Came here every day during our beau rivage stay. The service is great! Everyone is always smiling and wanting to please. The free refill w coffee purchase is pretty awesome. Just make sure to hold onto your receipt! Besides coffee, they have breakfast sandwiches, pastries, lunch sandwiches and lots of dessert choices. Their cupcakes are beautiful works of art, along with their individual size desserts. And the beignets are fabulous! They come out warm and topped with plenty of powdered sugar. The cafe offers a Parisian like sitting atmosphere. Not quite sure why some reviews are negative. I had a good 4 days of excellent service. Get your coffee here when staying at the Beau!

A relative calm oasis away from the bustle and noise of the casino floor. The coffee selection is basic, consisting of one flavored brew of the day along with some house roasts. The sandwich, light meal and pastry choices are quite varied however and add to the overall usefulness of this eatery. Pricing is good and the ability to get free refills throughout the day is a phenomenal option.

Came here on a busy saturday morning so of course it was packed. Had to clean off our own tables. I ordered the mango smoothie but they were out so i got the strawberry instead which was good. The fruit salad had fresh fruits and it was okay. The beignets were yummy but i cant compare them to anything else cos that was my 1st time trying them. I liked them so much, i went back the next day to get them again and a strawberry orange smoothie since they were STILL out of the mango.

The place I have to stop by when I'm at the Beau Rivage. My boyfriend and I usually stop by for some coffee and hot chocolate. We skipped on the desserts in the case this time however. We were so full from dinner but couldn't pass up a beverage. In my opinion, it's a bit overpriced for hot chocolate among other things. However, the abundant scoops of mini marshmallows in the hot chocolate enough to when the bf over. I get my usual caramel sunrise frap no whip cream. It was just okay this time but a bit bland for my taste. It's not a bad atmosphere since there's usually guest from the hotel around. They have little knick knacks like mugs and coffee beans for sale. It's a bit tempting while you're standing in line. I always find myself looking at the cute tea cup and spoon set. The price however is not as appealing for me. So if you're a coffee junky it wouldn't hurt to stop by and pick up a nice hot/cold cup of coffee or hot chocolate.

Not sure why the negative reviews. I stop by here almost every time I'm through the area. Service had always been on point and the quality of their coffee cannot be disputed. Enjoyed every visit so far. About 20 in all.

Overall: nice place to sit and drink your coffee Pros * coffee is just okay * lids are pretty neat - you flip a switch to prevent spilling Cons * overpriced drinks * service is beyond slow, they don't even appear to know what they are doing half the time * "fresh hot beignets" are crappy * menu is not up-to-date

This coffee shop is located in the Beau Rivage resort. Stopped by to get a hot chocolate one morning. They were pretty busy and it was apparent the staff was disorganized behind the counter. After waiting in line, the wait was even longer for the hot chocolate to be ready. These guys are just as if not more expensive than Starbucks. I don't understand why since the hot chocolate was bad. I can only imagine how the other drinks are. If you like Starbucks, you're better off walking next door to the Hard Rock Hotel.

Tried to get past the other negative reviews because I like the coffee. I normally only stop by in the morning when they are busy. Attributed the wait to the crowd, but I have to agree, the "service" is slow and most workers have an attitude. Again, maybe it's the crowd, but . . .

Stopped in here during our 2 day stay and had coffee the first evening. I had a caramel or white chocolate type of cappuccino (I'm not a coffee pro so I'm unsure of the exact name) still learning exactly what I like!!! Which ever of these I had it was very good. The line was lengthy and the wait took a bit but the coffee was worth it. They have a beautiful and large selection of desserts at a reasonable price. The cake slices are HUGE and only $4.50 (you could eat on the slice for 3 days or more....no joke)!!! The next day on the way to our conference my friend stopped in and again we had to wait in a lengthy line. They serve breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon rolls that smelled so heavenly. I had not been feeling well that morning or I would have bought one no doubt! After lunch we returned for the SALTORIYA (awesome show) and I was feeling much better so I ordered the beignets for an little afternoon snack...absolutely hit the spot and were very good. I was not sure how they would be in a casino style coffee shop but they were worth all the calories !!! I will definitely have coffee and beignets next time I return to the beau rivage and the Roasted Bean!!!!

Soo slow and you call yourself a coffee shop. Plus when you say something they're rude about it. I waited more than 20 mins for two drinks and it wasn't even good. My husband had a strawberry banana smoothie that tasted like fake syrup and I had a mocha blast that tasted like bitter chocolate milk. Yuck!

This is the little coffee shop just off the main lobby at the Beau Rivage. It is a lot like a Starbucks, except that they roast their own beans right there. The smell is amazing. They have a small seated area that is nice, and I guess you can people watch from here. I went for a lite breakfast. The line was a little long and didn't move as fast as a Starbucks might. I guess most folks are not in a hurry at a resort. The prices are typical of anything in this resort... they are out of sight expensive. Probably double what you'd pay at Starbucks. I tried a vanilla latte and a blueberry muffin. The latte was ok. You can taste the difference fresh beans make, but I didn't taste the vanilla much. However, the blueberry muffin was horrendous. It looked terrific, golden brown with large raw sugar crystals on the top. But beneath that cover, it was like tasteless bread with a few pieces of fruit in it. I was very disappointed. All in all, if this place were close to where I live, I would not go back. If you're really into coffee, the Hard Rock has a real deal Starbucks in their casino. Might be worth the short walk.
