We were looking for a chain restaurant when my husband spotted this gem. We turned around and went on in. It's a quiet and quaint spot to eat. The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable about good quality food. I orders a bacon egg and cheese sandwich was huge and really hearty. I only ate half and saved the rest for later. The bread was so fluffy with depth of flavor . Home style fries were cubed potatoes with caramelized onions:) yum! Everything was so good my family went ahead and preordered our lunch to go :D A restaurant that doesn't give you heartburn !

I have been here twice and each time I leave a little bit disappointed. First of all the sandwich that I get is the number 2: bacon egg and cheese and that is delicious. If I could just rate the sandwich: five stars. The first time I went, the lady that took my order asked if I was military. I told her yes and showed her my veterans ID card. She was pretty rude telling me that that was not a military ID card. I corrected her and told her that she was asking if I was active duty which then I replied no, so she did not give me a military discount. The second time I went I got the same sandwich with a sweet tea and she asked me how sweet did I want it, and I told her very sweet. When she handed me the Styrofoam cup, first of all with no ice [which i really really love ice in my sweet tea] I took one sip through the straw and got nothing but a mouth full of sugar. She must have just stood there and emptied sugar packets into it to make it sweeter for me. I mentioned it to her that it was a mouthful of sugar, and I asked her if they sweeten the tea while it's warm because warm water will dissolve the sugar better than cold water. She told me that she freezes her tea and then makes a simple syrup. I don't think I believe that because when you make a simple syrup the sugar is dissolved into a syrup there is no gritty sugar granules left behind and a syrup. I went ahead and asked for a cup of ice and she told me they do not have ice. So the sandwiches are good; the customer service and the drinks are not. 4 stars because they have a drive thru and the sandwiches are always ready in 5 minutes

Cute little place on Pass. I was looking for breakfast and found this place. I didn't even know it was a restaurant. Anyway they are set up more as a "to-go" place which awesome, cause most people have somewhere to be in the morning, but they have some setting areas.
(4)Patrick S.
Ordered the sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich and it tasted very good. Restaurant seems more geared for to-go orders because seating area is extremely small and struggled to accommodate my group of 8. Restroom was extremely dirty and window beside my table had dead flies smashed to it. That really hurt my opinion of the place. My food was good, but I probably won't be back.

We heard about this place from some friends on base that was a must go of Biloxi. This place has great sandwiches that is extremely filling and a ton of bang for your buck! I had the Jesse's Egg White sandwich which was uh-mazing! Owner was pretty nice and we could tell that her and her staff were very hard workers! They should honestly raise their prices a little bit so they could relocate or renovate. I didn't think it was as clean as it could have been but then again they are a small business. You get great quality food for an even better price!

After reading other reviews I had high hopes but my review comes down to preference! I ordered the southwest omelet with toast. The "omelet" had bell pepper, cheese, sliced shredded ham and onions. The eggs were more scrambled with ingredients laid on top. I prefer all the in ingredients embedded in the eggs. Also I prefer the ham to be diced, but it was served sliced and shredded. Like I said it's more about preference. My wife had the 2 egg, toast, bacon, and the"forced" home fry plate. Let me explain the "forced", my wife ordered hash browns but the owner said it'll be the frozen patty that mcdonalds serves which my wife likes. But the owner insisted home fries, so through peer pressure my wife got the home fries that she later regretted. Although I did like the home fries.....again preference! One of my other peeves was the condiment tray. If you needed jelly for your toast, there were no single serve packets instead there was a screw top bottle of Bama jelly like you buy at the grocery store. All of them were half empty, my fear is that someone may have double dipped their knife or spoon in there......totally grosses me out! Again preference! Coffee, orange juice, and water are free with your meal but the the juice is a bright neon orange and tasted like Tang. I prefer good ole Tropicana with no pulp. The owner will most likely come to your table and sit down and chat with you before or while you eat. This may be a little weird or overbearing for some people depending on your preference... The food was average but was delivered quick unlike the busy IHops and Waffle Houses in the area. All dinners are served on paper plates. I may return for a follow up breakfast, I just won't get jelly on my toast! The owner did say that the menu should be changing within the next month and prices should go up.

My wife kids and i all enjoyed this place and it's rot around the corner from where we live

I don't know where to begin...I am like the other reviewers who had high expectations about this place. As soon as I walked in to the place I can see and smell smoke inside, my guess is that the kitchen fan is broken or kitchen ventilation is just poor. The other thing I noticed is that the interior felt dingy. I can see tables aren't wiped, there are dust around the frames and memorabilia's, and even the flower pots outside aren't maintained. I said "okay, the place maybe not up to par but maybe the food may be good???" Me oh my...it was ridiculous! I was craving the Eggs Benny but turns out they only serve it on Sunday's (I came on a Sat) b/c the hollandaise sauce is perishable if they make a bunch of it. Ok, whatever, so I ordered the Ham and Egg sandwich which was something I could have just made at home myself. Presentation was also not to par, it looked like I just ate at a cafeteria. On top of it the orange juice they serve is not even from freshly squeezed oranges. It tasted like Tang (a powdered orange juice drink) to me after taking a couple of sips. I felt so disappointed at this place. Please don't have high hopes if you want to come and eat here. Just be mindful of the review I just made because maybe it's just me. I recommend going somewhere else but again like a previous reviewer said it all comes down to your "preference".

It's a converted house, quaint, we ordered sandwiches. The bread had been grilled, hot corned beef and pastrami. The bread was greasier than I liked but the fillings tasted good. There was five tables in all and it was clean. The gall we talked to was friendly.
(3)Fee J.
Support local. Always. Vegetarian option: Mushroom and Swiss Omelette. That's what I got. It was good but could be better (note to owner/chefs: reduce oil and add a splash of half and half, for a heavenly creamy smooth omelette). The boys got the Ham Cheese and Egg Sandwich, and the Bacon Egg Cheese Sandwich, and both ate it all. Is the coffee and bottled water included in the price? Kind regards.
(4)Laura M.
Best pastrami and swiss sandwich, can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!
(5)Jessica W.
We've enjoyed a quick sandwich for breakfast/brunch and lunch. I can't comment on the coffee, but always have had really good tasting sandwiches for a good price!
(4)Joel C.
I have been to In and Out multiple times, always getting the breakfast food. This place is owned by a husband and wife couple from either New York or New Jersey. She runs the counter, he does the cooking. They are a very lively team and you can't help but love them. They both love to talk with the customers! I always get some version of an omelet with cheese and meats, I usually let the chef decide. They sure put plenty of meat in there! Friends have gotten the eggs benedict and it's always a hit. The place is not an upscale joint, you don't go here for the decor. Perfect hangover food!
(4)Ronnie O.
Great food .fast service.very friendly owners Stop in you will leave full plenty of food Great prices
(4)Jim L.
This place has an amazing breakfast!! Ham and cheese egg sandwich is super in size and flavor. My buddy got the three egg breakfast, three eggs? Who even does that anymore!! Highly recommend for a fast stop for the best breakfast on the gulf coast. As we walked in the owner was showing us a huge pot of Italian meatballs in homemade sauce from the old country for the Meatball Parmesan Sandwich lunch special. Will be back to try that as well.
(5)Jean-Daniel V.
I ordered the special, eggs benedict and coffee. The coffee is self serve and free. You get 3 eggs on toast with ham and the hollandaise sauce. Definitely good size portions and it was tasty. Service is not the greatest. There are only 4 tables that seat 4 people and 2 for individuals. You'd think that they could clean the few tables and dish out the food a little more efficiently. The lady does not keep track of who ordered what. Some major conflict between the lady up front and those in the back that should be saved for later when customers aren't around. I couldn't even pay for my food because they were too busy arguing. Stood at the counter for close to 5 minutes. I even interrupted them so I could pay and was told by the lady that she'd get to me in a minute because she had to mop the floor, the whole point of THAT argument. Very unprofessional.
(1)Michael R.
Food was really good. I got the turkey egg white and cheese sandwich on sourdough with a side of home fries and it was delicious. Very large portions as well. To top it off the very friendly owners brought out some cake on the house, and they have a military discount, can't complain about anything!!
(5)Carol C.
It was our first time here, and the food was quick and delicious! Very nice breakfast and very filling! It's a tad but small, but it was nice and cute. We will be back.
(5)Laura G.
So good. The pastrami is a little under spiced, but still delicious. The rye bread is fantastic. My daughter had the BLT, and my husband has the burger they were both fantastic. I need to try the Ruben next.
(4)Chelsea B.
I love mom and pop restaurants but this place was amazing. It was raining and we parked in the back ad the owner let us walk through the kitchen. Food was fast and so delicious. We will be back!!
(5)Megan B.
The food is delicious and the environment is very welcoming and has a homie feeling to it!!
(5)Brendan L.
Mehhh. Went here for breakfast twice. First time I was pretty pleased, second time I wasn't at all. It's an interesting place because of the funky vibe. All the interior is kind of mismatched and thrown together in almost a charming, homey way. The food comes out fast, it's cheap and you get a lot of it. Home fries are good and so is the eggs Benedict (Sundays only). I wasn't happy the second time I went because the bread had a moldy taste to it, they got my order wrong, and the coffee carafe they use needs some cleaning. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my job, I've seen what the inside of a coffee carafe looks like when it tastes the way it did. Not pretty. Also, the orange juice isn't orange juice. I think it's Tang? Will definitely come again if I have a massive hangover. That's kind of what this place is for, I think. Hangovers.
(3)Raiian D.
Chief Brown recommended this place and he was right! Breakfast or lunch are winners here. I've had the ham and cheese and the sausage cheese breakfast sammiches. Both big and delicious. Had the roast beef for lunch. Almost couldn't finish. Great food. right price. Friendly. Winner. You want to go to there. (Put the horseradish mustard on your roast beef for extra win)
(5)Allen F.
Great off the beaten path place. If you're looking for a fancy upscale place this is not it. If your looking for great service, frendly people and great food you must stop by. This is home cooked , hand made meal, not fast food buffet. Service is fast and frendly.
(4)Greg S.
Absolutely fabulous inexpensive breakfast. Nothing fancy at all and pretty diner-like and fast food combo but super friendly and a great value. About the same price as fast food breakfast but much much better and fresher . If I lived nearby I'd come by here all the time!
(4)Justin S.
The food at this restaurant was wonderful. Everything was made fresh to order, the staff was extremely friendly and the chef interacted with the customers to make sure they were pleased with their food. Tomorrow, the special is Eggs Benedict and we will surely be back for that!! Casual with a simple setting but true southern hospitality.
(5)Karl S.
Went here with friends, came based on the other reviews. I tried the Egg White and Turkey sandwich, was great. Loved the variety of hot sauces and free coffee! That was hard to beat. The lady running the place was fun to visit with and made the trip worthwhile.
(4)Alina B.
I love this restaurant! When you walk in it is a little smoky and you can smell the food in the air, but don't let that stop you. The food is amazing and if they don't have what you want on the menu they will usually make it for you! I ordered the Philadelphia cheese sandwich and it was AMAZING! It was almost too much to eat! This restaurant is a must on your Gulf Coast restaurant bucket list.
(5)Walter C.
Obviously this is an old house converted to a diner. There are not that many tables to sit and eat, adds to the atmosphere. Service is quick and friendly, as it should in a place this small. The sandwiches are pretty good, healthy portions in the sandwich. Nothing really fantastic that sets this place apart from other places. But it is a pretty good change of pace from the usual assortment of seafood places that seem to plague the coast line here.
(4)Kay P.
I agree with other reviewers about about In & Out Breakfast that "it comes down to your preference". You would love it if you enjoy massive portions, inexpensive/ reasonably priced, quick, basic, greasy spoon, unpretentious, mom & pop type of place. If you are looking for lovely ambience, unique menu, well-thought out, foodie type, light, prepared with great care and attention to detail, or healthier options, I'd steer clear. This is something my brother would scarf down when he was a teenager (a.k.a. hungry monster). What I have eaten here so far are extremely heavy and salty. Just imagine thick two inch layers of ham smothered in cheese sauce... yeah. I do appreciate the friendly and personable peeps there. Whenever I'm in the mood for artery clogging huge breakfast or lunch I'd happily come back.
(4)Leslie S.
This local hole-in-the wall deserves our support. For your first visit, if this deli isn't too busy, order just a side of potato salad. It's two bucks and delicious. Don't tell mom, but this potato salad is better than hers. Better, in fact than any I have had in a long time. Also, get a cup of sweet tea. Nanette will make it just especially for you. Don't believe me? Just watch. Now, while you enjoy your tater salad and sweet tea, you can take the time to read their menu. It's not huge, but every item on it is a winner. Good luck making up your mind, but no matter what you choose, don't worry. It's all good. You can count on it being fresh, delicious and again... made to order. The owners.. Monti and Nanette, have been in this business for many years. They know a thing or two about competing with other local restaurants by delivering freshness and service. If you give him one minute's worth of encouragement, Monti will tell you all about it. He's a fun guy who loves his customers and loves to talk. You have been warned. There are only four or five tables and, to tell the truth, they are not very comfy. The chairs are tall and make you swing your feet in empty space. No matter, you're still going to get some great food for not a whole lot of money. Go there. Go inside or just order at the drive-thru window. This will be your new go-to place for breakfast and lunch.
(4)Sarah G.
I have never been disappointed with any order from here. We typically do to-go orders. Specials days my kids get to request breakfast from anywhere and they always choose the breakfast sandwich from here. My husband loves the owners and comes home talking about their stories.
(5)Devin M.
Breakfast is AMAZING! We have only lived here for a month and have eaten there four times!
(5)Tanisha S.
Delicious!! This is NOT your cookie cutter place. It's the epitome of Homestyle cooking with a NY/NJ twist. The owners work the kitchen and the tables. Expect fast eats and Eastcoast personality with a Southern twist.
(4)Jessica P.
I rarely take the time to review places on yelp but In and Out Breakfast deserves it. First of all, I have never seen fresh food prepared so quickly. Also, your dollar goes a LONG way here. The owners are generous with the pricing, considering their culinary expertise and the amount of food they give you. I am from New York originally and wanted a simple bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. NO ONE in the south makes it quite like Chef Monti. Literally, amazing. Last comment: the chef is the man. He is the nicest dude you will ever meet and, yes, while he does like to talk A LOT he has a heart of gold and my friends from the area tell me that he never forgets their names and even remembers their favorite orders. Put a little heart into your business and people notice. Bravo!
(5)Amber S.
We had Eggplant Parm Stromboli and it was yummy!!! They were delivering a roast beef to another table and let me tell you...I will definitely come back to try it! Staff was very nice!!!! I highly recommend!!!
(5)Brenna D.
Very interesting place..... They serve you with paper plates, styrofoam cups, and plastic utensils. The "orange juice" was flavored water. Tang maybe? The eggs Benedict was served on the bottom part of hamburger buns! Seriously?! Food was o.k., no where near being good though.
(2)David W.
Amazing breakfast place. Fast, fresh, and healthy. A lot of vegetarian options and dishes with egg whites. Coffee is free. Drive thru and indoor seating. You can also call ahead for takeout. Finally, though breakfast is served all day, they also have an extensive lunch menu.
(5)Joshua L.
You can tell these people love life and love what they do. Upon walking in, we were handed a menu AND told if we crave something and they have the ingredients, they will make it special for us. Our breakfast sandwiches were great. I had the sausage egg and cheese and my wife had the bacon egg and cheese. The coffee was free. We ha a breakfast date made fresh for $12.00. And she insisted that we take some coffee for the road. Very charming and welcoming. The epitome of southern hospitality. Sort of sad that I had to drive back to New Orleans and couldn't go back for lunch.
(5)mark f.
Breakfast wrap is huge! Could not finish! Wheat tortilla soft, not dried out like so many. Bacon was killer. All made with care. Staff super friendly.Agree with other reviews. Do not miss this little place!
(4)M J.
The only good thing here is the coffee and that they offer Military discount. Home fries too greasy and we would have to agree to disagree on how to make an omelet. We basically paid $20 for the FREE coffee.
(1)Justin H.
Delicious local joint. It's definitely a must have if you're down in the Biloxi area. I tried their bacon egg and cheese and was not disappointed.
(5)Phil O.
After reading the reviews I gave this place a try. I travel A Lot and good quality food is always a priority. This place has home cooking down pat. Great service (please have a sense of humor!) the owners like conversing with their guest, great couple. The food was perfect and made from scratch. Yes paper plates, but you are not eating the plate.
(4)Eric N.
What a cool breakfast and lunch joint. Everything made fresh and served quick. I just had the Cold Italian Hero (a lunch special) and it was fresh, tasty and huge. The owners are great. They are very welcoming and make you feel at home. I will return soon.
(4)Stephanie K.
This place rocked! I ate there about 4-5 times during TDY to Biloxi, MS. The food is amazing, fast, and friendly! I wished that they had opened up at 6am instead of 7am because I would have driven through in my way to work for breakfast!
(5)David M.
Went for lunch... had the breakfast egg and bacon sandwich and added a tomato. Excellent portion size and taste. Recommend to anyone!
(5)Steven P.
The food and service was excellent. The breakfast items included free coffee. The place was clean and the owner super friendly.
(5)Colin M.
Do yourself a favor and try this place out, if you haven't already! Not only are you getting delicious food that is worth every penny, but you'll walk away feeling good about yourself for supporting a locally owned business that is run by some awesome and friendly people. If you are stopping by for a breakfast sandwich, get some home fries with it. Oh by the way...free coffee with your order! 5 stars!!!!
(5)Wes A.
Best breakfast on the Gulf Coast! Military discount and the friendliest owners you will ever meet. Very high recommendation! Get the home fries!
(5)Colby T.
I heard about this place through a friend and had to go check it out for myself. I had the NY Style Reuben Sandwich and it was amazing. Best I've ever had. I highly recommend you take a quick look at this place and stop by. I know I'll be coming back for more!!
(5)Colin C.
Best breakfast I've had in Biloxi. Definitely recommend for quality ingredients that are cooked with pride and care. Staff is very friendly.
(4)Chris Y.
The food is OK...Ish...The owners wife spends too much time telling you how great she thinks the food is. She had to have posted all these great reviews because there is NO WAY actual customers did...
(2)Brandon F.
Best rueben sandwhich I've ever had. The corned beef was so juicy and shaved like it should be. Very friendly. Fresh and clean.
(5)Alex R.
Excellent service, was greeted promptly by the owner and had my order taken with a smile and some small talk. The place literally feels like a small breakfast place should feel, like a home. The door to the place is literally a door, not one that closes on its own. I suggest trying the Betty Boop omelette. Very good, the food was just like my mom used to make, hashbrowns are unpeeled potatoes not fried or shaved. Amazing. They offer 11% military discount, and the owner explained to me that she strong supports all the military in the area, she's very nice and knew some of the customers by name. Credit cards are charged with Square, If you dont want your credit card number written down, then bring cash.
(4)John A.
This place is awesome. I am leaving a review as I eat. The pic would have been the full breakfast sandwich but I couldn't wait. I got two sausage breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns and they were in my hand in less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff and they give 11% military discount.
(5)Steve R.
We cruised in at 1pm and finally got to order some food! First off, I understand seating is limited...the joint is tiny. BUT...you gotta remove at least one of those tables right in front of the counter. It makes it hard to order. "It's a deli, come up to the counter and scream out your order" they said...well, first I gotta do the hokey pokey around some tables and chairs. We ordered breakfast sandwiches...a ham/egg/cheese wrap and a Harrys HashBrown Something Something (I got most of the name right)...WOW. Huge portions. The hash brown sandwhich had two patties of sausage, cheese and egg. I don't like the word hearty, but it was hearty. The ham/egg/cheese wrap was even BIGGER! The flavors are simple, but they work. I am a huge 'add salt/hotsauce/ketchup to everything' kinda dude, but I didn't do that here. We got a look at the eggs benny...they looked tasty, and that damn roast beef sandwich is HUGE! I saw a thin little dude eat the whole thing, which was pretty damn amazing. If you go and it is packed, either come back or be prepared to wait. The menu is simple, but so far, so good. The owners were cool and funny to listen to banter.
(3)Matt B.
I'll keep this short and simple. All of the food I've had has been delicious. When they make meatballs, they are amazing. Staff is extremely friendly. They have hand made food at fast food prices but a million times better. I've been going there nearly every day. In fact, I think I'm going to go there now for some lunch...
(5)Jacob R.
Awesome food and great people! Definitely recommend. Plus with free ice tea and free coffee you cant beat it.
(5)Jamie H.
Small local place with really genuine and helpful owners. I'm allergic to wheat so I missed out on the great roast beef sandwich my husband had. My 8 year old LOVED the bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. My bacon, eggs & cheese omelette was pretty good. If I lived in Biloxi, I know we would drive thru or stop in often.
(4)Michael W.
Seems overrated here as a dine-in, recommend calling in order or take out. Breakfast sandwiches were good, portions large, recommend sharing, omelette was adverage. Cleanliness could improve, recommend hair nets/hats for kitchen staff...stray hair in omelette, it happens, just could be avoided. We stick to local small family owned joints on motorcycle rides, and based on one breakfast trip, this one was OK for us. Could hear Chef from back, seems like a great friendly dude, front staff was overwhelmed. Will likely call ahead, get the ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich from the window and take down to the beach if we go back.
(2)Barry W.
if you have taste buds, there's no better place for breakfast or lunch. whatever else it is your doing, stop and go get something from in & out
(5)Kathy D.
What a great little place to eat... and I do mean little. It is definitely a must to go there! The owners are fantastic. We just met this morning and this place feels like I was home! It's small but no problem getting a seat. The food was great. They are known for their breakfast sandwiches witch they use a ham called Taylor Ham. My husband had the sandwich it was big messy but really good. I had the omelet it had good flavor but nothing special to look at. Food was served on paper plates and we ate with plastic silverware but didn't hurt the flavors! The owner was telling us about her lunch menus and they sound wonderful. This is a great place to eat. Wish they were at home I would have a hard time staying away!
