I lived in the STL for five years and IP is the place to stop in and eat at. I enjoy the Deluxe, Veggie Deluxe All Meat & the Barbecue Chicken Pizzas w/o onions. The crust is a one of a kind crust that Saint Louis is famous for. I would not suggest getting it delivered should you get it delivered you will be very unhappy with the taste. This pizza is something that you would like to eat now not carry out or reheat the next day or days to come. However it is a one of a kind taste it wont disappoint you at all. Enjoy!

This place was recommended by the girl who checked me in at the nearby Holiday Inn Express. It's her favorite pizza place, so I was pretty hopeful. I would describe this pizza as: Meh. It's melted cheese on a cracker. I ordered a pepperoni and the provel bites (mini mozzarella stick-type thingies). The pizza was disappointingly blah. It was better when I scooped up the marinara sauce that came with the provel bites. The crust is too thin and suuuuper chewy. The provel bites were flavorless. The marinara was the best part of the meal, although a little too sweet. I would probably steer clear next time, or ask for the crust to be a little thicker.

I wAs regular customer of this location. the delivery guy is great, the pizza is good. I wanted to place an order, but I couldn't get past the super sucky attitude of the young girl answering the phone,taking the orders. I can overlook funky attitudes, but the way she was so blatantly ignorant, I opened an account, so I can spread the word on this (ahem) person! Hey, lady! don't take out your misery on us customers! thanks to this chick, they've lost a customer. glad there are other imos locations!

I like Imo's in general, but the pizza we got from the Gravois location was possibly the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The crust was too chewy, the sauce didn't taste right, the mushrooms tasted canned and were too tough. So gross we threw most of it away. I wish the powers that be would get this location under control, because they're giving Imo's a bad name.

This locale only (Gravois in St. Louis). Poor quality control. Lazy response to complaint. Uneven covering of sauce, not cooked to order. I called to voice this, but they just said they 'would do better next time'. Not cool, I need more love than that.

I've been eating Imo's since before I can remember and this review isn't directed toward this Imo's in particular but all Imo's. It's fine St. Louis style pizza and when cooked and delivered properly it's fantastic but there lays Imo's biggest problem consistency. Sometimes great and other times horrible! My personal biggest problem with Imo's is it's too expensive for what you get and every time you order you have to roll the dice and hope it's good this time. For what they charge it's not worth it to take that gamble!

Love Imo's, but apparently this location doesn't provide fresh Imo's pizza because what showed up at my door was the dried up reminiscence of an Imo's pizza prepared 3 or 4 days ago. Just sad, and I'm still hungry because you skimped on the size of my pizza and the toppings. This is my first ever yelp review, but this pizza sucked so bad it warranted my review minus the truck driver jargon I'm rifling off in my head right now because I don't know the terms of Yelp. Thanks for nothing.

I absolutely love Imo's but if you can help it, don't order at this location. Maybe I'll blame it on the online ordering or it being later at night but not only did they mess up once but three times. First, we didn't hear from them for over an hour. When I called they said they had the wrong phone number but I clearly checked it online and in the confirmation email. All was correct. Then, the delivery driver had a completely wrong address and took an addition 30 min. Finally, an hour and 30 minutes later, the order was missing our salad. This place is a joke.

I love Imo's! But I don't consider it pizza. I consider it pizza-ish, in the same realm where I classify pizza-bites and pizza-bagels. I think if more people held this belief there wouldn't be such heated debate over Imo's since pizza is a hot button topic for foodlovers! I know most of the Imo's reviews are on another location, but this is the one closest to my house. This location always does a top job and they are very speedy. My only complaint is that they spell my street name really wrong, I told them they did, and they said they didn't care. And it makes me worried that may screw up delivery. But it hasn't yet, so 5 stars it is! Their wings are decent, and the salad with their sweet house italian is amazing. If you're not from St. Louis, do it up right and get some "T-Ravs" also.
