I ordered it came out fast AND was brought strait to my table! You don't get service like that in fast food but I did here, my experience was very pleasant. Food was made right and tasted fantastic.

Wow! The manager named Chris of this location is the rudest person I have ever delt with in my life. I went this morning and order 12 breakfast sandwiches to feed a hungry group of teens that spent the night. The order was wrong and missing 4 sandwiches. I called when I got home and the manger (Chris) was so rude and accused me of lying about the order. Sorry pal I make over $200k per year. I don't have to lie about some breakfast sandwiches. He told me he bagged the order himself and the order was right. Well apparently he bags order the same way he speaks to customers. This guys was a JERK! The food was also cold and my daughter found a hair in the sausage biscuit. I will never set foot in this or any other Hardees again! I will also try the corporate office. This restaurant will never stay in business with a clown like chris as a manager.

I'm not a fan of fast food in general. Yes, it's bad for you, but more importantly, it usually leaves me feeling disappointed and like I could have had something better. There are a couple of exceptions, Hardees is one - not for their burgers, but for their chicken strips which, to me, are some of the best anywhere. This particular location is literally a few steps away from my fave hotel in St. Louis (Drury Inn & Suites Southwest). It's become my little tradition that as soon as we check-in, I walk across the parking lot and get some chicken strips. I love them! So what else do they have - A LOT. Burgers, chicken and tacos - yes tacos. They also have a breakfast menu. But to be fair, I've only had their burgers (which were okay) and their chicken strips. They have a choice of french fries or curly fries. I like the regular fries, but for some reason, this location really really loads the fries with salt...to the point that I have to wipe each fry down with a napkin. One other note, once you order, it's going to be a bit before you get your order. Not sure why? Not a complaint - I like my food hot and made to order versus ready to eat "sitting under a hot lamp" food. But be prepared to wait.

Go here if you like paying for food and not receiving it. 8 out of 10 times using their drive thru, we are missing items. Pull over and check your order.
