Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I can't wait to return to Queen Taco for another daily special. Every day they have some great deals and my wife and I went yesterday before the Royals game and split a $4.50 burrito (1 lb.) and a queen steak taco. We also got iguana dip and salsa. Everything was really good and I definitely want to go back on a taco special day - I think on Wednesdays they're $1.50 instead of $2.99! These tacos are big too. Great hole in the wall restaurant if you're looking for something quick and don't want do deal with a busy restaurant. You'll easily miss it driving past, so keep an eye out on the south side of the road. Enjoy!

Horrible service. Had to ask for silverware. Had to ask 3 times for water. Waited an hour for food. Food barely acceptable. Never going back. On the third attempt to get a glass of water I went up to the counter. the waitress said I'll bring it to you. I said no I'll wait right here.

I now drop in pretty regularly. Do yourself a favor and go in either tonight or tomorrow and get yourself one of their special shrimp tacos. It has some kind of tasty cheese in little random sized blocks, cabbage and avacado and an excellent sauce that really ties all the other flavors together. This is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. I am sure they will have it again, but I didn't ask when. Seriously, drop what you are doing, go and have yourself one (or three) of these, you will not be sorry. If you can't make it by tomorrow, definitely go in and give their "Queen Taco" a try. It is a hearty marinated steak taco with lots of tasty flavors including avacado. It was my favorite before having the shrimp taco. It is a really delicious taco and well worth stopping in for. Both the shrimp taco and the Queen taco are more expensive than the others, but as soon as you have one, you will know why.

I'm going to give them a 5 because we had a group of about 13 on dollar taco night and they handled it awesomely with only 1 server!! The hard shell chicken tacos are my fav, order it super and they add tomatoes and sour cream for only 25 cents more. I highly recommend Queen Taco! The only thing I would work on is the salsa. I'm really somewhat of a salsa connoisseur, since I make a pretty mean salsa, if I say so myself!
