We ate the teriyaki chicken off of the Hibachi grill with egg drop soup. The soup was very good. The meal was good. The young man who cooked the food was talented.

I love this place!! They have the best Asian food in Sedalia!! I always order off the hibachi menu!! It's soo good. The food is always fresh and delicious.

My fiancé and I went here for supper. And to say that it was lacking would be an understatement. Old food on the buffet, no sushi on the buffet when it was advertised, and the waitress was luck luster. She checked on us once and that was to fill our drinks and didn't even ask if we were alright. Upon paying, she gave me the total, took my money, gave me the change, then left without so much as a thank you. Disappointment should be this establishments slogan, so do not eat here unless you are okay with subpar food and service. And if you're willing to pay double the amount than what the food is worth.

When there for lunch and they had the heat turn down and say it's not working but the waits said they don't want to pay the heat bill. I don't think for $ 10:89 they need turn it up. If it's broke then fix it.

One thing for sure, Asia hibachi has plenty of room for improvement, food, service and cleanliness. The food is ok, my server needs a tune up and the place needs cleaned and updated. Restaurants in Sedalia just need to step up if they want people to spend their money...

So this is not the most disgusting place....but the service was ridiculous. I went with my 2 daughters. My youngest only wanted egg drop soup which she did like it very much....but when I told the server she was only going to have soup she was almost rude about it. The absolutely worst part of our experience was when our food was being prepared on the grill. My oldest daughter ordered steak & shrimp and I ordered chicken. The chef went around the table asking how each diner at our table wanted their steak to be cooked. The first 3 who were asked said "well done" when my daughter was asked she ordered hers rare. By George if he didn't cook everyone's EXACTLY the same!!! Hey cook? Why the heck did you even ask! When the chef placed the food on my daughter's plate I asked him, who by the way spoke perfect English 20 minutes ago, how her cooked her steak. The a@&hole pretended to not speak English!!!!!! Do yourself a favor.....go somewhere else! My food, (chicken) by the way, was so over cooked it was like eating rubber! Not a good experience. We paid $40.00 for appetizers and 2 meals. Not worth it!
