed it. The atmosphere is romantic and the tables and chairs are very big and comfortable. In all we had a good experience.oh the service was exceptional.

We love this restaurant. We have eaten here 3 or 4 times while staying at the IP. Once again I wasn't disappointed. We had cocktails in the bar and watched the sunset before dinner. The waiter in there was fabulous. Extremely friendly. I wish I could remember his name. A young black man with an Italian name. He was precious. We went in for dinner and got a table we have had before so we liked that. The bead basket is amazing with salted butter and baked garlic. We decided on the soup trio for myself. I loved the lobster bisque and the French onion. Not as crazy about the asparagus but it's an experience so I always get it. My husband have the French onion. He loved it. For salads I had the heirloom tomatoes. So good!! And he had the baby endive wrapped in cucumber. Also really good and very well presented. For dinner we split the cowboy steak with the Michelle topping that was made table side. It has lump crab meat and crawfish tails. it is way more than enough. We got a side of grilled asparagus that we both agrees we would not get next time because it was too much food. I am a big eater and I didn't finish. Lastly we split the chocolate soufflé. It was amazing. So perfect for me because I don't like super sweet and it was light and airy but the vanilla sauce with it could sweeten it up as much as a person might want.

Meal almost perfect, Wife's Lamb had rested a little too long before it was sliced and presented to her.. (Borderline cold)

Thirty Two deserves all the accolades they've won and more. I've dined at several Michelin starred restaurants, and this place definitely surpassed some of them. Being a casino restaurant, I honestly didn't go in expecting to be wowed - especially after seeing the interesting creatures lurking the casino floor. But 32 floors up, and it's a different world. We had Christmas dinner here, and two weeks later, have found ourselves STILL talking about how great it was (now that's the sign of an epic meal!). Our server Drew and his assistant provided impeccable service. The bread service in itself is worth returning for! I had the osso bucco special, which if they happen to have on the menu again, is a must try! Drew recommended a steak for my boyfriend, and he said it was one of the best cuts he's ever had. They have an excellent wine selection, and offer reasonably priced flights. The only downside is we didn't get a window seat, so perhaps you should request one when making a reservation. They also have a bar/lounge offering the same great view if you want to get away from the riff raff down below. We'll be back, definitely recommend it!

The beverage program by itself is good enough to warrant my return. It is filled with delicious cocktails and diverse wine/ spirits to choose from. Service has been excellent - courteous, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Great view if you get a table by the window. The dinner menu is mostly steaks and seafood, rather straightforward and traditional (for my liking anyways, as I prefer more eclectic and creative menu). The restaurant definitely has more of a fine dining/ upscale feel, which is great if that is what you are looking for. Overall I look forward to go back again - I'd probably have a seat at the bar and enjoy a few glasses of wine next time.

A group of 8 of us dined here one night during our Biloxi trip. We noticed this restaurant when we came to the IP for a conference party the night before. Located on the 32nd floor (hence the name) of the hotel, this has spectacular views of the area. For dinner, I ordered: Butternut Squash Ravioli, $13 12 oz Filet, $48 Grilled Asparagus, $9 The Butternut Squash Ravioli was the perfect appetizer....the creamy, sweet flavor prepared my taste buds for the awesome Steak I was about to have. The 12 oz Filet was cooked just right, medium-well, with a touch of pink. The Asparagus was good too, I shared with a couple of people....it was a lot of food for 1 person. Our server was awesome and kept up with all of our orders and making sure our Wine and Water glasses stayed full throughout the meal. Return Factor - 95%

The atmosphere was very nice, and the steaks were pretty good but not the best. The bread basket was exceptional if that means anything. For a better steak, you should stick with "Hard Rock" *wink wink* UPDATE*** Tried again, it was better than I remember. The Caesar salad was different and did not taste as good as our first time. The filet and del monico were delicious. I would stay away from their creamed spinach was a bit strange because they were heavy-handed with the fennel-like flavor that over powered it.

I had a friend visiting that week and we were looking for somewhere to celebrate our new business venture on short notice. I had heard of 32 but never been so we decided to give them a shot. I called 20 minutes before we arrived on a Friday night and they were able to seat our part of three. As soon as we arrived we were escorted to our table and were greeted by our waiter and his assistants. We started off with the bacon wrapped scallops (**** stars), crab cakes (**** stars) both were delicious and well cooked but nothing to blow our socks off. Next came a complimentary crab and asparagus chef's spoon (***** stars) which was AMAZING, but not on the menu. The complimentary butter and bread were nice but I could not get enough of the roasted garlic bulbs they kept bringing to our table. Delicious!!! For our entrees we had the cowboy steaks (***** stars) with grilled asparagus, horseradish mash potatoes and something else, but we were all so full by the time the steaks came that it was more a showcase of gluttony than anything else. Our only complaint was the other guests. We had a party of 8 next to us that were clearly visiting from somewhere in the delta because they were all so loud and obnoxious and repeatedly showing their redneck's off. Then once they left, and the noise level dropped about 100 decibles, we noticed the sugar daddy with his poorly dressed stripper climbing on the table and yelling and professing her love for her sugar granddaddy... I can't hold it against 32 for the people who choose to eat there, but it did take away considerably from our ability to enjoy our dining experience. But for the roaring rednecks and yelling stripper, it would have been a ***** star experience.

After my first review, the restaurant invited me back for another shot. I took them up on their offer this past weekend with a small group of girlfriends. They exceeded our expectations immensely! The service was EXCELLENT! If you can request a server, I suggest you ask for Jonathan! He was amazing! I tried the asparagus and champagne soup, and it was better then the lobster bisque, which I thought would be impossible to top! The filet was cooked to perfection, and the sauteed mushrooms were delicious! My girlfriends and I were so glad we decided to give this place another shot. We had a fabulous weekend, and it started off right with a great dinner at Thirty Two! Thank you to the staff for having us back!

So, I have heard from several people that 32 is one of the best restaurants on the Coast and just had the opportunity this weekend to try it. I must say that for me, the beginning of the meal was the highlight - the bread basket and the lobster bisque. The lobster bisque is a must. We all had the bisque and all were ready to use the bread to eat every last spot of bisque - if it had been appropriate. haha. I am not a big steak eater, but as 32 serves only Allen Brothers steaks, I went out of my comfort zone. Boy was I glad I did. I ordered the petite filet with the bernnaise sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach. It was all beyond delicious. And lastly, the dining area and service are bar none.

Arrived at 8 without reservations on Sat night. Quickly seated. Nice, dark upscale atmosphere, but no views from the windows. Quick friendly service from Brian. Waitress was nice, but not to upscale restaurant standards. Didn't know menu, orders placed at wrong guest, just not at $60/ meal standard. Wine by glass was selection broad and priced OK considering. $9 bottle cost $11 for a generous glass. Few bottles in the $30 range, many in the three digit price range, so we ordered by the glass. Dinner was very good, especially the soups and free-range chicken. 20 oz Cowboy steak was OK, missing the Ruth Chris sear and glaze ($55 a la cart). Accompaniments, garlic mashed were left unfinished, Heirloom roasted tomatoes was interesting, but did not carry the meal. Ok for a hotel formal restaurant, would not stand on its own.

This place is pretty upscale for a small town like Biloxi. The food is delicious, but you'd have to expect that bare minimum for what they charge here. I'm only giving three stars because of the price to quality ratio. I'm grading harder because they're charging more. The server is very attentive, but my gripe would be that they try and clean the table too efficiently, taking appetizer plates away when there's food to be eaten... Great view though so make sure you get up there before the sun goes down so you can see the water.

Celebrated a friends birthday here and I was quite impressed. It's located on the top floor of the IP Casino which provides a stunning view. The decor is rich, the food exceptional and the service impeccable. thirty - two is swank without being pretentious. Some of the entrees are overpriced but the overall experience was worth the expense for a special occasion.

I was under impressed with Thirty-two. Brian our waitresses' helper was awesome! He was very friendly and super helpful. Angie our server was good too. The food was ok. I expected more from the food for the price we were paying. We were given a small taste courtesy of the chef of a halibut ceviche which was good. We then got a sampling of their three soups, which I thought was an awesome idea. The lobster bisque was way too salty, the French onion was some of the best I have ever had and the third soup I didn't care for. The bread basket had a great selection in it. I ordered the bacon wrapped scallops which were cooked perfectly and my husband ordered a fish with risotto. It was good, but we have had better.

Wow, I have eaten at a couple fine dinning establishments in my home town of Panama City but this one takes the cake. The other reviews must be smoking crack to not like the food here. First off the view is great at night time, but they only have a couple tables with a view so get a reservation. Next from the great service, complementary appetizer from the kitchen, too one of the best soups (Lobster Bisque) I have ever had to the served table side bananas fosters...it was a phenomenal meal. Not to mention the quite ambience of going during a week night which makes it that much more romantic. My girl friend said her filet mignon was the best she has ever had it was smooth like butter. If you want a place to get dressed up and go to while at the IP or close by this is the place. They also have live entertainment at the bar as well if you just want to get a drink or two. I cannot wait to come back and do it again!!!!

We took in a group of 9 people and the service was very attentive, our server was amazing and fun to be around considering we were there on a major holiday (Thanksgiving). He was polite and prompt, which was great b/c most of us were starving. Things came out timely for such a big group and our apps (bacon wrapped scallops, lump crab cake, and a few others that I sadly didn't get the names of, I know 1 was their sauerkraut app) were amazing and so was the bread. This was my first time eating at such a fine dining restaurant so I was a bit surprised at the bus boy's insistence to take EVERY single plate off our table (minus the teeny weeny bread plates). But other than that, it was a good people experience. However, the food, for being so pricey, could've been better. I ordered the 18oz bone in filet, my mother got the halibut, my dad the sea bass; others got the Alaskan king crab, more steaks, etc. My steak was very thick and I did order it medium (came out mid rare but that wasn't a huge deal since the steak was so thick that I could understand that it wasn't cook all the way through). My problem with the food was that it felt like I could've gotten it somewhere else, for cheaper. In total for 9 people, our check was $700 (which gave me huge sticker shock even though I wasn't the one paying the tab), around $78 per person. A lot of our vegetable sides were greasy (too much butter) and quite salty, my father's fish was too dry for him and the fish portion sizes were very small. The best part of the meal was just being able to be w/ everyone, drinking the wine, and all of us sharing our food (we spent the meal passing plates and food around for everyone to try). All in all the meal was alright and the food was good... just not worth $78 a plate, in my humble opinion.

The most memorable parts of the experience are the sweeping view and--if they're "on" (sometimes they aren't)--gracious and prompt service. Another highlight for me was the caesar salad--it's a "real" one with anchovies ground up tableside (of course, they will skip that if you don't want it). They also have sometimes had a delicious caprese salad, but obviously this isn't always feasible. I also recall the soups generally were very good, but nothing that was memorable enough to make it to this review. The downsides are that the entrees, although competently prepared, are boring; and, as it's a fancy casino restaurant, economy is forsaken. Desserts are pretty good, but I generally wouldn't waste the calories if you're a foodie. In sum, this would be a perfect place to have lunch (with soup, salad, and maybe dessert), but it's not open at lunch unless I missed something. I'd feel weird doing this at dinner, but maybe that's what I should just do to enjoy it.

My wife and I went for dinner this past Friday night. I had seen the good reviews on Yelp and we both excited for a fine meal. We did not have a reservation but were able to get a nice table @ 7PM without a wait on Good Friday, my alarm bells should have gone off. We were seated at our table for 2 with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The menu looked great and my mouth was watering. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant his helpers less so. I ordered the Portuguese seafood chowder my wife ordered an arugula salad as appetizers. My chowder consisted of a TSP of crab meat in the center of a soup bowl with 2 completely overcooked (like Jerky) shrimp onto that was topped of with a thin, watery fish broth. My wife's salad had maybe 5 arugula leave the rest was bib lettuce. For our main course we both ordered the Delmonico Steak medium rare. This was highly recommended by our waiter and the most expensive steak on the menu. They arrive cooked to temperature but tasted like they had been sitting in a worming oven for a couple of hours (convention food) and were completely over salted. We order 2 side that were described as family style. They arrived and were maybe 1/2 cup each and were bot so salty that we could not eat them. To be clear neither of us have an aversion to salt but this was disgusting. We did complain (something we rarely do) and the manger did comp the food (which we did not eat and did not ask to be comped) and only charged us to the wine. This is the only reason I give them 2 stars otherwise it would have been 1/2 star. Our waiter was good so we tipped him the amount that the full bill would have been. One other point to note is that there was a beautiful blown glass sculpture which was covered in dust to the point that I could have written my name on it.

Very nice setup on the 32nd floor of the IP Casino...hence the name "Thirty Two" The overall atmosphere is what you would expect for the price of the meal. I went with the Delmonico steak with blue cheese and gotta say it is in the top 3-5 steaks I've experienced so that made it pretty memorable. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobster bisque is quite good also. It is a little creamier than most I've had before but top notch. I do not know the higher end restaurants in Biloxi to compare it to but I would definitely return just to have the steak.

You will pay a bit more than a typical place in this area but you will not be disappointed in the food/service.

Beautiful view, great ambiance, average food [for the price]. Wait staff very attentive. Martinis were perfect. After dining at Beau Rivage's steakhouse several times (BR Prime), I expected the same level of deliciousness, but there is no comparison. Overall, a nice dinner though.

They take the cake for feeding me the absolutely most delisious thing I have had in my life! We called in ahead and made a reservation and it is a steakhouse so we asked if I would be okay to dine there as a vegetarian. They told me the chef will prepare me something and will be waiting for me when I arrive. We had a 4 course meal and it started out with a gift from the chef, it was a taster that tasted great! Then the appatizer I have never had anything so amazing I will be raving about this forever. I don't know what exactly it was but it's off the menu vegetarian and I will add a photo. Me and my friend named it the miracle. My friend wouldn't stop stealing tastes of it. then the meal was amazing. My friend enjoyed the coybow steak and loved it and I enjoyed a curry pasta I can't even describe it other than amazing! Service was amazing! view was breathtaking. The chef is humble and very skilled. He came out and describe what he made for me before each course. I really appreciate him. We had the sorbet for desert and it was delish. Cannot wait to go back.
