Our family loves DQ, but not this one. We live in between two DQs, this one and the one on Bryan Road, so we would go to the one nearest other things we needed to go by. After a few times, however, we decided that its not worth going to this one, not matter what. On multiple occasions, my wife and I have each had issues of one type or another with this DQ. One thing we have both experience is the "nickle and diming" for things that other DQs would provide without charge. Also, portions seem to be smaller than typically at a DQ. Any time we have ever spoken to the owner / manager he has been rude and insulting. I understand watching food costs and not letting customers take advantage of you, but this guy is ridiculous! If you are near this DQ and are wanting to go -- do yourself a favor and drive to one of the other DQs in the area.

Its a Dairy Queen. Always friendly and the place is always clean

My least favorite DQ in town. This one is not very clean and staffed by very young teens that seem to lack supervision. Location has an indoor playground, but it appears very dirty so I don't let my kids play on it.

Close to home. Drive thru is great. Inside was OK. Only ate there once.

Gross. The employees are not nice here! Also, I think it might be time to redo the entire DQ?! Every other one around is so pretty and nice looking (for a fast food restaurant obviously). They need a makeover! My blizzard had a lot of M&M's though.

Least favorite DQ in the area. Looks dated and needs an improvement. The ice cream machine is never working where I can't get a twist/mix cone. A layered cone just isn't the same.

This DQ seems to be run by teenagers, I have never seen an adult behind the counter. They never have ice cream cakes! Every other location always has a wide selection of them, whereas this one may have two in the case. After a few tries, I am done with this location for good.

Please avoid this DQ at all costs. My child and I stopped in yesterday on 8/23/12 at about 5:30pm after her tennis match as she was famished and we were on our way to my son's back to school night at FZ South. Needless to say my child's meal was prepared wrong. When I called to complain the staff stated, "No problem come in again and we will replace your meal..." 'Great', i thought as that is what customer service should be about. So the next day on 8/24/12 at 6:30pm, after another tennis match, we decided to go by and get the meal they had messed up the previous night. Unfortunately, the owner, Joe, argued with me about the meal being comped and at this point I was tired - long work week. The owner, Joe, is confrontational and incompetent. He knows nothing about customer service. My kids really like DQ but we will avoid this one and drive to the one in old ofallon. Bottom line, my daughter's meal was botched and Joe refused to make it right. I plan to get my refund from DQ corporate.

I agree with Lisa. This DQ needs some attention. It just doesn't seem to be well monitored. Plus, their burgers and such seems to be signifcantly smaller in size/portions than other DQ's. The DQ at Bryan Rd. and I-70 is much, much better.
Sorry, Store hours have not been updated. If you are the owner of this restaurants. Please update the store hours.
