Most Chinese places have the same food more or less, not much variation between places, so it's really the customer service that makes a place stand out (or not). I went in and grabbed a lunch special one afternoon as I was getting a haircut next door. I walk in, the place is free of customers and a young guy emerges from the counter and greets me with "yes?". Good start[/sarc]. I said I would like a lunch special and give him the order. "$5.40" he says in the most depressed voice possible. Ok guy I've already figured you for a not so nice one so let's get this over with. I pay and of course I have to be the one to ask "10 minutes or so?" to which I get a yep. I go back in after my haircut and he greets me with a rising bag in hand, we said our thanks and I went on my merry way. The food is dry, I didn't get any utensils or napkins in my bag and I got the Sesame Chicken, not the Sesame Batter. There's really no point in going here, so many other options exist close by. I'm usually a champion of small business, but this is really one I wouldn't mind if they just closed up shop tomorrow...I'm not even sure the jerk at the counter would care either. Hey pal, this isn't the NYC subway so try brushing up on your social skills. Won't be back.

I have had decent Mongolian Beef here, but delivery takes forever, the owners are rude and can't communicate, and there are always a couple of loud kids running around the place. I've given them plenty of chances, but never again!

Stay away from this place. We ordered our food at 6:00 and the delivery driver eventually arrived around 7:50. The food was cold and soggy. The beef lo mein we had ordered smelled and tasted like fish and the general tso's chicken and shrimp was tasteless, cold and soggy and had only one piece of shrimp. 25.00 wasted, we will never order from there again. The following day I was called by the owner and he graciously pointed out to me that the call came in at 6:13 but the order was not entered until 6:25. The food then arrived at 7:45. Thank you for pointing that nugget of joy out to me, argumentative phone guy who just had to find out who wrote a bad review for bad service and bad food.

I won't be ordering again. Charged twice for delivery charge and the owner was extremely hostile and unhelpful. Food was barely passable. Disappointing.
