Called here about 10:30 after a long day at the American Royal & a STARVED boyfriend. Pizza arrived about 12:30am. Delivery driver called me about an hour later at the Missouri address. I was very clear about being in Kansas. Driver was flustered & I kept telling her that I was a tourist at a hotel & could not give her directions. After 30 min, she calls again saying she is nearby & asking if I can come drive & meet her. I again repeat that I ordered delivery & am a tourist who is totally lost/tired/tipsy. Finally, I recieve 2 cold medium pizzas. Their promo of $5.99 each must've not been good b/c I ended up paying $20+ & getting harassed about a tip. REALLY unhappy.

Bad delivery service and they disrespect the customer. I ordered last week but the driver refused to deliver it to my apartment and in addition to that he insulted me . I talked to the manager but he said will not be able to deliver to you

Never had a bad experience here. 9 times out of 10 my order is correct, on time, and tastes good. The staff I've encountered had always been friendly. Other than not being in the best neighborhood, i have no complaints.

I haven't used Domino's on the 39th in a year and half. The last time I ordered delivery ( on a Saturday day, so how busy could they be?), the delivery driver never showed up, the manager was rude, angry and unsympathetic. Since there is a better pizza delivery company in town, I have been using them ever since. Unfortunately, the last two deliveries from this popular pizza company has been crappy which leads me to delivery with Domino's tonight. I could tell Domino's has upgraded its website and it is a visual stimulus overload. I just wanted to order a 12 inch thin crust pizza and as my eyes were moving around its website, I was getting a little frustrated and confused. Finally figuring out which picture icon to press to make the order, the website still needs some work. One is making one's pizza so one has to choose what type of pizza: hand tossed, thin etc,which sauce, what cheese etc,, each time I tried to advance, after pickin what I want and the button would either cause the screen to bounce or advance back to the previous screen.. this happened a lot. after a few minutes I was able to finally place my order The confirmation was quick and I like how one can " see" where the pizza is at..this person is preparing, the pizza in the oven and time, etc to the time when the delivery is on its way and the name of that person. Delivery was fast and the female delivery driver was friendly and courteous, The website leaves something to be desired, but surprisingly the delivery and order was accurate. I will use this again.

WORST EVER. Received an email saying delivery time would be 20-30 minutes (ordered online) and when I called to check the status (60 minutes later) the guy who answered told me "that's a corporate thing and no one does that in the store. If you want to order correctly, call in and don't order online"... really. Well. that's good to know that ALL stores are ran by the corporate office, but yet none of them care to take any responsibility to hold true of the corporate marketing message spread to all. That's a shame, too. Corporate has the right strategy, but too bad their stores are ran by pot-filled high kids who could care less. NEVER AGAIN.

Domino's has really stepped up the large franchise pizza businesses. Not only are they using better ingredients and recipes, they're online ordering and coupons are easy to use and they arrive on time. And YES, they taste alot better than alot other pizza out there. No joke, I also rarely right reviews but there are alot of negative posts out there so one or two of my positive posts equals it out. Good job Dominos....I'm not affiliated what's so ever!

I ordered one gluten free pizza and one regular pizza. It took 30 minutes for them to realize they were out of gluten free pizza dough. Then they called to tell me that, and I said go ahead and send the other pizza. That took another 45 minutes. The pizza I finally got was both burnt on the edges and of course, it was cold.

If you want customer service that feels like a Thai hot pepper enema, then this is your Dominos. My experience with this location was so traumatic, I will avoid describing it in detail to avoid blowing a vein in my brain. This store is not worth it. All I will say is that if they jack up your order, they have no accountability. And If their credit card machine is down, they will not offer a discount to cover your ATM fee. Not to mention they d o not know what the words "I Apologize" mean. OH how many problems resturants could avoid if they just accepted he fact the jacked it up and try to offer an olive branch. Instead its like taking a crack adict exposing one arm from their flack jacket and letting them fling poop all over the Plaza. I will say that Dominos corporate did take my complaint and made it right. The store however is diseased as far as I am concerned. They do not deserve anyone's patronage. I will gladly drive to the location on 75th st in OP to get my fix of garlic butter crust pizza.

Domino's is never my first choice for pizza delivery... except on those occasions when I live semi-close to the "hood" and nobody else delivers here. The pizza delivery is always fast and the delivery people are always friendly. The pizza, however, well, it's Domino's. The sauce lacks any sort of robust flavor, and the vegetables are not exactly crisp. Domino's serves its purpose late at night when you're starving and not up for driving, but it's not the place I'd order pizza from for any other reason.
