Happy as a clam I have yet to have a bad experience here....oh great now i have went and cursed myself. But seriously this place is great I enjoy coming here especially at mid day on my day off to watch sports and relax with some boneless wings and a adult beverage

The first time I went here the food was good, and staff was friendly. The second time was a different story. Our server acted like he did not want to take care of us. He was rude, and did not keep our drinks filled, we had to flag him down to get another drink. Our food was horrid. My salad was nothing but wilted lettuce, and what was supposed to be chicken strips, tasted like over cooked strips of batter, no chicken. My boyfriend's ribs were dry and overcooked. The wings were just ok. The women's bathroom was disgusting. That was almost 2 years ago....... Will never go back.

I freakin' LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings! I've not been to another location and wouldn't even if someone paid me. This is by far my favorite place to eat. The service is great, the food is delicious, and the place is always clean. I'm not sure why so many people have had issues with this place but I've never been disappointed and I go every week.

It's a typical BWW. The food is decent, but not outstanding. The prices are OK. My only complaint is with the servers - they are very inconsistent. One of my major pet peeves is servers who pre-judge customers or who favor large parties over the table of two simply because they are going for the big tip. I have had several occasions where I watched big parties being attended like royalty while our table sat with empty drinks. I'm not a huge sports fan, so I can't comment on all the TVs and trivia games - everyone seems to have fun, but it's not my cup o' tea. Overall, the environment is fun, the food is good, and the price isn't too outrageous for what used to be unwanted pieces of chicken. Seriously - if you're over the age of 30, you probably remember when the wings were the last piece to be taken from the bucket *grin*.

Excuse me, I've not reviewed this location? I like this one better than the one in Raytown. I utilize it normally, after I get my hair cut at Beauty Brands, and get home too late to cook. It's a chain, it's wings, it's Buffalo Wild Wings, and it's loud. There's over 23 T.V.'s. I counted them tonight. There's three rows of t.v.'s. People were seated pretty quick, and the staff had a pleasant attitude. I like the boneless chicken wings, and so does the Other R. He orders Asian Zing which is too fire hot for my mouth. I get Honey Barbecue, which sometimes seems too hot. The service is generally consistent. What I'm most excited for, is when the Other R turns 21, and WE can go for a beer and watch a football game together. It's a cool place to drink a beer and watch the football game. I just never understood why it's so danged loud when there's no football game. That's why it gets 3 stars, cause of the mystery loudness, even when there's not many customers. Which is why I normally get it to go. Can't stand the noise, like the food.

This place has the worst service of any place i have ever been. Im not talking once or twice i have had bad service but 15 of the 16 times i have been here. I guess im the stupid one for giving them that many chances but they are close to my house. I dont come for the food - its average at best. Not sure why this place is always packed. Average food, bad service and people still line up out the door every night. Not me anymore.

This place has some of the worst food my wife and I have had in the kc metro and we eat out a lot, the food was over cooked and dry no flavor, plus somebody way on the intercom screaming about whatever, who knows needless to say we will not be back they might not be there long, call Robert Irving they need him

I'm not a fan of messy-eating, so when I say that I'm a-ok with eating wings at B-dubs, that is quite an accomplishment! They're a little bit better than what you'd expect from a chain restaurant and by that, I mean their wings actually have flavor! My favorite is the honey bbq and the garlic parmesan. The wings are cooked well and are crispy. The service is touch-and-go. Sometimes I have really crappy service, but for instance last night, I had fantastic service. The hostesses are never the friendliest bunch...the one we had last night literally led us to the back of the restaurant all while keeping a lovely scowl on her face. Wings aren't my favorite food, so when I'm not feeling it, I usually go for the cheeseburger "slammers" (their version of sliders). I'd give their sliders 2-thumbs up. Not so much the bleu burger. Everything kind of comes all smashed into itself. I would definitely recommend the wedges over the regular fries as well. BWW is a typical sports bar, lots and lots of TVs and lots and lots of fried food that would clog up anyone's arteries. Overall a decent place given the inconsistencies in service.

This place is DELICIOUS. Carribean Jerk wings are the BEST! also if you want a good burger, try the Jack Daddy Burger. Just dont look at the calories in it... that burger is the best burger ive ever had.

Been here multiple times, have had great service each time. Service is of the utmost importance in a dining experience, even if there is issues with the food itself(here, we've never had that issue, but it's kinda tough to mess up Wings. :) right?), then the service can outweigh any good issues if handled properly. I will return to this "B-Dubs" location plenty. . . . p.s. Fellas, the scenery is impressive. ;)

I love their wings, but now when you order they put all the wings on the same plate!!! What?!?!? My husband loves hot wings and I get just the normal honey BBQ. When our wings came I couldn't even eat mine because all the juices had mixed and made my wings too hot!!! What are you thinking BWW!!! Don't change something that works! Everything was good before! Also, every restaurant sells wings by 6 not 5!!!! Not cool!!! $1.20 a wing is way too high!

Terrible decision to move to weight based wings. Just an excuse to raise your prices and make it more difficult for customers to get what they want. Guess it's time to find a new wing place. Technically, I probably should have been doing that anyway.Especially avoid Ashley during late night since she didn't know the specials anymore either. Tuesday is supposed to be 60 cent wing night...figure it out.

It had been awhile since I was at BWW. I typically enjoy and should just have their wings since that's what they are famous for...but I had naked tenders - which, for a low cal meal, was very tasty and had great sauce. Service was adequate. My husband was served the incorrect sauce on one of his wing orders. Beer was expensive and it was really loud for a week day night. If you want to chat with your companion - this really wasnt the place. Bottom line for me? Average to Midlin and not a favorite.

I do like the fact they are open very late since I work the graveyard shift. The most recent visit I got a burger instead of wings. They way overcooked some type of frozen patty, but everything else about the burger was quite good. If they would just take an extra step and get some fresh ground beef they would be a burger destination as well. Love the jalapeno sauce! Their fries were pretty decent also. Will come here when I need to.

I came here while I was in town visiting a friend, and thought we'd have a great time as usual at many BWW, well this was a Sunday afternoon, it was not very busy at all, it took a very long time for us to even get menus and waited on, then our food took quite a long time to finally come out. even my friend commented on how long our wait for food took. our waitress was just like not very attentive at all. its a little bit off, I've been to other locations and they were all great. But on a slower night for it to take as long as it did to get our food, was kind of irritating. The food itself was great, always is. Not sure what was going on, but glad this isn't my local BWW with that kind of slow service. Also got my cash back but not the coins back for my change. I feel as if I totally over tipped as well.

i wish i could put negative stars i use to love this place...i would get the build your own burger with chicken and other things but last time i went there i wanted to try there wings i got the honey bbq with carrots...i will never eat here again...got food poisoning from the wings being undercooked plus carrots being cut where raw chicken was...called food poisning control and they took care of it.

ya usually have a good experience here but the management really was horrible today. When we called ahead to see if we could get a table for a birthday party they said we don't do reservations which is fine just wanted to give a heads up on amount of people. so we get there at 5:15pm and say party of 6 with a baby. the hostess says that will be two mins . so we wait then she comes back 10 mins and says that the management gave our table to a reservation for a football fantasy league. now if you don't take reservations how is this possible? We talked to management twice and both times could never get a time for when we could get a table or compensation for there lack of communication. Horrendous management and will never enter that store again.
