Obviously I'm basing this review on other Ruby Tuesdays not against other places. For a rubys its always clean fast and staff and management are polite. Can't really expect much more from a chain

This is a pretty decent Ruby Tuesdays and my boss from work always tends to pick this restaurant over anything else. For one: the prices tend to be decent among other restaurants here. As well, its a clean place to eat. Customer service has always been spot on as well. The servers come frequently providing drink refills and most have been helpful. I do recommend the salad bar here. There are plenty of different options, and I love the potato salad. If you have any qualms about eating in the area, or if you are a newbie to Chesterfield or Weldon Springs, I do recommend.

I visited this location recently, and it was so disappointing. When we arrived, it was not busy with plenty of tables. We ordered our food and proceeded to the salad bar. They were completely out of all types of lettuce and 50% of the other items at the salad bar. The iceberg lettuce was finally replenished, but unless you are into eating only iceberg with nothing else on your salad you were out of luck. We then waited for the remainder of our food for an HOUR. We did not see our server during this time. A food runner delivered the kids meals a little earlier and I asked her to fill our drinks. The manager came over at the end of our meal to apologize and comp dessert- he claimed that they were slammed. The server also apologized, and said sorry for disappearing. I just wonder...should they have prepared for a traditionally busy evening (holiday) by prepping food and having adequate staff ready? Overall, the salad bar was picked over, the hot food was decent when finally served, and the service was...not good. We won't return.

This is a solid representative of the myriad chain establishments along that section of the Wentzville Parkway. I've only been to this location a couple of times, but in both cases the service was the strong point. The previous time, I was taking my 11-yr old son out for a special event, and stopped by here to catch dinner and a chocolate shake. It was a weekday night, and not a busy. The host suggested sitting at the bar. I thought it would be fun and a change to sit at the bar - no rowdy drinking that we could see. The bartender was great - even though we didn't order any alcoholic beverages - and showed special attention to my son. Last week, my wife and I stopped by looking for a place still open after 10 pm. We grabbed a couple of burgers, and of course, the salad bar. Also had the shrimp fondue. Burgers were just fine - though definitely juicy, as I ended up visiting the dry cleaner the next day. The shrimp fondue was enjoyable - gooey sauce with shrimp, and nacho chips to dip.

I'm giving ruby Tuesdays a review based on similar restaurants. I knew what I was getting into when I skipped through the doors and I'm not going to compare them to a restaurant outside their league. The dinner I had here was a pleasant surprise. We started w the salad bar which was clean and kept. The food was fresh. There was a good variety but not an over abundance. It would be nice if they added a spinach blend on their salad bar but I appreciate the spring mix. They seem to have a pretty cool happy hour which was available when I went on Sunday. We ordered chicken fingers and burgers for dinner. I know this will sound ironic, but it was slightly greasy. I know it's a greasy food in general, but the bun of the burger had visible grease on it. Being Allie, I had to try the dessert. I got the blondie. Looking back on it, I shouldn't have. Applebee's blondie is much better. The blondie at ruby Tuesdays tasted slightly burnt. Would I go again? Maaaaybe. But hard to say since this location is right next to 54th street and Applebee's.

Wow, this place took a turn for the worse. Salad bar not fresh, dressing taste like cheap military grade condiment and soup was microwaved out of a can. Cold and boring decor. When is this place going out of business. They need Gordon!

If you're looking for a good salad bar, Ruby Tuesday is the place. If you are looking for steak, this is NOT the place for you. We went there for lunch because we had a coupon and were looking to have a good steak. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and there is hardly ever a wait. We ordered an appetizer, chips and queso, and it came out quickly and was ok. When our meals came out the steaks just looked sad. They were obviously low grade steaks that had WAY too much seasoning put on to compensate. The grilled zucchini was ok. My husband ordered the steak that came with shrimp and he got a few tiny pieces of shrimp. The service wasn't bad at all, it was just that the food wasn't anything special.

Overall good service. Wife and I got the salad bar and both times the plates were dirty (and not in the good "Christina Aguilera" way). Not horrible, not overall impressed.

One of the few casual places that still offer you a salad bar as side. They keep it clean and full. Portions are just right not over sized as most do these day's either. Their garlic cheese biscuits are good, not as good as Red Lobster and often they run out until they bake more.

Yes, this place is Ruby Tuesday so don' t expect anything special. This is one of the nicer restaurants in the Wentzville area. The staff is fantastic and well-trained. The salad bar is fresh and clean. There is also no smoking which is a huge plus. The food is always good and they have lots of healthy things to choose from.

I decided to give Ruby's a 5 stars because the food has always been delicious and the waiters have been super nice. It's a nice place if your looking to watch what you eat they have plenty options. I had the tilapia trio with mango salsa with grilled with grilled zucchini. It was delicious. My husband had the bleu burger with onion rings. He really enjoyed it.
