Was excited to try a steak burger for the first time. It was ok. But the after effect was what was bad. Never felt so sick. My stomach was in knots. The fries and the fry batter sauce however is AMAZING. So I would only come back for that. I wouldn't say that the place is terrible. But my experience wasn't a good one and just didn't agree with me. But definitely try the fry sauce they got.

I came here for dinner because that was what my brother wanted at the moment. I don't normally eat food that's quite as greasy but it was pretty good. The cheeseburgers have two patties, which are pretty thin, but it's still a lot of food. And the fry portions are huge too. My brother managed to put all his food away as well as half my fries. Service was quick as it was slow when we went to eat. As slow as it was, I was surprised that they used the very loud speaker system to call the numbers when orders were ready as it was really to easy to hear sitting right there.

This is your typical Steak N Shake clone. Although just a bit more expensive. I had the Bacon Double Cheeseburger Combo. This included shoestring "Freddy Fries" and a drink. $7.89 plus tax. All in all service was fast and friendly. My burger was made with two "smashburger" patties and 3 slices of bacon. No complaints. I recommend this place for a quick meal however if you want to save some $$ you can get the same thing at S N S for less.

First time here, had the patty melt and fries, enjoyed them both very much. Free WiFi! Very good service. Will go back to try chillifries.

Another chain attempt to create the feel of old fashioned steakburgers and as always falling way short. The meat is flavorless only the toppings make it worth eating. But what really gripes me is when a restaurant offers a Chicago dog and it's not a Chicago dog. A Chicago dog is an all beef frank on a poppy seed bun, drag through the garden. Freddy's Chicago dog is missing the bright green sweet relish and the kosher pickle spear. Big factors. They had one measly Kosher pickle slice. What's sad is people who haven't had a real Chicago dog do not realize this sucks. Dessert is expensive and really small.

Couldn't comment on the taste. Was too busy chasing flies away from my (indoor) table. Not the first time that has happened at this location...but probably the last.

This particular location is not as busy as some of the others I've been to. And I'm not complaining! It can get pretty loud in Freddy's when business is booming. The burgers are consistent and delicious. I really do enjoy steak burgers. When I get ahold of one, they usually don't last long. One thing that I love about the burgers here is that they use long sliced dill pickles. I love pickles on my burger, and these make sure you get some with every bite. Today I went for the Bacon and Cheese Double Steakburger. It was fantastic. Thick cut bacon (not the paper thin stuff other joints have) really does make a good thing even better.

Service (cashier 20028) was EXCELLENT! Friendly smile, patience with kids placing orders, she noticed we sat outside with our dog & brought a dish of water for him! The place was busy and her attitude was impressive. Food was consistent for the chain.

Where have you been all my life? Great burgers and dogs plus a clean, cheerful environment, and reasonable prices add up to one great place. The dad and grandpa in me see this place as a blue ribbon winner during our trip to the State Fair. This is only my second trip to a Freddy's in my life. The first was earlier this month in Hutchinson,KS, which ironically is home to the Kansas State Fair. Both restaurants delivered the same excellent experience. The frozen custard alone is reason enough to go.

Burgers are not that great. And for the prices? For my lunch, I could go right down the street and get a steak dinner for the same ammount. Just a really another high dollar junk food burger stand. Not impressed at all.
