Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Lots of toppings on this pizza. The sauce is good. Could of been cooked little more. Service good. Server soda out of cans no free refills. Dining room clean but has a urine smell. Don't let the old building discourage you the pizza is well worth it.

A nice "mom & pop" style pizza place, very no frills, but great tasting pizza. Soda in cans, salads & pizza, that's all. Crust is thin, crisp & cooked through, served quickly for being fresh baked (& hot!!!), there's a thick-crust option too.

If you are wanting a good local pizza place go to Alex's. This place is old and outdated. They have carpet from the 70's. The crust on the pizza to me is always burnt.

Really? I'm the first? Wow. That's kinda amazing. This place is one of my family favs. They have a thin crust pizza with burnt edges (yes burnt as in good burnt). I remember back when Old Man Pryor ran this joint and it wasn't as "run down" looking with a homey feel to it. You could go in order a pizza, carve your name on their old tin pizza pans ( I don't think you were suppose to.), play the jukebox, and laugh with friends in this little parlor. This place doesn't look fresh and new but it has a lot of history and will always be in my heart! Sausage and Mushroom is my favorite here. Yummy and ooey-gooey goodness!

The waitress was very nice and very attentive. We had the pepperoni and italian sausage. It was thin crust. It was very good. My wife and i enjoyed it very much. We would go here again.

The bottom line is that the food isn't very good. Friendly service, but a very limited menu, and bland pizza with cheap ingredients. It didn't taste good and I didn't feel well after eating there.

Not my thing, but it's a Rolla institution. A true hometown shop!

Good no frills mom and pop shop pizza. Order cheese, by the topping, or deluxe (with five pieces of pepperoni, but plenty of the other stuff). Small or large. Thin crust is tasty, but too stuffed with toppings to hold the Chicago slices in one hand. Just right. Break down and use a fork. Don't look for jalapeños here. Just the basics. Pinapple is as fancy as they get. And leave your belt at the door.
