In this day of cookie-cutter steak houses, BR Prime brings back the concept of a true steak restaurant On entry BR Prime is elegant, yet welcoming. The welcome atmosphere begins with the by name greeting offered by every member of the staff with whom I came into contact. Throughout the evening the service was dedicated, yet not hovering or intrusive. Each member of the wait staff was pleasant and knowledgable. The menu offered a nice variety, yet was easy to navigate. All of this was capped off with a meal that was well prepared and delicious. The wine menu was decent. Be Prepared to shell out a few Benjamins. A bit over priced, but this is not a chain where they have an endless buffet. Are there better steak restaurants...yes. But for dining in Biloxi (I grew up here), it is about as good as it gets.

BR Prime is our favorite steak restaurant on the coast. The steak is always perfect and we love the lobster mac 'n cheese. Mark is always the best Sommelier that has helped us on the wines. Keep up the good work!!

Waiter was s pretentious butt. Food so - so. I can cook a better steak at home. Pricey, service was good from everyone but the waiter. Don't make me wait at these prices.

We stayed at the Beau Rivage and played golf on their beautiful Fallen Oaks course. Tried the BR Prime and had high hopes when we arrived. The place is decorated in a very swanky red and the staff and service were impeccable. Appitizers were very good however our steaks left a bit to be desired. The bone in Strip was tough and the Filet was dry. Maybe they were just off this night but I expected more. I'll give them an extra star for service and ambiance.

Service is very good, drinks are fine. But the meat just wasn't that good. I think they try to over season it. It you have good meat , cook it and serve it , it will be good. In addition, overpriced. Plenty of other good steak places on the coast for less cost.

Expected the pricing, but well worth it for the service you get. Awesome Ruth Chris steak style, good soup selection, strong Jameson and coke... Really enjoyed my dinner. Felt like a prince, will return.

First allow me to inform the Yelpers that the experience was great in regards to service, decor and atmosphere. I made my reservation online from the Beau Rivage website and was confirmed for a 5:45pm seating. I walked in around 5:55pm and was immediately seated. I noticed on Yelp that the times of operation were incorrect making it appear that the restaurant was actually closed. Of course I notified management whom thanked me for the information but didn't seem to interested at the time in that information. So if you see the incorrect times over the next week then we all know how serious management takes social media. I was greeted by Mark Warren, the Sommelier for BR Prime who was absolutely mind-blowing fantastic. His knowledge of wines in his collection was superb. What I truly enjoyed about Mark was his wine list only contained 5 bottles used for a wine by the glass selection. He offered to open any bottle on his list and serve it by the glass if I was willing to pay for at least a half bottle. I thanked him and said, "Sure!" At a steak restaurant, for those who enjoy a good glass of wine with their meal, having that choice makes the experience all more enjoyable. I went with the special aged bone-in Delmonico with creamed spinach and hash brown potatoes with the Chocolate Souffle as dessert. I'm in the industry so I know what my price ranges are on dry aged prime, all wines, and what I call, upper-tier food items such as caviar. And with technology you can go online and gain an understanding these days of what you should pay for a prime steak meal with wine. It's not professional that I inform my Yelpers of what the actual cost is on anything, however, if you were able to order direct from Duckhorn winery you will see that a bottle of Duckhorn goes for roughly $54.00 to $95.00 per bottle. Now you would also know that Mississippi has to handle the wines through their state ABC. But then there is also the cost or markup that reaches all the way into the restaurant. So naturally a bottle of wine in the restaurant is going to cost on the bigger end. In regards to the food, the steak was prepared as ordered and contained just the right amount of marbling. Good texture and flavor. The creamed spinach was just a tad dry but none-the-less good. And the potatoes was nice a moist which fit perfectly with the entire meal. I have had hundreds of Chocolate Souffles and this one was just as good as the ones I have had in my past. The 3 start rating is all about the price for such an experience. The amount paid for this meal exceeded even the best dining restaurants I have ever patronized across the globe. Simply because there was nothing really exciting about the steak, creamed spinach and potatoes. Enter into a restaurant named, The Vintage Cave in Honolulu, and you would expect to pay this amount because the chef prepares a meal on a molecular level in which flavors and nuances effect an individual tastebud all the way down to the acids in the stomach. But for just dry aged steak, creamed spinach and potatoes the price is simply too pricey. With that said I will visit once more, not for dinner, but for a cocktail to enjoy the enormous people watching atmosphere.

We had dinner at BR Prime 2 nights this week - my wife's favorite ! We started with the King Crab legs both evenings - first night, we had them served warm with butter. The second night we had them chilled with sauce. Both were superb, but I think my favorite is warm with butter. Wedge salads were very good - I recommend tench dressing instead of blue cheese. We are always pleased with the filet, but tried the halibut and it was exceptional! The wonderful Service made the experience an evening to remember !
I lived in Vegas and I'll tell you - in general casino restaurant prices are VERY inflated for what you are getting. The same restaurant independent of the casino would not be in that ballpark cost-wise. They also tend to have a corporate and impersonal feel. Sort of the Olive Garden or Red Lobster of flashy dining. You are paying to eat in a dramatic setting and they are appealing to your desire to feel like a bigshot while gambling and drinking. As was the case at BR Prime. The prices were definitely $$$$ (more than Mr. John's in NOLA which I rated 4 star). The food was just ok in general. They served some sort of quiche-like "gift from the chef" upfront and that was lackluster. The variety of breads in the bread basket were good. The shrimp appetizer we ordered were big fatty's, but the preparation was unremarkable. The pork chop was dry and the steak, while it WAS cooked correctly, wasn't very flavorful. The broccolini and duck fat fries were good but not great. I had a fantastic glass of Merlot from a winery in Sonoma which was very reasonably priced ($12) for how tasty it was (is there still fallout from the Merlot-hating movie "Sideways"???) The service was great, I will say. I feel bad ragging on the place because they've got good people working there, but it just wasn't anywhere near worth the price paid. I could see the disappointment all over my boyfriend's face that we'd spent so much on such a mediocre meal. :( Good things he won a couple bones after the meal to bring his spirits up.

Wow. Could be the best meal I ever had. I had the filet, which was dry aged and amazing. Also tried the halibut, oysters on the half shell, tuna, lobster mac n cheese, etc. From my experience, I would say you probably can't go wrong with anything that you order. The service was equally phenomenal. This will be our "special" place.

The first thing that I noticed about this place upon my last visit is the big B on the wall. Secondly, we ordered the dried/aged ribeye steaks with crab meat on the side. It seems to me that the chef doesn't know what Medium is and I had to send my crab meat back. The crab meat was far less from fresh and you could smell it before it reached the table (now I see why a B is on the wall). This is unacceptable in any establishment but especially in a place like BR Prime. Also, they allow people to come in wearing flip-flops, shorts, jeans, cowboy hats....but a waiter came over and asked some golfers to remove the caps from the their heads. It just seems backwards in my opinion. All in all, I will not return.

This is the premiere steakhouse along the MS coast, and it is expensive for what you are getting. The steaks are second to none...even Ruth's Chris! The King Porterhouse and 12 oz. filet steaks were delicious. There lobster mac-n-chesse was just as we remembered it with lots of lobster chunks. Their duck fat fries were a bit soggy this time so ask for it extra crispy. We tried their "tartar 3 ways" and was fantastic. Great for that special occasion.

Great meal, just very pricey. Went for our anniversary and planned to splurge. Had a pear martini with nitrogen and it was good. Did not realize it was $25 and would not have gotten it if we had known. Food was good. We had a drink, an appetizer, two $50 steaks two sides and a complimentary dessert of creme brûlée and our bill was $200. Worth the special occasion meal, but only that for us.
