Fazoli's is an Italian-American fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1988and is now owned by Sentinel Capital Partners. As of 2015, there are 213 Fazoli's located nationwide. The restaurant chain specializes in Italian cuisine and dishes. Carl Howard is the company's president and CEO.

A friend of mine and I like going to Olive Garden as long as it's nice and the food is the usual Olive Garden food. I drove passed this location, unaware that it was there in the first place and was pleased to see it. "STOP! Let's go to Olive Garden!!!" So I did. I got the peach Bellini tea and the unlimited soup and salad combo for $6.99. I had never had chicken gnocchi soup before and when I had it, I really liked it. The salad was the salad that you get in the beginning when you are seated. The salad was good and so was the soup. I enjoyed it and it was a really good lunch for the price of it. My server was nice, friendly and very good at her job. It was busy but not so busy that we couldn't carry an entire conversation during her frequent stops and waiting on other people. The location is good; the service that day was excellent; and the restaurant itself was nice, neat and clean. I will be back.

My husband and I waited for over an hour and had the worst service ever. I asked for wine three times and never got it, the only three breadsticks we got were rock hard and the waiter was terrible. Worst Olive Garden experience I have ever had. Will never return

It's the Olive Garden. A good stand-by when you don't want to go far from home. Marinara sauce is good, but the Mushroom stuffed ravioli with Alfredo sauce is much better. Overpriced for mediocre chain restaurant food. Kind of like Red Lobster is.

My boyfriend and I sat in the bar area during our visit yesterday. There were four other parties in the area with one bartender and another staff member who was helping deliver takeout orders. I know that sitting at a bar usually means less attentive service; however, it was 15 minutes before we were acknowledged by a staff member. We went to the bar and got menus ourselves from off the counter. The bartender- who didn't introduce herself- took our drink order. We ordered a beer and a mixed drink. The drinks took 20 minutes to come out- we ordered food when they came out- the salad came out quickly. We had to ask for silverware. It was several minutes before the bartender returned with it, and we ordered a second round of drinks. The appetizer came out 30 minutes after we ordered- along with the second round of drinks we'd ordered. The entrees came out about 25 minutes after our app arrived. Our drinks were empty - no one offered to replace them or brought waters. The bartender brought the check in a timely manner; however, we ended up bringing our payment to the bar because the bartender passed our table four times over 20 minutes, even though we had our payment visible and ready to be collected- and even then, it took 10 minutes to get our receipts. The bartender wasn't friendly, never smiled and just looked unhappy to be there. It's also worth noting that even though I saw two managers frequenting the bar area, four dirty tables sat uncleared and full of half eaten plates of food for the latter half of our visit, which ended up taking two hours. We were almost late for a concert we anticipated we'd have ample time to make it to. The only reason I'm giving two stars was the food/drinks, which were both delicious. Bad service, management appeared apathetic about the appearance of the bar area. I was almost embarrassed for them. Sorry to rant- I just thought my fellow Yelpers would want to know the level of service being provided here.

To go order, a simple Chicken Alfredo and Black Tie Mouse cake. No fancy instructions, no special instructions, just how they are made. Phone cal was made at 6:57, female employee said it would be done and available at 7:25. Arrive promptly at 7:25 to the bar to other guests complaining about over an hour wait for to go and many managers visiting said guests. Guess what my meal was not delivered to me until 8:00pm. Nearly every order that others had ordered to go was wrong. Bar waitresses mumbling about how frustrating the night has been. Will be a long time before I come here again.

I have come here twice at night, just before closing, to get their soup and salad to go. Their Zuppa Toscana is by far one of my favorite soups. Believe it or not you get enough soup and salad for 2 people. I usually end up eating all the soup and then can't even touch the salad...but it goes in the fridge for later. Only drawback is you only get 2 bread sticks. I'm sure you can ask for more, I just keep forgetting. Very good deal if you're looking for something somewhat light and different.
