I love my dunkin's coffee. I stop by most days before work. The donuts are great. Blueberry is one of my favs. Most of the morning workers know my order before I get to the counter. The store is always clean.

09/18/15 I kept trying to give this location a chance, but they are disappointing. But wait, I have something positive to say too, so bear with me. I hate to give negative reviews, especially for a chain because I would never expect them to measure up to a mom and pop establishment...but I felt obligated to after a series of visits I have had here. I've visited this location 4 or 5 times over the past few months (always in the evenings, never in the mornings) and I've always had very stale donuts. :( Each time before buying, I was assured they were made recently and throughout the day, but I can't see how that is possible. It's not worth the $4.99 per dozen after 4 PM, but you're welcome to take your chances. I wouldn't expect much from a chain donut shop in the first place, but I decided to leave a review because the lady who has worked the last few evenings I went, including tonight, has been very rude (enough to remember her). No hello, a shrug with an "I don't know or care attitude" or gave one word answers that were clearly forced when I asked quick questions. She had the sassiest attitude. I couldn't believe it. The first time I thought she might be having a bad day, but she really must be like that every day with customers. The reason I did continue to give this place a chance is because I have seen what I think to be the manager interviewing, giving workers constructive criticism, and/or addressing customers questions when the cashier didn't know on two occasions. He seemed to have an above and beyond attitude so I noticed him every time he was there. Nevertheless, this evening will be my last, even if I do pass by it and get a craving for donuts. It's not worth being treated like dirt by the lady who acts like she has a vendetta against the world and wants to ruin everyone's day. Hopefully, someone will catch on and fix these issues. Everyone loves Dunkin' Donuts, so imagine how successful they could be if they made donuts fresh more often and if all their employees seemed kind and helpful.

Decent coffee, kind of expensive for the quality that you get. Ordered a large iced vanilla coffee, got a large hot vanilla coffee.... Not entirely mad but annoyed

I usually don't review anything but I went here and the employees were just plain rude. All I ordered was a coffee and a donut and they acted like it was a bother to serve me. No cream or sugar for the coffee and when you ask for some you get the "eye roll" and the attitude.

I don't like writing bad reviews, ever, but when I do, it's because the place is terribly flawed. Good idea since we have no Dunkin here. Ok location but the parking lot is a mess. Bad service and crap employees make this place easily avoidable. There's no way to sugar coat it....heck they don't even have sugar coated donuts made! Let's break this down: Service - terribly slow. Always 1 register at peak times. The cashiers seem un-trained and clueless when you speak to them. Donuts shelves are always empty. I witnessed them turn down customers and then bring out a full rack when the store cleared. This is Dunkin Donuts for Christ sake! Crap employees - it's Saturday and Sunday morning and you're out of donuts?? Did you not anticipate this or learn from last week? They get so mad when you ask for donuts and they give you that "do you see the racks empty??" look. And YES MAM!! it is your fault you are out of of donuts. Why are these employees even here? The girls up front are so rude. Let me tell you something dear, if you have a long line with one register open and you come out and stand in front of the closed one just to tell people it's closed, they're gonna get mad. Especially when you keep calling people to crowd the counter to use the only one open. In closing, don't go here. Ever. Coffee is watered down and it's truly a disgrace to the Dunkin name.

Drive thru service very much improved with addition of Serenity, she's pretty accurate with my order each time and my drink will always taste the way it should.

Had very nice service, however, the quality of coffee and donuts aren't what they used to be. Good for a quick donut stop.

We were visiting from FL and despite the other reviews decided to try this location. I used the drive thru and had no issues with customer service! The speaker system appeared to be antiquated and they had a little trouble understanding my order! My order was correct and the drinks were of normal DD quality. Overall it was a good experience and will visit this location when visiting.

I love hearing people sigh when they take my order. It's your JOB. Took forever for just two coffees.

This location has gotten a little bit worse each time I return...this weekend I was in the mood for dunkins pumpkin latte so I drove from ocean springs...around 3Pm they told me they were out of everything pumpkin until tomorrow... Very disappointed they couldn't make even another pot of pumpkin iced coffee when I asked for that instead. Second time this happened, so will just go to coffee fusion and forget coming back to this location. Shame really, used to be a regular stop of mine from the Seabee base.
