This is my go to for Chinese food and has been for many years. The quality of the ingredients as well as fast and courteous service has kept me a faithful and content return customer. I like that I can watch as the chefs cook up my food fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend stopping by for your chinese craves!

Extremely impressed with the quality & service of this Chinese restaurant. I can never find general's chicken that I enjoy other than at one other hole in the wall chinese place. China town though definitely satisfied my taste buds with their version of general's chicken. The egg rolls are humongous & deliscious! The crab rangoon - prefer wonton wrappers - thicker ones anyhow but nontheless still yummy! The rice was cooked to perfection & that's hard to say about rice!! Will DEFINITELY be returning.

5 stars because the $7.56 combination plate is equal to a $15 plate at P.F. Changs. Go into China Town, having called ahead, and expecting to leave in 30 seconds; the food is made to eat at home. As mentioned before, the food is made to order and is still hot by the time you get home. Been living in Raytown all my life and hadn't tried it until last year! You've been missing out too if you haven't tried it yet!

I cannot say good enough things about this quick service restaurant. The food is fresh and cooked to order - no stale, sticky, tough mystery chicken bits sitting around in a steamer. You never get the scrapings of the pan. The lunch specials are great - around $5 for an entrée and your choice of steamed or fried rice plus your choice of one egg roll, two crab rangoon, or a cup of soup. The serving sizes are huge. Nothing strange or particularly authentic here. Pretty much your standard americanized Chinese fare, but consistent and reliable. Order at the counter by circling what you want on the menu. About 5 minutes later you have hot, fresh Chinese food. Try it - you'll be back!

I went several times and didn't like the vegetarian food. My boyfriend loves the place, so we kept going back. Finally, I asked the cashier about the vegetarian options and she recommended Szechuan Tofu. Finally, something delicious. They're slow since everything is made fresh. Order the right thing and it's a decent takeout experience.

Overall good Chinese food. They make it when you order it, so it usually takes a while to get your food, but it comes out hot and fresh. The prices are OK, and the portions are pretty big. Not much atmosphere if you are eating there, its more of a take out place. They have Pepsi, which I don't like, but still best to-go China food spot in the area

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
