Large portions. Very friendly staff (owner?) Fair prices. Food was tasty, fresh and hot. It's a go! :)

We were the first customers to arrive for lunch. After being sat, we ordered. (Naturally this shouldn't be unusual, more on this later). Had the regular seafood pho which was a huge portion and my wife had the pork noodle salad. Both dishes had above average texture and taste. Pricing was okay for the entrees although drinks were very high for this part of Mississippi- They charge 2 bucks ( including tax) for a can of coke. Decor was over the top far eastern, although I sensed this was due to the owners actually liking this style vs. any pandering or attempt at kitsch. The restaurant itself seemed cleaned although highly cluttered. My biggest complain is that they serve lunch meals (poboys, etc) but they aren't on any menu and no one informed of this until I saw a local come in an order one.Whether intentional or not, this made me feel like a mark and was very unappreciated.

Driven past this place three times based on the awesome reviews hoping to get some quality pho! Every single time they are closed between the times they're supposed to be open. Even during the lunch time of noon today and the other night at 6pm, they had an 'away, be back at this time' sign. I'll never be back! Be open when you say you'll be open, that's not how you run a business.

I'm wondering if some of these yelp reviews are fake? I hate to be the one to call them out on this but there is no way this place should have the rating that they do. Everything they did in serving the food was done so they could save a buck. For instance the peanut sauce was watered down, bland and tasteless. When the veggie plate came out I asked why there were no lime's present (a must have for pho in my opinion) The owner went on to tell me that the price of lime was too high so they don't have it. Really? Limes's too expensive, well so is $9.00 for a bowl of Pho with rock hard steroid chicken. I've been to 10-12 Vietnamese restaurants in Louisiana and Mississippi and this one had the worst Pho Ga. I really wanted to enjoy this place but it stuck out for my mother and I. She said if we did not like the soup she would make a new one to go for us, saying she would "cook it more" so the chicken would be softer. Thanks for popping the soup with noodles in it in a microwave and pack it to go. I'm not an idiot, any to go pho should be served with Vermicelli noodles separate from the broth with a small Baggie of the fresh veggies. We got played for dumb American's here. Sorry Jasmine, there are much better restaurants in your area that can do 10x better.

Friendly customer service! Although some items were out, the server still tried her best to accommodate. The banh mi, spring rolls with crunch, and pho combination was delicious! Better than "what the pho". Wouldn't mind returning when I am back in the area.

I'm really picky when it comes to pho, but seriously every single time I order pho here, it tastes better every time!! Best pho on the coast!!

My husband and I love coming here. When we arrived in Biloxi, we immediately set out to find a good pho place that we could rely on. Our first night back together (he came here to train at Keesler AFB), we hit up this place. The pho is hot, the veggies are fresh, and the broth isn't fatty. What more can you ask for? I will reiterate what I've heard before. If they moved even just a little closer to the base and out of an area that I feel uncomfortable walking alone in, this place would realllyyy have business. For a good bowl of pho, come here.

Okay, so the Pho here is actually good, significantly better than 'What The Pho.' It's not "omg call all my friends good," but if you're looking for Pho in Biloxi, MS, of all places, you really can't do much better than this. The broth is relatively tasty, the ingredients are fresh, and the meat is good, except I wish their brisket was a little bit thinner. There's an extra large bowl for the combination, so the portions are enough for me. The spring rolls are good. The sauce for it doesn't really fit my tastes, but it's a good sauce. The egg rolls are kind of average. So, if I were to rate the Pho here compared to all the Pho I've had in my life, it's probably only worth 4 stars. However, I gave it a fifth star because I kind of feel bad for this place; the number of Yelp reviews on this page is a good representation of its customer base (i.e. the lack thereof, lol!) Seriously though, both times I came here, I was the only customer in the restaurant for about half of my meal (so service is good). Granted, I didn't come during peak hours, but still, it's a little depressing. If they had been located across the bridge in D'iberville, they'd have much better business. If they were just a little bit farther southeast, they'd be closer to those casinos and probably get some business from that too. And if they were about 2 miles west of where they are, they might get more business from Keesler AFB. At their current spot, Division St doesn't give them that much through traffic, and honestly, even if you drove by this place, it's pretty unlikely you would stop there because it doesn't look inviting at all from the outside. Update: Okay, I take back what I said. This place deserves 5 stars. They have great egg noodles too. Their thai tea is pretty good. And their fried rice....oh my god their fried rice. Now, I've had a ton of fried rice in lots of different places in my time, and I can say with confidence that the fried rice here is phenomenal, orgasmically filled with ingredients!

Jasmine was open for one week when wet cold weather had me out looking for Pho' I stopped after seeing the Grand Opening sign out front. The Pho certainly hit the spot! It was hot and tasty With fresh basil and sprouts. 8$ for a dinner portion. I prefer dandelion leaf to go along with my Pho'. That was missing but the tendon in the Pho was the most tender I've had. The portion was great with a balance of noodles sliced beef and raw beef. I also had the fresh spring role. It had been pre-made and was a little too chilled for my liking. The peanut sauce was tasty. Jasmine advertised lunch specials centered on the ubiquitous Po-Boys down here. No idea about them since I was there for dinner. Ill certainly be back before I'm done with my 7 months on the Gulf Coast. Likely to try a vermicelli dish.

The Pho was the bomb!! Lemon chicken with rice was also delicious. All of the food was very flavorful and the atmosphere was very friendly, authentic and inviting. The area is a little shady but the food is definitely worth it.

Good local place for Vietnamese food. They close on Wed. Great service, good food, affordable, & place looks decent than most Vietnamese joints.

I'd definitely recommend this restaurant! When I visited, I was the only one there late at night, but the staff was very friendly and helped me with whatever questions I had. The pho was terrific, and I've had a lot of pho. The regular size "house special" pho left me full and satisfied.

Came in and apparently we came in late but they still took us in. Ordered shrimp fried rice and lady comes to me and tell me "we ran out of fried rice" even though my aunt ordered bbq pork fried rice and she could get it, then comes back to me and say "I'll go check in the back to see if I have enough fried rice" comes back and tell me that the shrimp fried rice and bbq pork fried rice can't be done because it will turn out gross and then so we said cancel it and order something else and then it came out and we were confused because we had already said we cancelled it and I would choose something else and so when the fried rice came out, everyone at my table around 13 people had all finished eating and I couldn't eat and had to take it to go in the car. Also bottled water costs 1.00 when we could just wanted water in a cup that's free. she didn't say sorry to me about my shrimp friend rice but she said sorry to my aunt about her bbq pork fried rice. The food was decent and I would not come back here again. We just settled with this place because if was still open at 6:48 and didn't close yet and we are Vietnamese and wanted some Vietnamese food dishes before heading home.

Just wanting to help spread the word. It's a little out of the ways but it looked like there were a few Vietnamese restaurants in the area so maybe it's a higher Vietnamese population here. We were craving good pho which In Mississippi may be hard to come by. I was not disappointed by their chicken pho. It was a pretty nice size too.

A friend and I stopped at Jasmine when we were out and about specifically looking for a new place to eat. We wandered out to Biloxi near Division Street and pulled up the food app and did some searching. Jasmine came up and it had decent reviews so we decided to give it a go. We pulled up and there was only one other car there, but it was an odd hour, not exactly lunch or dinner time. We went inside and were told to sit where we liked, typical for Vietnamese restaurants I have visited. The decor was nice and the place was clean. The menu had traditional Vietnamese food but there is also another menu with Po Boys and other food, so be sure to check out both menus. I ordered the grilled pork and my friend ordered the vermicelli with grilled pork as well as the spring rolls. The spring rolls came out and the peanut sauce was a little different than I was used to. My friend said the spring rolls had a good flavor on their own where he is used to spring rolls being a bit bland without the fish sauce. The spring roll had about 3 or 4 large shrimp per roll and my friend said the pork in the roll had a great flavor. The entrees arrived and looked delicious. The portion on my grilled pork was a little smaller than I was expecting but the food was delicious. Will be back to try their Po Boys for sure and won't hesitate to stop by if I am ever in the neighborhood.
