Chain chain chain...Which means the food is conveniently just good enough. Nothing stellar, nothing that makes you wanna box up your leftovers...everything always seems served lukewarm and generic...and who charges for celery?? They DO have some good chili cheese fries, but that doesn't make much for a healthy meal. Salads are all iceberg lettuce--there's not a lot of creative and healthy options for folks here. It would also be nice if the servers knew what beers they had...or offered up food/drink specials before you order. Not everyone wants to walk up and read a dry erase marker board on the side of the bar.

What can I say? Every once in awhile I've got to get my wing fix on! Recently, I've had pretty good luck around the country at BWW. So while in Springfield I decided to give this one close to my hotel a shot... Boy was I sorry. I should preface this review by sharing that Tuesday nights are $0.65 wings night here... Perhaps that influenced the staff? It's not that the food was bad (It's hot wings... Fried wings... Deep fried food... You know what I'm talking about?) The 17-21 year olds working the fryers did a masterful job of preparing the HOT wings (yes... I could only eat 8/12 because they were so hot). What was bad was the service... And I got the order to go! The young lady that took my order was speaking so soft that I couldn't hear her (I'm not certain why the TVs all over the place were blaring? I've been to BWW on NFL Sundays and could speak in a normal tone, hear every word, and enjoy some wings!) She takes my order and then has to go and get a pen for me to sign the check (Huh?) Or at least that's what I'm guessing she said, because after I turned down all her suggestions (App's, fries, cheesecake poppers or something) she was out of there. Apparently she's getting measured by her ability to upsell the tickets... And if she'd speak with the same level of sass that she walked away with, I would have heard every word! So young mumbly girl takes off and never returns. A young guy delivers the food. BWW has a policy that they open/show you the contents of every item ordered. This goes well. What doesn't go well is when I ask for napkins (You would have thought I asked for plutonium... The kid just starred at me!) Apparently I'm the only guy who's ever asked for napkins from this BWW. I grab the bag, tell the young guy forget about it, and he then says "Ok. Hey, you did pay for this, right?" Again... Just a bizarre dealing probably due to $0.65 wing night (My fault?) Here's the breakdown: Was I satisfied? Nope Will I return? Nope Will I tell others? Yes (It was a BAD experience)

We ordered wings during our visit. We sat at the bar area to watch the Wichita State Game. Corey was our waiter and he rocked. Waitress with RED hair (Erica)was rude as she doesn't know how to say "excuse me" when meeting people in tight places. Anyway,,,,, lots of folks out during the NCAA tourney.

Terrible service. We got there around 1 on a Sunday and they weren't busy at all. The wait was almost 10 minutes to place a drink order. The wait for our food was over 30 minutes. Didn't refill drinks (asked once as we were waiting for our checks), didn't bring napkins, forgot to place the order of our wing appetizer, got our entree order of a buffalo ranch wrap wrong, twice in a a row. I ordered the buffalo ranch wrap. The first time they brought me a chicken wrap. The second time they brought me a chicken wrap with ranch. They insisted that they got it wrong because I didn't specify at the beginning that I wanted sauce on it. In the description it says it comes with medium buffalo sauce and the waitress never asked me if I wanted anything different. At the end I asked for the check and two to go boxes. She forgot my boxes. Very disappointed. Their only saving grace was the manager. He was very kind and offered us a discount for the trouble.

This is the worst managed BBW I have ever stopped to dine at. If your listening (manager) wake up, this location will go under if this problem it's fixed. If your reading this stay away

Service was okay, wings was okay! They let you sample the different sauces for the wings if you are unsure about what you want. The boneless wings are small in size, so not a great value for the price. Men's restroom was not the cleanest. Paper towel dispenser was broke, with just a roll on it.. No hot air for drying hands.

The last few times I've been to B-Dubs, it's let me down. They've fallen behind on being the best wing place in Springfield. Had some chicken strips the other day, and they were over priced and portioned small.

Another Bufalo Wild Wings barely making the WILD mark. Good staff running the bar side and efficient kitchen service but this location is cursed by its mall location and poor poor big screen projectors facing bar area.

I LOVE BWW and go out of my way to find one as much as possible. I've been to this one 3 times. Worst location of all. Waitresses are indifferent to anything you want, the sauce is scarce on the wings. Once I had uncooked chicken with an ounce of sauce. I don't usually complain, but this place blows. Three strikes, you're out. Not returning to this location. Tried the other Springfield one, WAAY better

Terrible food. My sons grilled chicken was completely dry and stringy. It had the weirdest texture. The lettuce in my salad was brown and soggy. We will not return to BWW.

There's no .5 option, but if there was I'd give this place .5 stars. The only thing good about it was that there were no bugs in our food and our server was friendly. What's with the midwest and only having iceberg lettuce and then drenching it with dressing? Worst Jerk Chicken Sandwich ever. I've had Jerk Chicken before, and it sure didn't taste like this. Then again, I didn't go in expecting much. Tables sticky (so were the menus). Hole in upholstery. Empty looking place. Dim lights above our booth. On an ugly strip of chain restaurants. Missouri people are friendly, sure. But oh man, are they slow moving (at least the service was). I just wanted to run around and scream, do cartwheels in the aisles. Act like a crazy. It was more out of necessity than anything else that we stopped here. Either this or McDonald's or New China Chinese restaurant. Or Walmart. P.S. The beer on tap situation was retarded (is that politically correct?) in this place. They have a "corporate" menu which has a full list of beers, half of which they don't carry. But they do have additional beers that aren't even listed on the menu. Good luck finding a server that actually knows what they have on tap.

The food is horrible and the service is worse than the food. No one in this place is friendly, our waitress seemed put out whenever we had her get a refill or another beer. She took forever for a refill and forever meaning like 5-10 min just for a refill on a drink. The only thing worth getting a star at this place is the trivia. That's fun but that's about it. I have been in there on many occasions and other people as well were not happy with the food. And everything is overpriced for what you get. If you are asked to go here quickly change your vote and don't waste your money here.
