It didn't matter what time of day or night that I arrived there, everyone was wonderful to me and treated me with the kind of hospitality that one could only wish about. I was always waited on and served promptly, and the food was inexpensive and good. I liked the food even though they are known for pancakes and breakfast. I was happy with everything that I ordered and ate here. It was nice to be treated with friendliness and to be waited on and served quickly. I don't understand why this location got so many unfavorable reviews.

I gave one star because the food was good, but the service was simply horrible. The entire service staff, including the manager on duty, were slow and disinterested in all of the customers in the restaurant. Our server got my order wrong, and when I asked him to fix it he gladly brought me what I was missing, and gladly overcharged me for it. I attempted to flag down the manager, but it didn't work. So I adjusted my tip, paid the bill, and happily left without looking back. Pro tip: just make those tasty flapjacks at home. That's what Pinterest is for, right? :-)

Waited over 30 mins for pancakes and crepes! Only drink we had was water. We told them to cancel the order and walked out. Don't go

We were driving through and decided to stop by for breakfast with family. The servers were very nice but seemed like there were only two of them serving everyone there. The omelette we ordered was very dry. It needed some sauce or sour cream in it. The pancake mix they use is tasteless :( I used to love coming to IHOP for pancakes but NO MORE

With places like ihop I feel like you know what you're getting. Can't have the highest expectations in the world, Not the highest quality organic ingredients, but still better than Denny's and open 24/7! I like four different syrups and they brought me out a warm bottle. Overall I can't complain

Before I begin, let me say as a waiter I ALWAYS give the staff benefit of doubt. However, the beyond poor service from our waiter David was unacceptable. Went in with 2 friends when it was not even busy. He did NOT come greet us and take drink orders within a reasonable amount of time. As he finally brought our drinks we waited on for too long he dropped them off quickly and said "I will be back" ignoring our appetizer order request before ordering our meals and ALSO forgot to hand us straws. We finished our 1st round of drinks waiting for him to return to take our order, so I grabbed another waiter to place our order. When David returned we informed him we already ordered and he asked us who took our order. I asked for some hot sauce at this point and he completely FORGOT or IGNORED my request and went directly to setting another table as I watched him awkwardly waiting. I of course had to remind the staff. Food came out correct, but OTHER servers had to bring out the food for him for some reason. They had forgot also to bring steak knives to the table and we could not grab any attention at this point and sat their as our food got COLD. We tried countless times to get David's attention for help. EVERY SINGLE TIME he walked by our table he did NOT ONCE stop to ask if we needed anything. NOR did he even LOOK at our table and notice our cups were EMPTY. We kept having to get assistance from OTHER servers. When we finally got our ticket, David awkwardly asked if everything was "alright." When he clearly knew he had dropped the ball. Then he tried to brush off the bad visit with a joke in bad taste. Again, all three of us are food service workers and we COMPLETELY understand how it can be and we are VERY understanding. I feel this may have been his very first job. He needs to be sent back to server training and have a couple more follow shifts to learn PACE of service.

Walked into the place and was bombarded by music from a loudspeaker right over our heads. Thought about leaving, but it was late and we were hungry. Asked to be seated in a quiet area. Host tried, but there are speakers EVERYWHERE and they were all blasting some dreary song. Our food was OK, our server was very nice, and it was a typical IHOP experience. No surprises.

The only reason we came here is because my daughter chose it for her birthday dinner. I really wish she had chosen something else. We arrived and were seated fairly quickly. It didn't seem all that busy, but you wouldn't have known it by how the server acted. It took a while to get our drink order, then a longer while for our actual order. When the food eventually came out, my hash browns were lukewarm and my daughter's cheese was not melted on her cheese omelette. My wife did not get her salad and even asked three times for it before finally receiving it in a box right before we left. It took forever to get refills on drinks, but she dropped the check very quickly "because we're getting really busy". Umm...one person in the lobby is "really busy"? I think she did that so she didn't have to bring something for the birthday girl. And yes, she definitely knew it was a special occasion since we opened the gifts right in front of her. Needless to say, it wont be long enough before we return here.

I got into IHOP at 12:05 and and I asked the waitress at 12:30 why my food is taking so long and her response was rude and she said there were 12 tickets ahead of my order and I told her I have been waiting for awhile and I suggested for her to check on it and I also told her I did the same job she did. She never did and I told her you can talk to the chefs and let them know and I ended up cancelling my order and walking out the door. I ended up going to McDonald's down the road, I can truly say that McDonald's did a much better job at serving my food and the staff was friendlier and I also went to Captain D's and they too exceeded my expectations.

Walked in and it was very hott and stuffy. We were seated in a four people booth when there was clearly six of us. Our server only came by twice. Once to get our order, and another to drop off the check. And we weren't even midway through our meal when it was put on the middle of the table. Other waitresses had to bring us things like hott syrup, ketchup, and water refills. No one came to clear our plates(prebussing). We will not be returning to this IHOP.

We went to this ihop on one of the many trips to visit my brother. We won't be going back! The only good thing was our server, who was being severly mistreated by the cooks and manager. I speak their language fluently and no one should ever talk that way to any employee! The floor was dirty, our cups had lipstick on them, the condiments on our table were empty, the cooks messed up our order and blamed our server but I had watched her write our order and she had it all correct, it was their fault at which they took the opportunity to call her some very rude names. The manager was right there, heard it all and even added her own insults about her and other servers. Just because you say it in a different language doesn't mean no one knows what you're saying! Horrible to witness. When they finally got our order correct, there was a spider in it! They had made references to putting something dead in it to teach people to complain so I'm not convinced it was an accident. We left right away, tipped our server a large amount, advised her to find a job where they respect their employees, and will never go back there again!

First of all when I walked in at 6:30AM (what I deem to be prime time for breakfast) there is a guy dumping a bucket of floor cleaner right behind the front door in the foyer. He literally dumps the entire bucket on the floor so there is standing cleaner/water everywhere, no way around. I ask if I should come in. He says: "Sure! I have the warning signs up." Uh, OK, I guess that will protect my shoes and the carpet in the dining room after I wipe them on it. Why is it restaurants feel the need to do major cleaning during peak hours? This isn't the first time or place I've seen this. Anyway, to the food...They bombard you with 4 different menus. The regular one, a specials menu, a special drink menu, and I can't even remember what was on the other one. The food was very slow in coming, especially since I was one of just 5 people there. I had a steak omelet that came with a stack of panckes. Way too much food for one person. OK, now I know. The omelet was good, it could have been warmer. The cheese inside was only about half melted. The pancakes were very good. They should be, this IS IHOP afterall! I will go back as they have several new items I would like to try. Hope it isn't too busy with them being so slow.

It spelled like someone had left a poopy diaper in the booth. The server said they had cleaned the carpets the night before. I'm not sure what their idea of clean is but all of the flies didn't mind the bad smell! I suggest eating somewhere else!!!

1st Breakfast of the new year. We arrived and was treated by a very friendly hostess. Our waitress, Samantha, arrived very quickly and asked for our drink orders. We were not quite ready when she returned, and she gave us ample time to make a decision, without making us wait for her. I had a new banana bread french toast with eggs, hash browns aand sauasage links. WHen it arrived it looked just as the picture on the menu. Eveerything cooked to my specifications. I ordered milk and asked tha i not receive it until the food came(so it would still be cold). For some reason that usually is one that gets forgotten, but Samantha came through bringing it right on time. Maria ordered he bacon to be cooked crispy and again, it was cooked as requested. All our order came out in a very timely manner. Restaurant was clean, restrooms spotless. Will most definitletly return throughout the new year
