We always eat at cracker across the USA. This one SUCKS****** We went for breakfast. The first thing that pissed me off was how loud the server yells into the micophone when your table is ready. Then her attitude sucked, (psst, I'm the guy with the money, remember?) We get our seat, the table nexty to us is complaining to the manger about their order-great just my luck-the waitress forgot my orange juice-somebody else rtought us our food. The couple that sat after us was served before us- I watched another couple talking to the Manager-the manager brought me my oj-not my waitress-which we tipped well-I told the manager that somewhere your store has hit a wall....The back of the house is more than the prob...slow food slow service-pissed off hungry customers---hate to say it, cross this one of my list the next time I come to Joplin-no thanks

The pork chop and meat loaf selections were excellent. The waitress was ver friendly and checked in on us frequently. Chocolate pecan pie was excellent.

I must say I was super excited to come to Cracker Barrel for dinner because there's always great service and tons of food! Things seemed to have changed as of lately. The special on the menu was misunderstood and took several tries to get it right. Service seemed a bit stressed out as well, even management didn't seem as pleasant as usual. Maybe policies have tightened up and became more strict, but it took asking 2 people about 5 different times just to get a 2nd small side of apple butter and the response was always oh I brought some, you need more?! Well there was 4 adults at the table, so yes we do! The food all still tasted good, but be sure you realize the difference between catfish strips and fillets as they are not the same!

Yum... When in MO... We don't have a Cracker Barrel near us so when we visited MO, you bet we hit this place up. I ate gravy. With chicken fried steak (OMG!!!). My arteries feel a little clogged now, but I'll jog it off later.

WOW - they should just be ashamed. I hate the fact that I feel the need to write a bad review for any business in the Joplin area - but this place was AWFUL. The food was ok, but you wouldn't care if it were fantastic - because the people who work here are so ... rude. From the hostess (who threw our menu down and mumbled about the chicken special as she was walking away) to our waitress, cashier and random staff member (who would run you down in the shop while coming back from her smoke break at the front entrance). To our waitress Caroline - please take note. Customers like you to be nice to them - at least until we prove we don't deserve your kindness. Not everyone is familiar with this restaurant - so a little kindness to the 80 year old woman who asks questions would go a long way. Don't be snarky. You may actually want to check back with your customers to see if they need anything - especially before handing them their bill. Caroline - you just shouldn't be a waitress. And yes, the tip we left you was way more than you should have received.

Had a great time at Cracker Barrel. We went for Thanksgiving dinner and the place was busy as most usually are but it seemed more like a controlled chaos. We were served by a new employee who was a great server even for being 1 week out of the chute. All and all we had great service, food and a great shopping experience. We will be back here again.

Poor attitudes by early morning staff ....I recommend arriving after 8:30 a.m. and requesting Lauren as your server...she seems to be the only server who knows how to smile and it's quite a beautiful smile indeed!
