Oh Jimmy, you aim to ease my mouth and my wallet. No matter where I go in this country, you are consistently yummy. As always I order my number three which is the tuna sandwich, no cheese, extra tomato and cucumber. They oblige. I fill my water bottle and my sandwich is done. The bread is fresh and keeps all my goodness in without falling apart while I'm eating my sandwich. The service at this location is great, they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. You keep doing you Jimmy because you are doing it right.

Delivery wasn't freaky fast, but it's okay because I wasn't extremely hungry. I'm kind of a picky eater myself, so all that I got was a turkey and provolone cheese sandwich. Two slices of turkey and two slices of provolone is all that came on it. It tasted great because there bread you can eat by itself, but I didn't pay 5$ for a slice here and a slice there. There famous sandwiches is probably a good choice, but if you are going to customize a sandwich I would prefer subway. I'll try it again, merely for the fact that there bread is soooooo good.

Sandwich was decent despite leaving 2 key ingredients off it. Probably would have been delicious if the kid behind the counter gave a damn. I'll try this place one more time.. Hopefully they step up their game

I'm probably one of Jimmy John's biggest fan. If you haven't eaten there - do it! This one was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. I'd go back again for sure!

They have somewhat of a selection. I wasn't to crazy for the subs here, for me they are just to plain! The prices are high considering what you get. Place look clean and that is appreciated.

I really like this sandwich shop. Small, clean, and fast service. Not as cheap as I'd prefer but prices aren't high either. They do seem to use quality incredients. Their Club Lulu is one tasty sandwich. I prefer their bread to most, it's like a soft yet crunchy baguette which sounds awful but is very good. They offer wraps also, if you're not into the bread. My only complaint is how heavily they advertise delivery but have an extremely limited service area for delivery (which always seems to be changing for the worse).

I had heard good things about Jimmy John's, but had never actually gone there until a couple of weeks ago. I have to say, there's a good chance I won't be back. The food was ok, regular Subway style sandwiches. I was really disappointed about the service. Since I had never ordered there before I was unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered a sandwich without realizing it was plain. When I asked for onions added, they reiterated in a frustrated tone that they couldn't add anything to those sandwiches. When I realized my mistake (not thanks to them), I changed my order to something else. This made them angry and made them snap at my fiance when he tried to order his sandwich. I understand that that worker may have been having a bad day, but for me to not have been rude to them first, I certainly don't expect that from them. I may have had a frustrating order, but you can't have a tone that implies you are rolling your eyes and flipping me off behind the microphone. I'll go to another sandwich shop next time. There are a ton of sandwich shops in Joplin and Jimmy John's doesn't stand out as anything different than the others.

I do like their sandwiches. That's ALL they have though. No salad bars, soups, chili, etc. It's JUST a sandwich shop. Fun college feel to it, and the food is always quick coming out. Beat's the pants off of it's many neighboring competitors if you ask me, but again, only if all you want is the sandwich. (They do have cookies/chips/etc.)
