The wings are fine. The variety of sauces and rubs for the wings is entertaining - we have fun sampling the different choices. I usually bring my sons after they do something of note at school, or whatever. Yesterday, my oldest won his event at a meet against a tough, St Louis County school. Burgers are not good. Way too dry, and lacking in flavor. My sense is that the food, other than wings, is mediocre, at best. Lots of TV screens, as with any other BWW. Service has always been about what you'd expect at a sports bar kinda' place. The girls are usually friendly, and helpful.

Crappy service and STILL have not replaced their coffee machine! Seriously? Also, got to witness staff "cleaning" the ladies room. No cleaning products. Instead, she grabs handfuls of paper towels and dries the water around the sink area and looks in the stalls! I think we'll find another place for football...Two start because food was okay, but not great.

I have ate here several times and always enjoyed the experience. The food always comes out hot and yummy. They are always nice to my children and take time to say hi to them because my kids love to talk to people. I readily enjoy this place.

SLOW! Do not go here if you are on a schedule. Went here with my daughter for lunch at about 1pm on a Tuesday. There were about 6 other table being serviced while we were there. We order 15 wings and some fries to share as well as a water for her and a draft for me. The drinks took more than 30 minute to arrive and the food had us waiting more than 30 minutes. Tasty wings, but not worth that kind of wait.

Here is the thing. I guess the service isn't so bad when you figure all that you have working there are high school bimbos. How many of them does it take to figure out how to run a gift card through? I guess the answer is 4. Take out told 20 minutes. Got there about 25 minutes after I called. "They're just getting that put together for you" translates to they are just now starting it. Sitting there for 35 minutes waiting. Then add 10 on to figure out that you have to have the magnetic strip side of the card down in order for the machine to read it!! Food wasn't anything to write home about, but it was better than the wait staff!!

Great place for a layed back bite to eat and a few beers. Good service, great late night happy hour, yummy sauces. Glad to have one so close to home.

I've been to this place 5 or 6 times and this BWW is the worst restaurant I have ever been too. The food is acceptable. Typical bar food but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere and service in the place is absolutely atrocious. It's a sports bars so there are TV's big and small on every wall and free surface. But they constantly have loud rock music playing. The music is so loud, I can hardly hear the person sitting next to me. They also keep the restaurant very cold. I'm not a naturally cold person; I get hot very easily and prefer the AC to be lower than normal. But I am always downright shivering. They have corporate supplied alcohol menus that often have drinks that you can't order. Once, I ordered a beer that was listed and even had a special advertisement flap in the menu but they didn't have it. If you have a large group, good luck being seated in a timely matter. They always manage to put together a line of small tables in the most awkward way possible. There is hardly ever any room to move your chair. They also usually jam two chairs on the side of a table that really only has room for one. They hire nothing but teenagers that don't know the first thing about service or customer attentiveness. Every time I go, the waitresses take forever to even take our drink orders. They put way too much time in between drink orders, food orders, bringing the food out, refilling drinks and bringing the check. The waitress will disappear. The food orders are often wrong. When we are finally done eating, we never get our checks fast. Then they disappear again. On three separate occasions, I've had to get up, go to another waitress at the counter and ask to pay my bill. I refuse to go back there.

Who doesn't love good ole B-Dubs? Amazing wings with tons of different sauces and many other items to choose from. We have been here many times and have never had a poor experience. Also, during those crazy weekends, this place is usually one of the only restaurants that doesn't have a huge wait to be seated. And with huge TV's every place you look, it's a great place to watch the game.

Like every Buffalo WIld Wings I have been to it holds true to its its predessors. Great place to watch a game or go with friends with great food. ALthough like the rest of the buffalo wild wings. They will cut you off if they think you drank to much of there over priced drinks and the service is slow slow slow

There was a screw up in the kitchen and the manager came and appologized for the delay and comped our meal. Great service! We will be back!

Gave them another try a few months after my last visit. At least the store is consistent with their lower quality and lack of attention to detail. I don't know why I let myself get talked into.returning to this store since they seem incapable of doing any better.than bad. At least they have not fallen to gross or a health issue looking for a place to happen. Tea was so bitter that tou could taste the tannin. The server guaranteed the pot was cleaned with bleach daily but you could not twll frome taste. When I suggested she try a sip to seenshe said sje didmt drink yea. I am fine with that bit management ses to still be nothing but clowns and not.trained. BWW Corporate... save yourself some money and replace all the management with someone who is more than a sportsfan. My 2 star rating is being nice Receipt # 230413.1 table 347
