Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I love P'sghetti's! I haven't eaten here in a little while, but for some reason I started thinking about the meatball sub last night and I decided I need to eat there soon. Everything on the menu is great, and the bread is superb. It's like a sweet Hawaiian bread (I think) and it really adds great flavor to the sandwiches. We've gotten some large orders of pasta and sandwiches for parties, and everything always turns out great. Can't wait to eat there again!

Honestly there were not a lot of things that I liked about this place. The soda and water were good. However, the food was very bland and oily. The mostaccioli had a very bad meat sauce on it. I have read the other reviews and it seems to me like not a lot of people like the sauce...possibly time for a change. The garlic cheese bread was essentially delicious sweet bread with a thick layer of flavorless provel cheese. It completely covered the bread and made everything taste flavorless. It tasted better when I took it off. The salad that I got was inedible because the dressing was separated and was unable to be mixed together. The service was pretty good though. My father got the chicken Parmesan and said that the "chicken bites" tasted pre-processed. I suppose it's a good thing that the owners don't have a "money back guarantee." I even left the free garlic bread coupon on the table because I don't think I will be back... At least not to this location.

Great meatball sub. Manager came out and made sure everything was good. Very clean, quick and affordable meal.

Excellent place to grab a lunch or quick dinner. The bread is delicious. The price is good to. Definitely go for the special, or the super special sandwich.

I have not had psghettis in 10 years. I used to go to the south county location a couple times a year, but am never in the area so was thrilled when this location opened. Much closer! I had to go for the bread and was not disappointed! It is still delicious. The pasta dinner was enormous and I can easily have left overs for 2 more meals. The side salad was very simple with carrots and a tomato wedge, but still decent. This sauce is not my favorite, but not bad either. I will go back and indulge in the bread and try something without red sauce. Never know, I may find something I crave. Oh, I should not forget to mention the price...$8.XX with tax. Very reasonable!

It's okay...they serve sandwiches that are average and nothing special at all. The salad was good but not something that blew my mind...nice place to go if you are in the area and want to get something quick other than that I would make it a place that I have to go to

P'Sghetti's is a casual restaurant with a menu that includes pasta, sandwiches, and salads. You will order at the counter, and you will get your own drink and refills at the Pepsi soda fountain. You will seat yourself, and your food will be brought to your table when it is ready. All dishes and utensils are disposable. Service always has been quick here, but it probably helps that I tend to visit them in the late afternoon when they aren't very busy. If I am recalling correctly, they have two TVs in the dining area. Their sandwiches are made with their freshly baked homemade sweet bread, which reminds me a lot of King's Hawaiian bread. Most of their sandwiches that contain cheese are made with Provel. I happen to love Provel, so my first order here was their Pepperoni Pizza Bread (meat sauce, melted Provel, and pepperoni). I enjoyed the sweetness of the bread, but I have to admit it was a little off-putting in combination with the savory pizza toppings. On a later visit, I tried their tuna sandwich. In my opinion, the tuna was a much better partner for their bread. I actually love the tuna here. When I first tried it, I could have sworn it contained shredded cheddar. However, on my most recent visit it appeared to contain only celery, pickle relish, and egg. That's pretty much how I make it at home. (However, I leave the egg out at home because I'm too lazy to boil eggs. Also, boiled eggs stink. :p) I highly recommend ordering their pick-two combo. You get a choice of a 4" sandwich AND a choice of a pasta side order, small salad, OR six toasted ravioli. If you choose a pasta side order (16 ounces!) to go along with your 4" sandwich, you'll end up with a hearty meal. And later, a carb coma. I don't want to sound cheap, but sometimes my husband and I split a combo for a light lunch. I take the 4" sandwich, and he takes the pasta side order. (I've had pasta here before. It comes in a plastic bowl with a lid and has plenty of deliciously meaty sauce. I love sauce, and this is one of the few places that gives me a satisfactory amount. :)) Recently, we ordered a 4" tuna sandwich, a side of spaghetti, a bag of potato chips (tuna + potato chips = awesome), and one soda for $11.24. That's one cheap lunch for two people! Of the sandwich-and-pasta places located on Manchester between McKnight and Sappington, P'Sghetti's just might be my favorite! Consider checking them out next time you find yourself in the Glendale area.

I used P'sghetti's to cater a baby shower this past weekend. Everything was fantastic - the ordering and pick up was simple and the food was delicious. We had garlic bread, salad, pasta, and sandwiches. Very generous portions and everyone raved about the food! I will absolutely use P'sghetti's again for my next party. No complaints!

Almost could't find this place because of the dang apostrophe in the name. Nobody could spell it to plug it into the GPS or Yelp. Went for lunch with a coworker. Had the sandwich with a side of pasta special with their normal sandwich and ravioli. Added a side of garlic cheese bread. Not sure what the 'normal' sandwich is...I just said "give me that also" after my coworker ordered. I have learned to do that with this guy because otherwise I end up with food envy every time. The sandwich was yummy and the sweet bread worked well. It was ham and salami with american cheese I think. The ravioli was tasty too - the sauce was meaty and had just enough sweetness without being a "sweet sauce." Didn't really eat the cheesy garlic bread...not into provel. The server told me she doesn't like it either but its good on their bread so I tried it, but just never met a provel I liked. Which was a shame because it was a really big portion - I would say that I could have shared with my coworker, but he ate all of his. The sandwich, specifically the bread, is what would bring me back.

Had a friend recommend this place to me, so GLAD she did! Yummy! Their bread is amazing! Will go back! Try it! You'll love it!

Psghettis never disappoints. I like the sub sandwich a lot! The sweet bread is what makes it special. They have pastas and other items which are also good. Two locations and the one in Glendale is super fast. The South County location is always super busy but they are efficient too. The parking lot is a bit crazy but you can always find a spot.

I like P'sghettis but dont love it. They are known for the delicious sweet bread which works incredible with a cold turkey, ham, etc...sandwich. However, it doesnt mix well with some of the hot sandwiches (chkn parm, roast bf) in my opinion. I kind of wish they had another bread or something for those sandwiches that dont need a sweet flavored bread. The pastas are OK but not something you would go back for. Nice clean restaurant inside. I will say that I have received some excellent service here. I will grab a sandwich at lunch from to time and they are always quick and friendly. But one time brought my two year old and got him the spaghetti. Anyone who has a two year old knows that you might as well dump a bucket of marinara on your kids head when you give them spaghetti. But, a younger guy working there (appeared to be some sort of manager/owner) came buy a few times and chatted with us as we apologized for the developing mess, thought the little guy was funny with the spaghetti sauce all over his face, and then came by, thanked us for coming in and gave us some free appetizer cards for no reason. Little things like that will keep me coming back to place that is not necessarily the best food. If you have never had it, go get a cold sub. You wont be disappointed.

I don't get it. The other reviewers seemed to have enjoyed the food here, but I couldn't choke down the mostaccioli. I asked for some cheese on it, so they put a cold, square slice of provel on the top. Nice. With a name like P'sghetti's I would have thought that my kids would like it. They loved the bread (it's very sweet), but nothing else. It's a little thing, but they didn't have any crayons like most kid-catering places. I would have only given one star, but the place was clean, service was good, the decor was nice, and the location central. Just lousy food.

Look, P'sghetti's bread is great. It's sort of like Hawaiian bread, but a little more dense. And the bread makes the sandwiches tasty, although the meats aren't especially impressive. But, sometimes it's good to just have a cheap, big sandwich. I haven't had their pasta in years, because I disliked the sauce last time I tried it. I recall that it was really bland & without texture, quite Boyardee-ish. I sort of have a beef with P'sghetti's about their lack of healthy options. They probably have the worst sounding veggie sandwich I've ever seen (Provel and American cheeses with onions, pickles, banana peppers, lettuce and tomatoes). Gross. Their bread and pasta are definitely only made with white flour, so don't even think about getting any fiber in your meal here. I'm sure I'll eat here again, but I probably won't feel that great about it. I think P'sghetti's food is a lot like their website - half-assed & riddled with mistakes.

P'sghetti's seems like one of those places where locals love it, but if you aren't from the area it doesn't have the appeal. You do get a large amount of food for the price and I do like to try out the bread every once in awhile. I am not fond of their red sauce and the hot sandwiches just seem weird with the sweet bread. The workers were all very nice and this location is large and clean. I need to try one of their custom made sandwiches that they make into different shapes. That may bump up the rating just because it is a unique sandwich experience.

My sister who works at St. Anthony's told me they always order from here and the Dr.'s treat the staff sometimes. So I invited her to come with my daughter-in-law, grandson and I to dine in. I was impressed with the food. The sauce is amazing and there is plenty for dipping the bread and ravioli is good too. I had plenty left over for lunch the next day. The salad was crisp and cold and ranch dressing was delish (I will ask for more next time, just not enough since it was so good!) My grandson's $.99 meal was perfect, pepperoni pizza, applesauce and a Scooby Doo treat for after. I will come back since the sauce is so good. Loved the casual clean atmosphere

Coming here for 10+ years and it's amazing. Highly recommend it to locals or anyone visiting. Very friendly, amazing food, and great prices. Manager remembers regulars and we always get a card for a free appetizer of cheese bread.

We get this at work once or twice a year for the whole department... every time I eat the meat ravioli in meat sauce and think 'damn this is tasty!'. toasted ravioli are also quite good. This place is a great choice if you need to feed a group and don't want to spend a whole bunch of money. Good stick to your ribs kind of food at very reasonable prices.

I am an addict for their bread - cheese bread, garlic bread, sandwiches...oh, but especially the garlic bread. (The cheese bread is a little too cheesy for me.) I had always driven by the location on Lindbergh, made a mental note that I'd like to try it some day, but never did. Then they moved closer to my neck of the woods on Manchester and fresh off of watching a little Let's Dish video on kplr11.com , I decided to try them. I had the spaghetti dinner, which was around $7-ish and came with 32oz of spaghetti in a meat sauce that is very tasty and not too heavy, a good size salad (that I didn't even get to cuz I was so full), and 1/2 loaf of garlic bread. May not have been good for me, but I coulda made a meal out of their garlic bread. I've been telling everyone about it and can't wait to go back for some more garlic bread and maybe some ravioli, mostaciolli, or any of several yummy-sounding sandwiches.

My favorite place on the planet. I live in walking distance, though I spend more time in this place than I do my house. Cheap. Sweet bread. Delicious pasta. Order the cinnamon bread for a sweet lunch treat or even as dessert. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing decor. I love it to pieces.
